Claims (35)

  1. Dispositif pour la détection de la distance de pointes entre les surfaces garnies d'au moins un barreau de chapeau et une garniture de tambour (4a) d'une machine de préparation à la filature, p. ex. une carde,
    - comportant au moins un agrégat à chapeau tournant (13) avec des barreaux de chapeau garnis (14),
    - dans lequel au moins un barreau de chapeau est aménagé comme barreau de chapeau de mesure (14d), lequel comprend au moins un capteur (18a, 18b, 18c) pour la mesure de distance, lequel capteur se trouve directement en face de la garniture de tambour (4a),
    - caractérisé en ce
    - qu'un barreau de chapeau supplémentaire est aménagé comme chapeau de transport (17), lequel comprend des composants d'électroniques de mesure (24a, 24b, 24c; 25),
    - dans lequel le barreau de chapeau de mesure (14d) est connecté électriquement au chapeau de transport (17),
    - dans lequel le chapeau de transport (17) est aménagé à transférer sans fil les données mesurées des capteurs (18a, 18b, 18c) à un appareil d'évaluation électronique (20).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sont agencés un capteur (18b) dans la région centrale et respectivement un capteur (18a, 18c) dans la région marginale de la surface de garniture de barreau de chapeau de mesure (14d).
  3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un capteur est un capteur à courants de Foucault.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'inductance de la bobine du capteur à courants de Foucault est proportionnelle à la distance de la bobine et d'un contre-élément métallique, p. ex. une garniture à tambour.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un capteur de température est associé au barreau de chapeau.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les capteurs de température sont agencés à côté des capteurs à courants de Foucault.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le barreau de chapeau de transport (17) inclut une électronique du système et un appareil de transmission de signaux pour les données mesurées.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les composants de l'électronique de mesure comportent des platines à capteurs.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'électronique des platines à capteurs établissent le circuit oscillant électrique des bobines dans les capteurs à courants de Foucault.

  12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'électronique du système enregistre les valeurs mesurées des capteurs à courants de Foucault.
  13. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'électronique du système enregistre les valeurs mesurées des capteurs de température.
  14. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 13, caractérisé en ce que l'électronique du système enregistre le cycle de mesure et les taux de balayage.
  15. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 14, caractérisé en ce que l'électronique du système est capable d'acheminer les valeurs mesurées à un appareil de transmission de signaux sans fil.
  16. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 15, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de transmission de signaux est une unité à Bluetooth.
  17. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 16, caractérisé en ce que la transmission des données de mesure se fait via WLAN (réseau local sans fil).
  18. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 17, caractérisé en ce que la transmission sans fil des données de mesure est réalisée à un appareil d'évaluation.
  19. Dispositif selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil d'évaluation est agencé tout particulièrement à l'extérieur en dehors de la carde.
  20. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 18 à 19, caractérisé en ce que des ordres de l'appareil d'évaluation sont transférables à l'électronique du système.
  21. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 20, caractérisé en ce que le barreau de chapeau (17) supplémentaire porte une source d'énergie.
  22. Dispositif selon la revendication 21, caractérisé en ce que la source d'énergie est un accumulateur.
  23. Dispositif selon la revendication 21, caractérisé en ce que le barreau de chapeau (17) supplémentaire comprend un approvisionnement en énergie sans contact par induction.
  24. Dispositif selon la revendication 21, caractérisé en ce qu'un générateur, basé sur le tambour, est sollicité comme source d'énergie.
  25. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le barreau de chapeau de mesure (14d) et le barreau de chapeau de transport (17) sont reliés l'un à l'autre par un câble de données de mesure (18).

  33. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 32, caractérisé en ce qu'un système de mesure pour l'écartement de cardage comprend le barreau de chapeau de mesure (14d), le barreau de chapeau de transport (17) et un appareil d'évaluation électrique extérieur (20), p. ex. ordinateur portable pour l'affichage et l'évaluation.
  34. Machine pour la préparation à la filature, comportant un chapeau tournant (13) avec des barreaux de chapeau garnis circulants, lesquels se trouvent en face d'au moins une partie d'un tambour garni (4), caractérisé par les revendications 1 à 33.
