  • the containing body 21 is sealed on the lower end periphery thereof by a sealing member 25 openable by a structure of a lift tap and has a clamp fastening protrusion 21a protruded outwardly from the outer periphery of the lowermost end portion thereof. Accordingly, the clamps 23c of the lower cap 23 are fastened to the clamp fastening protrusion 21a.
