Es sind Handschuhinserts bekannt, die aus zwei hauchdünnen wasserabweisenden und atmungsaktiven Kunststofffolien durch Verkleben oder Verschweissen ausgebildet sind. Derartige Handschuhinserts werden vielfach nur als eine Art Zwischenlage zwischen dem Handschuhfutter auf Textilbasis und dem Aussenhandschuh verwendet. Diese Handschuhinserts sind zwar wasserabweisend und atmungsaktiv, vermissen aber die gewünschte dreidimenzionale anatomische Form und lassen sich nur mit extremen Schwierigkeiten mit dem Handschuhfutter und dem Aussenhandschuh verbinden. Das hat den Nachteil, dass es durch die Herstellungsart der Inserts und die unterschiedliche Passform der einzelnen Handschuhteile zur Beschädigung der dünnen Inserts kommen könnte, sodass der Benutzer in einem solchen Handschuh dennoch feuchte Hände bekommt.There are glove inserts known, which are formed from two gossamer water repellent and breathable plastic films by gluing or welding. Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe erfindungsgemäß durch ein Handschuhinsert auf Textilbasis der eingangs genannten Art, bei dem die gesamte Oberfläche durch eine nahtlose Beschichtung mit einem wasserabweisenden und atmungsaktiven Material ausgebildet ist. Unter einem atmungsaktiven Material wird im Sinne der Erfindung ein wasserdampfdurchlässiges Material verstanden. Ein solches Handschuhinsert ist vollständig wasser- bzw. flüssigkeitsdicht. Derartige Handschuhinserts werden hauptsächlich in Handschuhen im breiten Sportbereich eingesetzt. Beispielsweise beim Motorrad- oder Wintersport sind Handschuhe mit Handschuhinserts auf Textilbasis, die mit einer wasserabweisenden und atmungsaktiven Membranschicht versehen sind, vorteilhaft.This object is achieved according to the invention by a textile-based glove insert of the type mentioned in the introduction, in which the entire surface is formed by a seamless coating with a water-repellent and breathable material. Gleichzeitig wird durch die wasserabweisende und flüssigkeitsdichte Eigenschaft der Membranschicht (2), die nahtlos über das gesamte Handschuhinsert (1) aufgebracht wird, das Eindringen von Flüssigkeiten in das Handschuhinnere (6) verhindert. Das Handschuhinsert (1) weist vor der Beschichtung herstellungstechnisch Nähte (4) auf, die durch den Beschichtungsvorgang versiegelt werden, sodass durch sie keine Flüssigkeit in das Handschuhinnere (6) eindringen kann. Das Handschuhinsert (1) wird vor dem nahtlosen Beschichten an den Fingerspitzen mit kleinen Ausbuchtungen (5) zur sicheren Befestigung mit dem Aussenhandschuh versehen.
