Claims (12)
- Carter (1) pour une soufflante radiale (2) d'une hotte aspirante (3), avec une entrée d'air (7, 8) limitée par un bord (5), qui présente au moins une nervure de rigidification (32, 33), dans lequel le carter (1) comprend un corps de base spiralé (4), qui présente l'entrée d'air (7, 8) et le bord (5), caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une nervure de rigidification (32, 33) s'étend dans le même sens spiralé que le corps de base spiralé (4), et en ce que l'au moins une nervure de rigidification (32, 33) est directement contiguë à l'entrée d'air (7, 8).
- Carter selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base spiralé (4) est exécuté sous la forme d'un cylindre spiralé, lequel constitue le bord sur l'une de ses faces frontales (5).
- Carter selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'entrée d'air (7, 8) est exécutée sous forme circulaire en ce qu'au moins une nervure de rigidification supplémentaire (30, 31) s'étend radialement à un axe central (11) de l'entrée d'air (7, 8) ou parallèlement à une radiale (34) à l'axe central (11).
- Carter selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une nervure de rigidification (33) s'étend vers une sortie d'air (13) du carter (1).
- Carter selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une nervure de rigidification (30, 31, 32, 33) s'étend sur une surface d'enveloppe (6) du cylindre spiralé (4).
- Carter selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une nervure de rigidification supplémentaire (42) s'étend sous la forme d'un segment annulaire sur le bord (5).
- Carter selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une nervure de rigidification s'épaissit sur sa longueur.
- Carter selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le bord (5) présente au moins un endroit de fixation (22) pour une fixation d'une suspension de moteur (23) de la soufflante radiale (2), lequel est entouré par au moins une nervure de rigidification supplémentaire (41).
- Carter selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une nervure de rigidification supplémentaire (41) s'étend sous la forme d'un arc semi-circulaire autour de l'endroit de fixation (22).
- Carter selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le carter (1) se compose de deux moitiés de carter (16, 17), reliées axialement l'une à l'autre, et en ce qu'une nervure de rigidification supplémentaire (36) est exécutée le long d'un plan de séparation (18).
- Hotte aspirante (3) avec une soufflante radiale (2) présentant un carter (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10.
- Hotte aspirante selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce qu'une roue de ventilateur (27) ainsi qu'un moteur de soufflante (21) entraînant la roue de ventilateur sont disposés dans le carter (1) et en ce que l'au moins une nervure de rigidification (32, 36) se courbe dans le sens de rotation (37) de la roue de ventilateur (27) en fonctionnement de la soufflante radiale (2).
