Claims (13)
- Four de cuisson (10) comprenant une cavité de four (12) et un appareil de nettoyage à la vapeur, dans lequel- le four de cuisson (10) comprend une buse de vapeur (18) pour fournir de la vapeur comme agent de nettoyage, dans lequel la buse de vapeur (18) est agencée de façon stationnaire à l'intérieur de la cavité de four (12),caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de nettoyage comprend une poignée (20) qui est un pistolet à vapeur (20) pour pulvériser de la vapeur, l'appareil de nettoyage comprend un tuyau souple (22) s'étendant ou extensible entre la buse (18) et la poignée (20), le tuyau souple (22) est prévu pour transporter la vapeur, le tuyau souple (22) est connecté ou connectable de façon détachable à la buse (18), et le four de cuisson (10) comprend au moins un élément de capteur pour détecter si le tuyau souple (22) est connecté à la buse (18) .
- Four de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le four de cuisson (10) comprend un générateur de vapeur agencé à l'intérieur du four de cuisson (10) et connecté à la buse de vapeur (18).
- Four de cuisson selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le four de cuisson (10) comprend un réservoir d'eau connecté au générateur de vapeur.
- Four de cuisson selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le générateur de vapeur et/ou le réservoir d'eau est (sont) connecté (s) ou connectable(s) à une alimentation d'eau externe.
- Four de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la buse (18) est agencée au niveau d'une paroi latérale intérieure (16) de la cavité de four (12).
- Four de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de nettoyage est prévu pour nettoyer les côtés intérieur de la cavité de four (12) et/ou de la porte de four (14).
- Four de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (20) comprend un gicleur (24) pour distribuer l'agent de nettoyage.
- Four de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (20) comprend une partie de préhension allongée (26) .
- Four de cuisson selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la forme de la partie de préhension (26) est adaptée au côté intérieur de la main humaine.
- Four de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les axes de la partie de préhension (26) et du gicleur (24) forment un angle obtus.
- Four de cuisson selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'angle des axes de la partie de préhension (26) et du gicleur (24) est compris entre 120° et 150°.
- Four de cuisson selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que l'angle des axes de la partie de préhension (26) et du gicleur (24) est compris entre 130° et 140°.
- Four de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la buse (18) et/ou le tuyau souple (22) comprend(-nent) un mécanisme d'emboîtement pour connecter ledit tuyau souple (22) à la buse (18).
