  • the correction device 10 can be taken into its non-operating condition, retracted with respect to the bending bench 15.
  • the support pin 27 provides to keep the bar B in the desired position, that is, with at least the curved segment 18 cooperating with the housing seating 37, even during the operations to lift the bar B.

Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif pour corriger la forme d'une barre métallique déformée (B), ladite barre (B) étant pourvue d'au moins un premier segment sensiblement rectiligne (16), d'un second segment sensiblement droit (17) qui est opposé au premier segment (16), séparé de lui par un segment courbe (18), ledit premier segment (16) étant dévié par rapport au plan sur lequel se situent ledit second segment (17) et au moins une portion dudit segment courbe (18), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un premier élément de butée (25), adapté pour maintenir sélectivement ledit segment courbe (18) et pourvu d'une surface de butée (35) sur laquelle, en utilisation, au moins une portion dudit second segment (17) et dudit segment courbe (18) est reçue, et un second élément de butée (26) qui est décalé par rapport audit premier élément de butée (25) et pourvu d'un élément de pression (41) qui, pendant l'utilisation, est disposé au-dessus dudit premier segment (16), des moyens de translation (39, 42) étant associés au moins à l'un ou l'autre parmi ledit premier élément de butée (25) ou ledit second élément de butée (26) afin de déplacer en translation au moins l'un de ceux-ci contre l'autre, de sorte que ledit élément de pression (41) et ladite surface de butée (35) déforment ledit segment courbe (18).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier élément de butée (25) comporte un élément de réception (36) adapté pour définir un appui de réception (37) adapté pour maintenir au moins une portion dudit segment courbe (18).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier élément de butée (25) comporte une première partie (32) et une seconde partie (33) disposée sensiblement orthogonale à la première partie (32), ladite première partie (32) et ladite seconde partie (33) définissant ladite surface de butée (35).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de pression (41) est disposé en correspondance avec la zone concave définie entre ladite première partie (32) et ladite seconde partie (33) du premier élément de butée (25).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce qu'une goupille de support (27) est associée audit premier élément de butée (25), et est disposée normalement et en faisant saillie par rapport à ladite surface de butée (35), et en ce que ladite barre (B) est disposée entre ladite goupille de support (27) et ledit second élément de butée (26).
  6. Dispositif selon les revendications 3 et 5, caractérisé en ce que ladite goupille de support (27) est disposée à travers ladite première partie (32) du premier élément de butée (25).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce que des premiers moyens de translation (39) et des seconds moyens de translation (42) sont respectivement associés audit premier élément de butée (25) et audit second élément de butée (26) afin de les déplacer en translation de manière indépendante l'un de l'autre.
  8. Procédé pour corriger la forme d'une barre métallique (B), comportant au moins une étape de déformation pendant laquelle ladite barre métallique (B) est déformée pour définir au moins un premier segment sensiblement rectiligne (16), un second segment sensiblement droit (17) qui est opposé au premier segment et séparé de lui par un segment courbe (18), ledit premier segment (16) étant dévié par rapport à un plan commun dudit second segment (17) et au moins une portion dudit segment courbe (18), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins une étape ultérieure pour corriger la forme entre ledit premier segment (16), ledit second segment (17) et ledit segment courbe (18) au moyen d'un dispositif de correction (10), ladite étape de correction fournissant au moins une sous-étape consistant à maintenir au moins une portion du segment courbe (18) au moyen d'un premier élément de butée (25) pourvu d'une surface de butée (35) sur laquelle au moins une portion du second segment (17) est disposée, une sous-étape consistant à positionner un élément de pression (41), un second élément de butée (25) qui est disposé décalé par rapport au premier élément de butée (25), au-dessus du premier segment (16), et une sous-étape pendant laquelle au moins l'un ou l'autre parmi ledit premier élément de butée (25) ou ledit second élément de butée (26) est déplacé en translation contre l'autre de sorte que ledit élément de pression (41), agissant sur ledit premier segment (16), déforme ledit segment courbe (18).
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que ladite étape de correction de la forme fournit au moins une première sous-étape pendant laquelle ladite barre métallique (B) est transférée vers ledit dispositif de correction (10) le long d'un plan d'alimentation (15), ladite surface de butée (35) du premier élément de butée (25) étant disposée sensiblement parallèle audit plan d'alimentation (15), et une seconde sous-étape dans laquelle ledit dispositif de correction (10) est déplacé verticalement en translation de sorte qu'il fait saillie à partir dudit plan d'alimentation (15).
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'après ladite seconde sous-étape, ledit premier élément de butée (25) est déplacé en translation vers ledit élément de pression (41), de sorte que ce dernier exerce une pression sur ledit premier segment (16).
  11. Machine pour déformer au moins une barre métallique (B) comportant au moins des moyens (12) pour transférer ladite barre métallique (B) vers un dispositif de déformation (14) et des cisailles (13) pour cisailler ladite barre (B) aux dimensions requises, ledit dispositif de déformation (14) étant prévu afin de déformer ladite barre métallique (B) et de définir au moins un premier segment (16), un second segment (17) adjacent au premier segment (16), et un segment courbe (18), interposé entre ledit premier segment (16) et ledit second segment (17), ledit premier segment (16) étant dévié par rapport au plan sur lequel se situent ledit second segment (17) et au moins une portion dudit segment courbe (18), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte également un dispositif pour corriger la forme de ladite barre métallique (B) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7.
  12. Machine selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que ledit dispositif de correction (10) est disposé en aval du dispositif de déformation (14) et en ce que lesdits moyens de déplacement sont adaptés pour déplacer ladite barre (B) à partir dudit dispositif de correction (10) et vers celui-ci.
