Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour produire des conjugués de nucléoside à pont phosphate, en particulier des poly- ou oligonucléosides. Dans le procédé, un dérivé de cyclosaligényle immobilisé d'un nucléoside, un nucléotide, un poly- ou oligonucléotide, un poly- ou oligonucléoside, ou un analogue de celui-ci, est synthétisé, et la réaction consécutive avec un nucléophile produit le conjugué de nucléoside à pont phosphate souhaité, qui peut ensuite être libéré de la phase solide.
