Bei der in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargstellten Anlage zur Zerkleinerung von stückigem Material, wie beispielsweise Kalkstein oder Erzmaterial, handelt es sich um eine Walzenpresse mit zwei als Mahlwalzen ausgebildeten Aggregaten 1 und 2, die in an sich bekannte Art und Weise mit einer Anpresseinrichtung 3 gegeneinander gepresst werden. Über Abstandshalter 4 wird ein vorgegebener Mahlspalt 5 aufrechterhalten. Die beiden Aggregate 1 , 2 und die Anpresseinrichtung 3 sind hierzu in einem Maschinenrahmen angeordnet, der einen Grundrahmen 6, Druckbalken 7 und Obergurte 8 umfasst. Die Anpresseinrichtung 3 weist ein hydropneumatisches Verstellelement 9 auf, dass mit Gas und Öl betrieben wird und zur Erzeugung des Mahldrucks entsprechend beaufschlagt wird. Weiterhin ist es auch bekannt, die Verschleißschutzschicht durch eine Vielzahl von mit Abstand voneinander angeordneten, stiftförmigen Profilkörpern zu bilden, zwischen denen sich eine autogene Verschleißschutzschicht aus zu zerkleinerndem Material ausbildet. Wie auch immer die rotierende Oberfläche ausgebildet ist, kommt es im Mahlbetrieb zu einem Verschleiß, der für jedes Aggregat 1, 2 über wenigstens eine zugehörige Überwachungseinrichtung 10 bzw. 1 1 erfasst und ausgewertet wird. Fig. 3a zeigt den Zustand eines unverschlissenen Aggregats. In den Fig. 3b, 3c und 3d sind verschiedene Verschleißprofile dargestellt, wobei das Aggregat gemäß Fig. 3b teilverschlissen ist, in Fig. 3c konturfÖrmig verschlissen ist und in Fig. 3d die Walzenoberfläche teilweise ausgebrochen ist. Erfolgt die Reparatur und Wartung der Aggregate 1 und 2 in vorgegebenen Intervallen wird die Betriebsweise der Walzenpresse an den ermittelten Verschleißzustand der rotierenden Oberflächen 1 a und 2a derart angepasst, dass die Anlage bis zum vorgesehenen Wartung- und Reparaturintervallzeitpunkt betrieben werden kann. Dies kann unter Umständen dazu führen, dass der Durchsatz der Walzenpresse ggf. durch die geänderte Betriebsweise etwas reduziert wird. Ohne Anpassung müsste der Betrieb ggf. vorzeitig eingestellt werden, wodurch sich insgesamt ein niedrigerer Gesamtdurchsatz ergeben würde. Eine wirtschaftlichere Betriebsweise der Anlage ergibt sich daher dadurch, dass die Betriebsweise der Anlage an den Verschleißzustand der rotierenden Oberfläche angepasst wird. Als Maßnahmen kommen dabei insbesondere eine Veränderung der Drehzahl der Mahlwalzen und eine Anpassung des Mahldrucks durch die Anpresseinrichtung in Betracht. Die Anpassung des Mahldrucks kann dabei insbesondere durch eine Veränderung des Verhältnisses von Gasdruck zu Öldruck im hydropneumatischen Verstell dement 9 verwirklicht werden. The adjustment of the grinding pressure can be realized in particular by a change in the ratio of gas pressure to oil pressure in the hydropneumatic adjustment accordingly 9.
Bei der Anlage gemäß Fig. 4 ist neben der Walzenpresse 100 ein Vorbunker 101 zur Zwischenlagerung des zu zerkleinernden Materials, eine Siebstufe 102 und ein Brechstufe 103 zur Vorbehandlung des zu zerkleinernden Material 104 vorgesehen. Das im Vorbunker 101 zwischengelagerte, zu zerkleinernde Material 104 gelangt zunächst in die Siebstufe 102, wobei der Feinanteil direkt in einen Aufgabeschacht 105 der Walzenpresse 100 und das Grobmaterial über die Brechstufe 103 dorthin gelangt. Die Verschleißgeschwindigkeit der Mahlwalzen der Walzenpresse 100 hängt unter anderem auch von der Korngröße bzw. Kornzusammensetzung des zu zerkleinernden Gutes ab. Eine Verlagerung eines Teils der Zerkleinerungsarbeit von Walzenpresse 100 zur Brechstufe 103 hat daher unmittelbaren Einfluss auf die Geschwindigkeit, mit der die rotierende Oberfläche der Aggregate der Walzenmühle verschleißt. 4, in addition to the roll press 100, a pre-bunker 101 for intermediate storage of the material to be comminuted, a screening stage 102 and a crushing stage 103 for pre-treatment of the material 104 to be comminuted are provided. Eine Erhöhung des Massenstroms durch eine entsprechende Stellung des Schiebers 106 kann daher eine Verbesserung bewirken.
