Abstract
Ein Hydrozyklon (10) zur Auftrennung eines strömungsfähigen Gemisches aus mehreren Phasen mit unterschiedlichen Dichten, umfassend mindestens einen Einströmraum (28) zur Zufuhr des aufzutrennenden Phasengemisches mit einer vorgebbaren Einströmgeschwindigkeit (48) in mindestens einen sich an den jeweiligen Einströmraum (28) anschließenden Zyklonraum (30), welcher vom Phasengemisch zur Auftrennung zyklonartig durchströmbar ist, wobei dem Einströmraum (28) und/oder dem Zyklonraum (30) mindestens ein geformtes Teil (40, 40', 47, 47', 52, 52') zugeordnet ist, welches vom Phasengemisch mit der vorgebbaren Einströmgeschwindigkeit (48) zur Aufteilung in mindestens eine Tangentialgeschwindigkeitskomponente und mindestens eine Axialgeschwindigkeitskomponente an- oder durchströmbar ist, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eines der Teile (40-52') derart geformt ist, dass das dem jeweiligen Zyklonraum (30) zugeführte Phasengemisch zumindest in einem sich unmittelbar an den jeweiligen Einströmraum (28) anschließenden Zyklonbereich (49) ein iso-kinetisches Strömungsverhalten mit im Wesentlichen konstanter Axialgeschwindigkeitskomponente aufweist.
