- Procédé selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que la tête de maintien et de préhension comprend des éléments de préhension pouvant être entraînés de manière motorisée, ce qui permet de pouvoir orienter les contenants (2) saisis par rotation indépendamment les uns des autres autour de leur axe de contenant respectif.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'orientation des contenants (2) est effectuée après le tri hors du flux de contenants du groupe de contenants formant l'unité d'emballage (1, 1a) respective, par exemple après la formation de la voie.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'est fixée, au niveau d'un ou de plusieurs contenants (2) de l'unité d'emballage (1, 1a) respective, une poignée de transport (4), en particulier par un collage ou au moyen d'un adhésif ou d'une colle ou par un procédé de brasage ou de soudage adapté.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'orientation des contenants (2) et la détection de l'au moins une caractéristique d'orientation (19) sont commandées respectivement avec au moins un capteur optoélectronique, par exemple avec au moins une caméra ou un système de caméra.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'orientation des contenants (2) est effectuée depuis le haut et/ou depuis le bas par la détection de l'au moins une caractéristique d'orientation (19).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'est utilisé en tant que caractéristique d'orientation (19) un chevauchement d'une impression de contenant formant l'accessoire de contenant.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les couches d'adhésif ou de colle (3) sont produites par un fluide adhésif ou collant pouvant s'écouler, par exemple fluide ou visqueux.
- Procédé selon la revendication 20, caractérisé en ce que le fluide adhésif ou collant est appliqué sur les contenants (2) par aspersion et/ou impression, par exemple au moyen d'une buse et/ou au moyen d'au moins un coussinet de transfert déplacé.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'adhésif ou la colle est une colle thermofusible.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'assemblage des contenants (2) en le groupe de contenants (2.1) formant l'unité d'emballage (1) respective est effectué lors d'au moins deux phases, dans lequel dans un premier temps la quantité partielle des contenants formant l'unité d'emballage (1), de préférence les contenants des rangées de contenants générées par la formation de voies, sont pourvus de couches d'adhésif ou de colle (3) et sont assemblés ensuite en des groupes de contenants (2.2) temporaires, et que par la suite, lors d'au moins une étape qui suit, lesdits groupes de contenants (2.2) sont assemblés par un regroupement et compression les uns contre les autres en le groupe de contenants (2.1) formant l'unité d'emballage (1).
- Procédé selon la revendication 23, caractérisé en ce que l'application des couches d'adhésif ou de colle (3) assemblant les uns aux autres les groupes de contenants (2.2) est effectuée après et/ou avant la production des groupes partiels de contenants (2.2).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le groupe de contenants (2.1) formant l'unité d'emballage (1, 1a) respective composé de contenants (2) assemblés les uns aux autres au moins en partie par l'intermédiaire des couches d'adhésif et de colle (3) est pourvu d'au moins un cerclage (18).
