According to the invention, it is provided that the key of the dispenser to be actuated is designed as a side key which is movable after violation of the originality with at least one movement component in a direction transverse to a vertical standing on the lower contact surface. At the same time, the tamper-indicating closure has a blocking element which blocks an actuation of the side key or an output of the item before violation of the originality. An inventive dispenser according to Fig. 1 for sweetener tablets has a dispenser housing 1, the lower edge 2 forms a footprint. This is parallel to a dashed bottom 3, on which the donor stands up.

Claims (12)

1. Dispenser for tablets or similar pieced material (12), comprising a storage chamber (15) that is arranged in a dispenser housing (1) provided with a lower contact surface, and is intended for storing the material (12), and from which storage chamber material (12) to be dispensed can be transferred by means of a dispensing mechanism to a dispensing opening that is provided at least during actuation, the dispenser comprising a movable button (4) that is assigned to the dispensing mechanism for the actuation thereof, and comprising a tamper-evident closure in order to stop the material (12) being dispensed and/or to indicate the use state, the button (4) being designed as a lateral button which can be moved at least by a movement component (R) in a direction transverse to a vertical on the lower contact surface once the original state has been interfered with, and the tamper-evident closure comprising a blocking element (6, 16, 21, 28, 31) which prevents the lateral button being actuated or prevents the material being dispensed before the original state is interfered with, the tamper-evident closure comprising a projection (8) which in particular penetrates a recess (10) in the housing (1), characterised in that the tamper-evident closure comprises a tab (6) on the side of the housing (1), which tab is located at the lower end of the lateral button that is pivotally fixed at its upper end.

Dispenser according to claim 1, characterised in that the blocking element (16) covers the lateral button such that at least part of a surface (A) of the lateral button, which surface is otherwise actuatable in order to remove the material (12), is inaccessible for actuation by means of a finger without removing the blocking element.
3. Dispenser according to claim 2, characterised in that the blocking element (16) laterally covers at least 50 % of the lateral button, preferably covers it completely, based on the surface (A) provided for actuating the lateral button.
4. Dispenser according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the blocking element (16) is integrally connected by means of at least one predetermined breaking point (17) to a part of the dispenser that is movable relative to the lateral button once the original state has been altered.
5. Dispenser according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the projection (8) is designed such that it can be snapped off by actuating the tab (6).
6. Dispenser according to claim 5, characterised in that the projection (8) can be broken off downwards, at least in parts, by actuating the tab.
7. Dispenser according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that, in order to be more easily gripped, the tab protrudes further from the housing (1) or the lateral button of the dispenser at its end facing away from the lower contact surface than at its end opposite said end.
8. Dispenser according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the blocking element (6) is integrally connected to the lateral button or to a part (9) of the dispenser that can be moved by said button by means of at least one predetermined breaking point.
9. Dispenser according to claim 8, characterised in that the predetermined breaking point is arranged within an outer periphery of the housing (1) of the dispenser or of the dispenser.
10. Dispenser according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the tamper-evident closure comprises a stop that can be pushed into the lateral button or the housing (1).
11. Dispenser according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the tamper-evident closure comprises a stop as the blocking element, which stop abuts an internal wall of the lateral button and can be taken out of the blocking position by actuating the tamperproof closure.
12. Dispenser according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the blocking element closes the dispensing opening and in particular is arranged therein.
