Die Erfindung betrifft einen beheizbaren Asphaltcontainer, wobei der Asphaltcontainer elektrische Heizelemente aufweist.Asphaltcontainer sind in den unterschiedlichsten Ausführungsformen bekannt. Bekannt sind in diesem Zusammenhang insbesondere sogenannte Thermoasphaltcontainer, die sich dadurch auszeichnen, dass solche Thermoasphaltcontainer, wie dies das Wort "Thermo" bereits hergibt, auf ihrem Umfang thermisch isoliert sind. Dies ist relativ aufwendig und führt auch nicht immer zum Erfolg, da insbesondere bei verhältnismäßig niedrigen Außentemperaturen eine hohe Wärmezufuhr erforderlich ist, um den Asphalt auf einer Temperatur zu halten, die die Verarbeitung ermöglicht. Dies kann aber zur Folge haben, dass, wie bereits ausgeführt, der Asphalt im Container ungleichmäßig erhitzt wird, mit der Gefahr des Verbrennens des Asphalts.
