Fig. 1 zeigt ein erfindungsgemäßes Siebelement für eine Scheibensiebvorrichtung, das elastisch nachgiebige Finger 4 aufweist, wobei einer der Finger 4 als Reinigungsfinger 5 zur Reinigung insbesondere des Bundes eines auf einer - nicht gezeigten - benachbarten Drehachse angeordneten Siebelements und/oder einer benachbarten Drehachse ausgebildet ist. Fig. 1 zeigt in einer Vergrößerungsdarstellung, dass der zumindest eine Reinigungsfinger 5 an seinem radialen Ende 7 aus einem einheitlichen und abriebfesten Material besteht und homogen aufgebaut ist. Claims (13)

  1. A screen element (1) for a disc screen device, said device comprising a plurality of rotatable axes (2, 3) which are orientated parallel to each other and on which a plurality of screen elements (1) which are axially spaced with respect to each other are respectively arranged non-rotationally, wherein:
    a) the screen element (1) comprises elastically flexible fingers (4); and
    b) at least one of the fingers is embodied as a cleaning finger (5) with no reinforcing parts, for cleaning an adjacent axis of rotation (2; 3) and/or a screen element (1) arranged on the adjacent axis of rotation (2; 3),
    characterised in that
    c) at least the radial end (7) of the at least one cleaning finger (5) consists of a material which exhibits a greater rigidity than the other fingers (4).
  2. The screen element (1) according to Claim 1, characterised in that at least the radial end (7) of the at least one cleaning finger (5) consists of a different material to the rest of the screen element and/or the rest of the fingers (4).
  3. The screen element (1) according to any one of Claims 1 and 2, characterised in that at least the radial end (7) of the at least one cleaning finger (5) consists of an abrasion-resistant material.
  4. The screen element (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that at least the radial end (7) of the at least one cleaning finger (5) is designed to be homogenous and/or consists of a uniform material or uniform mixture of materials.
  5. The screen element (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the rest of the screen element (1) and/or the rest of the fingers (4) consist(s) of an elastic synthetic material, in particular rubber.
  6. The screen element (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that at least the radial end (7) of the at least one cleaning finger (5) consists of an abrasion-resistant synthetic material, in particular polyimide and/or polyvinyl chloride and/or polyester urethane rubber, or a mixture of abrasion-resistant synthetic materials.
  7. The screen element (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that at least the radial end (7) of the at least one cleaning finger (5) consists of a metal or metal alloy, in particular steel and/or tempered steel and/or fine grain steel.
  8. The screen element (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that at least the radial end (7) of the at least one cleaning finger (5) consists of a ceramic material.
  9. The screen element (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the free end of the cleaning finger (5) exhibits a larger radial distance from the axis of rotation (2; 3) than the other fingers (4).
  10. The screen element (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the cleaning finger (5) as a whole consists of an abrasion-resistant material.
  11. The screen element (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the cleaning finger (5) is and/or can be fixed to the rest of the screen element such that it can be removed and/or substituted.
  12. The screen element (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the centre of the outer contour of the fingers (4, 5) is arranged eccentrically with respect to the axis of rotation (2; 3) of the screen element (1), wherein the radially outer end (7) of the cleaning finger (5) exhibits the largest radial distance from the axis of rotation (2; 3) of the screen element (1).
  13. A screen device, in particular a disc screen, comprising at least one screen element (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 12.
