Claims (10)
- Agencement destiné à réduire le rayonnement acoustique de transformateurs ou de bobines à refroidissement liquide, comprenant une cuve (1), qui présente des renforts (3) côté extérieur au niveau de ses parois latérales (2), dans lequel un secteur (4) se trouvant entre des renforts (3) est respectivement masqué grâce à un panneau-sandwich (5) fixé au niveau desdits renforts (3), dans lequel chaque panneau-sandwich (5) présente une paroi métallique (6) qui clôt de manière hermétique une cavité (7), dans lequel ladite cavité (7) est remplie d'une composition constituée d'un matériau polymère (8) et d'une matière de charge (9), et dans lequel la composition présente un poids spécifique supérieur à 2 grammes par centimètre cube.
- Agencement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le matériau polymère (8) est une résine époxy.
- Agencement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la matière de charge (9) est un matériau métallique.
- Agencement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la matière de charge (9) est du sable de silice.
- Agencement selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque panneau-sandwich (5) est réalisé en forme de quadrilatère.
- Agencement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque panneau-sandwich (5) est agencé entre des renforts (3) voisins et la liaison entre une paroi métallique (6) d'un panneau-sandwich (5) et un renfort (3) est réalisée au moyen d'une soudure (10).
- Agencement selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que chaque paroi (6), faisant office de paroi latérale (2) de la cuve (1), d'un panneau-sandwich (5) est agencée adjacente au secteur (4) avec interposition d'un élément élastique (11).
- Agencement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque panneau-sandwich (5) est fixé au moyen d'une liaison amovible (13), avec interposition d'un élément élastique (11), au niveau d'une face avant (12), détournée de la paroi latérale (2) de la cuve (1), d'un renfort (3).
- Agencement selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la matière de charge métallique (9) est formée à partir d'un produit de sablage en acier.
- Agencement selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément élastique (11) est formé à partir d'une bande réalisée en un élastomère.
