    un dispositif d'évacuation (12) pour évacuer les casiers (16) vidés et un dispositif de transfert (13) pour transporter les casiers (14, 16) à l'intérieur du dispositif de vidange de casier (10) pendant un cycle de vidange,
    caractérisé en ce que sur au moins un dispositif choisi parmi le dispositif d'amenée (11), la station de vidange (32), le dispositif d'évacuation (12) et le dispositif de transfert (13), il est prévu au moins un élément évacuant de la charge électrique qui est formé et agencé pour établir un contact entre le casier (1) et le châssis de la machine (33) mis à la masse.
  10. Dispositif de vidange de casier (10) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transfert (13) comprend un mécanisme de pivotement effectuant un mouvement de pivotement limité à 180°, avec une cassette de pivotement (21) apte à pivoter autours d'un axe de pivotement S fixe qui est formé et agencé pour immobiliser, pivoter et libérer les casiers (14, 16), l'axe de pivotement S étant l'élément évacuant de la charge électrique.
  11. Dispositif de vidange de casier (10) selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un parmi le dispositif d'amenée (11) et le dispositif d'évacuation (12) est réalisé comme bande transporteuse, la bande transporteuse constituant en une matière synthétique conductrice d'électricité.
  12. Procédé de vidange automatique de casiers (14) remplis de produits en forme de tiges, comprenant les étapes de
    - amener des casiers (14) remplis de produits à l'aide d'un dispositif d'amenée (11),
    - transporter les casiers (14) du dispositif d'amenée (11) dans une position de vidange d'une station de vidange (32) à l'aide d'un dispositif de transfert (13), de façon que les casiers soient la tête en bas dans la position de vidange, vider les casiers par leur tête,
    - transporter les casiers vides (16), à l'aide du dispositif de transfert (13), de la station de vidange (32) à un dispositif d'évacuation (12), et
    - évacuer des casiers vides (16) à l'aide du dispositif d'évacuation (12),
    caractérisé en ce que les casiers (14, 16) sont des casiers selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 et en ce que lors d'au moins une des étapes, une évacuation de charge électrique est effectuée.
