Claims (6)

  1. Ensemble comportant
    une vanne (10) de gaz servant à fournir du gaz, un ventilateur (11) servant à fournir de l'air, un mélangeur gaz/air (12) servant à fournir un mélange gaz/air, et
    une trappe (13) de brûleur servant à raccorder l'ensemble à un brûleur à gaz ;
    la vanne (10) de gaz comportant un carter (14) de vanne de gaz ménageant une entrée (15) de gaz à travers laquelle la vanne (10) de gaz peut être raccordée à un tuyau de gaz, et ménageant en outre une sortie (16) de gaz à travers laquelle la vanne (10) de gaz peut être raccordée à le mélangeur gaz/air (12) ;
    le mélangeur gaz/air (12) comportant un carter (17) de mélangeur gaz/air ménageant une entrée (18) de gaz à travers laquelle le mélangeur gaz/air (12) peut être raccordé à la sortie (16) de gaz de la vanne (10) de gaz, ménageant une entrée (20) d'air, et ménageant en outre une sortie de mélange gaz/air ;
    le ventilateur (11) comportant un carter (21) de ventilateur et un moteur (22) de ventilateur portant un roue (23) de ventilateur,
    le carter (21) de ventilateur comportant une partie (24) de carter de plaque de ventilateur portant le moteur (22) de ventilateur et une partie (25) de carter de roue de ventilateur,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la partie (24) de carter de plaque de ventilateur et la trappe (13) de brûleur sont constituées en commun par un seul élément monobloc (26),
    la partie (25) de carter de roue de ventilateur comporte des rainures (43) servant à recevoir un clapet anti-retour (44) ;
    le clapet anti-retour (44) comporte un encadrement (45) de clapet constitué d'un matériau rigide et un volet (46) de clapet constitué d'un matériau élastique ;
    le clapet anti-retour (44) est inséré dans les rainures (43) de la partie (25) de carter de roue à travers l'encadrement (45) de clapet, le volet (46) de clapet étant rattaché à l'encadrement (45) de clapet.
  2. Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    la partie (25) de carter de roue de ventilateur et l'élément monobloc (26) qui constitue en commun la partie (24) de carter de plaque de ventilateur et la trappe (13) de brûleur définissent ensemble un conduit d'écoulement pour le mélange gaz/air ;
    la partie (25) de carter de roue de ventilateur fournit un mélange gaz/entrée d'air (27) dudit conduit d'écoulement à travers lequel la partie (25) de carter de roue de ventilateur peut être raccordée à la sortie de mélange gaz/air du mélangeur gaz/air (12) ;
    la trappe (13) de brûleur ménage une sortie de mélange gaz/air (28) dudit conduit d'écoulement.
  3. Ensemble selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que
    la partie (25) de carter de roue de ventilateur est positionnée entre le mélangeur gaz/air (12) et l'élément monobloc (26) qui constitue en commun la partie (24) de carter de plaque de ventilateur et la trappe (13) de brûleur ;
    le moteur (22) de ventilateur et roue (23) de ventilateur sont positionnés sur des côtés opposés de l'élément monobloc (26) qui constitue en commun la partie (24) de carter de plaque de ventilateur et la trappe de brûleur (12) ;
    un arbre (29) de la roue (23) de ventilateur est guidé de la roue (23) de ventilateur au moteur (22) de ventilateur à travers une ouverture de l'élément monobloc (26) qui constitue en commun la partie (24) de carter de plaque de ventilateur et la trappe (13) de brûleur.
  4. Ensemble selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que
    la partie (25) de carter de roue de ventilateur et l'élément monobloc (26) qui constitue en commun la partie (24) de carter de plaque de ventilateur et la trappe (13) de brûleur sont reliés l'un à l'autre par un raccordement à vis ;
    la partie (25) de carter de roue de ventilateur et le mélangeur gaz/air (12) sont reliés l'un à l'autre par un raccordement à baïonnette ou un raccordement à vis.
  5. Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément monobloc (26) qui constitue en commun la partie (24) de carter de plaque de ventilateur et la trappe (13) de brûleur comporte un élément intégré (39) constituant un siège (40) pour l'entrée (15) de gaz de la vanne (10) de gaz lorsque l'ensemble est expédié de l'usine au client ;
    la partie (25) de carter de roue de ventilateur comporte un élément intégré (41) constituant un siège (42) supplémentaire pour le carter (14) de vanne de gaz de la vanne (10) de gaz lorsque l'ensemble est expédié de l'usine au client.
  6. Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que
    le volet (46) de clapet est articulé à une bague (47) d'étanchéité constituée d'un matériau élastique ;
    l'encadrement (45) de clapet comporte une rainure (48) destinée à la bague (47) d'étanchéité de telle façon que le volet (46) de clapet soit rattaché à l'encadrement (45) de clapet par l'intermédiaire de la bague (47) d'étanchéité lorsque la bague (47) d'étanchéité est positionnée dans la rainure (48) de l'encadrement (45) de clapet.
