Claims (9)

  1. Appareil de décharge de sacs, comprenant un module de transport de sacs, un dispositif d'incision de sacs et un dispositif de vidage de sacs (30), le dispositif d'incision de sacs comprenant au moins deux lames rotatives parallèles pour inciser les sacs, le module de transport de sacs étant configuré pour déplacer les sacs horizontalement parallèlement aux lames rotatives de sorte que les lames tailladent les sacs à mesure que les sacs sont déplacés, l'appareil étant caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de vidage de sacs (30) comprend au moins deux rotors (28), chacun ayant un axe de rotation aligné horizontalement, et des ailes de rotors (54) agencées le long de l'axe de rotation, les rotors (28) étant agencés derrière le dispositif d'incision de sacs et en tant qu'extension des lames rotatives de sorte que les ailes de rotors (54)tournent par rapport aux sacs tailladés, en venant ainsi en contact avec les sacs tailladés et en améliorant ainsi le vidage des sacs.
  2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdits rotors (28) sont agencés parallèlement auxdites lames rotatives pour venir en contact avec lesdits sacs tailladés par engagement.
  3. Appareil selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les rotors (28) sont configurés pour tourner dans des sens fixes.
  4. Appareil selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les rotors (28) sont configurés pour inverser de manière répétée le sens de rotation, en tournant ainsi en va-et-vient.
  5. Appareil selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les deux rotors adjacents (28) sont chacun configurés pour tourner dans des sens opposés.
  6. Appareil selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdits rotors (28) sont agencés de sorte que les ailes (54) de rotors adjacents (28) soient intercalées.
  7. Appareil selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre un ensemble d'entraînement (36) configuré pour entraîner les rotors (28), l'ensemble d'entraînement comprenant un moteur (40), une unité d'engrenage (42) engagée sur le moteur et une chaîne (44) engageant l'unité d'engrenage (42) avec les rotors (28).
  8. Dispositif de vidage de sacs (30) configuré comme pièce d'extension à un appareil pour vider les sacs, l'appareil comprenant une unité de préhension pour prélever au moins un sac et un dispositif d'incision et de vidage de sacs auquel le au moins un sac est amené par l'unité de préhension et où le au moins un sac est vidé, dans lequel le dispositif d'incision et de vidage de sacs comprend au moins deux lames rotatives parallèles pour inciser ledit au moins un sac et comprend en outre le dispositif de vidage de sacs, le dispositif de vidage de sacs (30) étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins deux rotors (28), chacun ayant un axe de rotation aligné horizontalement, et des ailes de rotors (54) agencées le long de l'axe de rotation, les rotors (28) étant agencés derrière les lames rotatives en tant qu'extension des lames rotatives de sorte que les ailes de rotors (54) tournent par rapport aux sacs entaillés, en venant ainsi en contact avec les sacs entaillés et en améliorant le vidage des sacs.
  9. Dispositif de vidage de sacs selon la revendication 8, dans lequel lesdits rotors (28) sont agencés parallèlement auxdites lames rotatives pour venir en contact avec lesdits sacs entaillés par engagement.
