Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif de battage pour faire pénétrer une colonne vibrée dans un terrain de construction, comprenant une lance tubulaire (4) reliée à une pièce de couplage (1) contre laquelle sont fixées au moins deux cellules excitatrices (3) réparties radialement autour de l'axe médian de la lance (4), cellules qui présentent chacune un carter (31) dans lequel est agencé au moins un arbre comprenant au moins une masse de balourd, arbre qui est relié à au moins un entraînement rotatif (32),caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux cellules excitatrices (3) sont orientées de telle manière que les balourds de ces cellules (3) se synchronisent d'elles-mêmes en service.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sont agencées exactement deux cellules excitatrices mono-arbre (3).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que sont agencés des moyens pour stabiliser le fonctionnement synchrone d'au moins ces deux cellules excitatrices (3).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de couplage (1) est reliée à un chariot (2) via lequel elle se trouve en appui coulissant le long d'une jumelle (8).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le chariot (2) est relié à un chariot de base (7) guidé sur la jumelle (8), chariot de base auquel il est possible d'imprimer des forces de traction et/ou de compression par le biais d'un entraînement.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le chariot de base (7) est relié de manière amortie avec le chariot (2) via des éléments flexibles, en particulier des élastomères (24).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'une console (6) est fixée contre le chariot de base (7), console qui est dotée d'éléments flexibles, en particulier d'élastomères (24) via lesquels cette même console (6) est reliée au chariot (2).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une trémie de remplissage (5) agencée pour remplir la lance (4) est fixée via des éléments amortisseurs.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la lance présente un flasque (41) lui-même vissé avec un flasque (12) prévu contre la pièce de couplage (1).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la lance tubulaire (4) est configurée à double paroi.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un raccord est agencé pour mettre sous pression d'air comprimé la cavité formée entre les deux parois de la lance tubulaire (4).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de la lance (4) présente des orifices latéraux.
