Claims (11)

  1. Emballage rigide pour articles à fumer comprenant :
    un lot (4) d'articles ;
    un contenant extérieur rigide (2) qui loge le lot (4) et qui présente une extrémité ouverte (21) ;
    un collier rigide (5) qui déborde partiellement l'extrémité ouverte (21) du contenant extérieur (2), ledit collier (5) étant placé entre le lot (4) et le contenant extérieur (2),
    un espace intermédiaire (7) qui est présent entre le faisceau (4) et le conteneur externe (2), dans lequel
    le collier (5) comprend deux parois supérieures (53) disposées parallèlement à une paroi supérieure du faisceau (4), et disposées sur des côtés opposés du faisceau (4) et faisant face à des espaces intermédiaires (7) formés sur les deux côtés opposés (32) du faisceau (4), dans laquelle chacune de ladite paroi supérieure (53) du collier (5) présente un bord latéral (53a) qui est en contact avec le lot (4) pour l'éloigner du contenant extérieur (2) dans l'espace intermédiaire (7),
    se trouvant dans ledit emballage rigide qui comprend une enveloppe interne (3) qui entoure le faisceau (4) d'articles, les deux parois supérieures (53) du collier (5) étant disposées à une distance prédéterminée par rapport à une paroi supérieure (33) de l'enveloppe interne (3), la paroi latérale (53a) des deux parois supérieures (53), étant en contact direct avec l'enveloppe interne.
  2. Paquet (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'enveloppe interne (3) est fixée au contenant extérieur (2), à un endroit où il n'y a pas de collier (5) placé entre l'enveloppe interne (3) et le récipient externe (2).
  3. Paquet (1) selon l'une quelconque des affirmations précédentes, dans lesquelles le contenant extérieur (2) comprend un couvercle (22) articulé le long de l'extrémité ouverte (21), un espace vide étant formé entre le couvercle (22) et les parois supérieures (53) du collier (5) lorsque le couvercle (22) est fermé.
  4. Paquet (1) selon l'une quelconque des affirmations précédentes, dans lesquelles les parois latérales (52) du collier (5) sont en contact avec les parois latérales du contenant extérieur (2).
  5. Paquet (1) selon l'une quelconque des affirmations précédentes, dans lesquelles le collier (5) comporte au moins un évidement latéral (55).
  6. Paquet (1) selon l'affirmation 5, dans laquelle ledit évidement latéral (55) est formé par une partie limitée de la paroi latérale et de la paroi avant du collier pliée vers l'intérieur du collier.
  7. Paquet (1) selon l'affirmation 6, dans laquelle ladite partie limitée de l'évidement (5) est réalisée par application d'une paire de coupes parallèles (56).
  8. Paquet (1) selon l'une quelconque des affirmations, dans lesquelles le collier (5) est fabriqué à partir d'un seul flan (50) qui est plié autour de l'enveloppe interne (3), le flan (50) comprenant :
    un premier panneau (51') qui constitue une paroi avant (51) du collier (5) ;
    deux deuxièmes panneaux (53') qui constituent les parois supérieures (53) du collier (5), chaque deuxième panneau (53') étant séparé du premier panneau (51') par une ligne transversale affaiblie respective (60) ; et
    deux troisièmes panneaux (52') qui constituent des parois latérales (52) du collier (5), sont situés sur les côtés opposés du premier panneau (51') et séparés du premier panneau (51') par deux lignes longitudinales affaiblies (61).
  9. Paquet (1) selon la revendication 8, dans lequel l'ébauche (50) comprend deux coupes parallèles (56) transversales aux deux lignes longitudinales affaiblies (61), lesdites coupes étant appliquées sur le premier panneau (51') et sur le troisième panneau (52') afin de créer un évidement (55) du col (5).
  10. Paquet (1) selon la revendication 8 ou 9, dans lequel l'ébauche (50) comprend en outre deux pattes (53") qui sont collées intérieurement aux deux deuxièmes panneaux (53') formant les parois supérieures (53) du collier (5), lesdites deux pattes (53") étant placées sur les côtés opposés des deuxièmes panneaux (53') et séparées des deuxièmes panneaux (53') par la ligne longitudinale faible (61).
  11. Méthode de conditionnement pour la création d'un emballage rigide pour cigarettes ; la méthode de conditionnement consistant à :
    à arranger une feuille d'emballage ;
    plier la feuille d'emballage autour d'un lot (4) d'articles pour créer un emballage interne (3) qui entoure le lot (4) d'articles ;
    plier un premier flan autour de l'enveloppe interne (3) pour créer un contenant extérieur rigide (2) qui abrite l'enveloppe interne (3) ;
    plier un deuxième flan (50) qui constitue un collier (5) autour de l'enveloppe interne (3) avant de plier le premier flan autour de l'enveloppe interne (3),
    Dans lequel la méthode de conditionnement comprend en outre les étapes consistant à plier les deux deuxièmes panneaux (53') du deuxième flan (50) de manière à créer une paroi supérieure respective (53) du collier (5) disposée parallèlement à une paroi supérieure (33) de l'enveloppe interne (3) dans un espace intermédiaire (7) qui est présent entre l'enveloppe interne (3) et le contenant extérieur (2), ladite paroi supérieure (53) du collier (5) présentant un bord latéral (53a) qui est en contact direct avec l'enveloppe interne (3) pour séparer l'enveloppe interne (3) du contenant extérieur (2).
