Claims (14)
- Composition aqueuse alcaline pour la préparation de pièces métalliques présentant une surface en zinc, avec un pH d'au moins 8,5, contenant :a) au moins 0,01 g/l d'ions fer,b) au moins un acide carboxylique organique hydrosoluble, présentant au moins un groupe amino en position α, β ou γ du groupe acide, ainsi que leurs sels hydrosolubles,c) au moins un oxoacide de phosphore ou de soufre, ainsi de leurs sels hydrosolubles, au moins un atome de phosphore ou de soufre étant dans un degré d'oxydation intermédiaire, etd) au moins un acide α-hydroxycarboxylique hydrosoluble, présentant au moins un groupe hydroxyle et un groupe carboxyle et qui ne sont pas un acide carboxylique organique hydrosoluble selon les composants b), ainsi que leurs sels hydrosolubles.
- Composition selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle contient au moins 1 g/l, préférentiellement au moins 2 g/l, mis en tout pas plus de 10 g/l d'ions fer.
- Composition selon la ou les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le rapport molaire des ions fer aux acides carboxyliques organiques hydrosolubles selon les composants b) et leurs sels hydrosolubles est d'au moins 1:12, de préférence d'au moins 1:8, mais de pas plus que de 2:1, de préférence pas plus que de 1:1.
- Composition selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les acides carboxyliques organiques hydrosolubles selon les composants b) sont choisis parmi des acides α-aminés présentant de préférence, outre des groupes amino et carboxyles, exclusivement des groupes hydroxyles, et choisis particulièrement préférentiellement parmi la lysine, la sérine, la thréonine, l'alanine, la glycine, l'acide asparagique et/ou l'acide glutamique.
- Composition selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le rapport molaire des ions fer aux acides du phosphore ou du soufre selon les composants c) et leurs sels hydrosolubles est d'au moins 1:10, de préférence d'au moins 1:6, mais de pas plus que de 3:1, de préférence pas plus que de 2:1.
- Composition selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les oxoacides de phosphore ou de soufre selon les composants c) sont choisis parmi l'acide hyponitreux, l'acide nitreux, l'acide nitrique, l'acide hypophosphorique, l'acide hypodiphosphonique, l'acide diphosphorique (III, V), l'acide phosphonique, l'acide diphosphonique et/ou l'acide hypophosphoreux, ainsi que leurs sels hydrosolubles.
- Composition selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le rapport molaire des ions fer aux acides α-hydroxycarboxyliques hydrosolubles selon les composants d) et leurs sels hydrosolubles est d'au moins 1:4, de préférence d'au moins 1:3, mais de pas plus que de 2:1, de préférence pas plus que de 1:1.
- Composition selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les acides α-hydroxycarboxylique hydrosoluble selon les composants d) ne présentent pas plus de 8 atomes de carbone, et sont de préférence choisis parmi des acides polyhydroxymonocarboxyliques et/ou acides polyhydroxydicarboxyliques, avec respectivement au moins 4 atomes de carbone, l'acide tartronique, acide glycolique, acide lactique et/ou acide α-hydroxybutyrique.
- Composition selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que son pH n'est pas supérieur à 11,0, de préférence pas supérieur à 10,5, particulièrement préférentiellement pas supérieur à 10,0.
- Composition selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les ions zinc ne sont pas contenus en telle quantité que le rapport de la proportion molaire en ions zinc et fer à la proportion molaire en acides carboxyliques organiques hydrosolubles selon les composants b) et en acides α-hydroxycarboxyliques hydrosolubles selon les composants d) et leurs sels hydrosolubles respectifs soit supérieur à 1:1, de préférence supérieur à 2:3.
- Procédé de préparation de surfaces d'acier galvanisé, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces d'acide galvanisé :i) sont d'abord, éventuellement, nettoyées et dégraissées avec un nettoyant alcalin,ii) sont mises en contact avec une composition alcaline selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, etiii) sont ensuite soumises à un traitement chimique de conversion passivant par voie humide.
- Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que l'étape ii) se fait sans courant externe.
- Procédé selon la ou les revendications 11 et 12, caractérisé en ce que le traitement chimique de conversion passivant par voie humide consiste en ce que les surfaces d'acier galvanisé préparées à l'étape ii) sont mises en contact avec une composition aqueuse acide qui contient en tout au moins 5 ppm, mais en tout pas plus de 1500 ppm de composés minéraux hydrosolubles des éléments Zr, Ti, Si et/ou Hf, rapportés aux éléments susmentionnés et, préférentiellement, des composés minéraux hydrosolubles qui libèrent des ions fluorures.
- Procédé selon la ou les revendications 11 et 12, caractérisé en ce que le traitement chimique de conversion passivant par voie humide consiste en ce que les surfaces d'acier galvanisé préparées à l'étape ii) sont mises en contact avec une composition aqueuse acide qui présente un pH entre 2,5 et 3,6, et contienta) 0,2 à 3,0 g/l d'ions Zn(II),b) 5,0 à 30 g/l d'ions phosphate, calculés sous forme de P2O5, etc) préférentiellement respectivement moins de 0,1 g/l de composés ioniques des métaux nickel et cobalt, rapportés respectivement à l'élément métallique.
