Description

The present invention relates to a buckle for fastening at least one band, wherein the buckle has at least one buckle body and at least one, on the buckle base slidably mounted in at least one displacement clamping jaw for clamping the guided around the clamping web band and the clamping web at least one, slidably mounted on the buckle body Clamping web base body and a clamping leg over the clamping jaw protruding clamping legs to bear the guided around the clamping bar band.

Buckles are in the prior art for example from the AT 506 290 B1 known. It may be one-piece buckles on the buckle body two bands, usually opposite each other, are attached. But it can also be two- or multi-part buckles, in which two or more buckle components are releasably locked together, wherein at least one or each buckle component or its buckle body, a band can be attached. The displaceably mounted clamping bar makes it possible to clamp the band guided around it by moving the clamping bar. To release this clamping connection, the web is displaced in the opposite direction, whereby the band can be adjusted or completely removed. In the clamping position, the connection between the belt and the buckle body should be able to absorb the highest possible tensile forces without the band being pulled off or being damaged by the buckle body. On the other hand, but also an adjustment of the band should be as simple as possible, if desired.

In the GB 1 066 740 A a generic buckle is shown, which forms the closest prior art. The clamping bar of this buckle shown there is slidably mounted on the buckle body and achslos against the Buckle body tilt or swivel. This construction has the disadvantage that it can come in certain loading conditions to jamming of the clamping web on the buckle body.

The object of the invention is to improve a generic buckle to the effect that this problem is avoided as possible.

According to the invention, this is achieved by providing, for providing the displaceability of the clamping web relative to the buckle base body, the clamping web base body, seen in a longitudinal section parallel to the displacement, slot-like recess through which a buckle body arranged on the support pin is passed.

By over the Klemmsteggrundkörper, preferably parallel to the direction of displacement, projecting clamping leg, the contact surface of the band is increased at the clamping bar. As a result, the holding forces are increased. Furthermore, the band under tension can transmit a higher torque to the clamping web via the clamping leg, which additionally reinforces the clamping. As a result, the connection of the band and buckle can absorb much higher tensile forces without the connection being adjusted or released by slipping out of the band and without the band being cut off. Buckle according to the invention can be used for fastening and / or connecting a wide variety of straps or straps. It may be one-piece buckles, which have only a single buckle body. But it may also be multi-part buckles with multiple, in a conventional manner connectable buckle components, wherein on the buckle bodies of the buckle components different straps or bands can be attached. Buckles according to the invention can be designed, for example, for fastening at least one band to a body or article and / or for fastening or connecting at least two bands. The clamping leg is conveniently displaced together with the clamping web base body.

Preferred embodiments of the invention provide that the clamping leg, preferably the entire clamping web, is pivotable about a, preferably orthogonal, to the displacement direction, pivot axis. By provided in addition to the displaceability pivotability of the clamping leg or the entire clamping web, the voltage applied to the clamping leg band in the clamping position of the clamping bar particularly high torques apply, so that a particularly firm connection between the band, clamping bar and buckle body is achieved. In order to further increase the contact surface and thus to be able to absorb particularly high tensile forces, a preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the surface of the clamping web and / or of the optionally existing counter web extending around the clamping web to increase a contact surface at least in some areas Sequence of elevations and depressions. The dimensioning or size and the distance between elevations and depressions can be made very different. With a large number of very small elevations and depressions, one could also speak of a roughened surface.

Preferred embodiments provide that the entire clamping web is integrally formed. This means that all components which form the Klemmsteg-, are connected together as a single piece. In particular, these are the terminal web base body and the clamping leg and the further below, optionally existing Löser.

Fig. 1 shows a plan view of a buckle 1 according to the invention, which is formed in two parts. The buckle component 19 is a male component, which can be inserted into the female buckle component 20. In the in Fig. 1 illustrated position lock the operating lever 21, the two buckle members 19 and 20 with each other. If the actuating lever 21 is actuated or pivoted by hand, the male buckle component 19 can be pulled out of the female buckle component 20. The female buckle member 20 has a simple opening 22 through which a further strap 2, not shown here, can be passed. The basic structure of the buckle 1 described so far is known per se and need not be further explained here.

Fig. 1. Fig. 3. Fig. 5. The male buckle member 19 has in this embodiment, the buckle body 3, on which the in Fig. 1 actually illustrated band 2 can be fixed when it is guided around the clamping web 5. In a corresponding train in the direction 23 of the clamping bar 5 is pressed together with the guided around him band 2 against the buckle body 3, so that it comes to jamming of the belt between the buckle body 3 and clamping bar 5. Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of this buckle 1 together with strap or band. 2 Fig. 3 shows a side view of the buckle 1 according to the Fig. 1 and 2 in the clamping position in which the band 2 is clamped on the buckle base 3. Fig. 5 shows a corresponding side view, wherein the clamping web 5, however, is in an open position in which the band 2 can be adjusted and / or withdrawn. Fig. 4 shows a longitudinal section parallel to the direction 4 along the in Fig. 1 illustrated section line AA. The corresponding cutting plane is normal on the leaf surface gem. Fig. 1 , Fig. 4 shows the longitudinal section in the clamping position acc. Fig. 3. Fig. 6 shows an analogous longitudinal section in the open position acc. Fig. 5. Fig. 7 shows a perspective view of the clamping bar 5 used. Fig. 8 shows a longitudinal section through this clamping bar 5 in the same sectional plane as the 4 and 6 , ie as a longitudinal section parallel to the direction of displacement 4. In Fig. 8 is the basic structure of the According to the invention formed clamping web 5 particularly clearly visible. The clamping web 5 has a clamping web base body 6 and a clamping leg 7 projecting beyond the clamping web base body 6. To provide the displaceability of the clamping web 5 relative to the buckle main body 3, the clamping web base body 6, seen in the longitudinal section parallel to the displacement direction 4, slot-like recesses 9, through which a fixed to the buckle body 3 arranged support pin 10 is passed. At the end remote from the terminal block body 6 end of the clamping leg 7, the clamping web 5 a, preferably against the clamping leg. 7 Angled, release 12 on. How very good in Fig. 8 can be seen, the clamping bar 5, seen in the longitudinal section parallel to the direction of displacement 4, at least approximately the shape of a nine or six.

In order to further increase the contact surface between band 2 and clamping web 5, a sequence of elevations 17 and depressions 18 is arranged on the band 2 of the associated surface 15 of the clamping web 5, at least in regions. The elevations 17 and depressions 18 may be formed, for example, as a sequence of webs and channels, but also in the form of a corresponding burl field or the like. The dimensioning of the elevations 17 and depressions 18 can be configured very differently.

The clamping web 5 of this embodiment has a, seen in a longitudinal section parallel to the displacement direction 4, U-shaped recess 14 into which a preferably fixed to the buckle body 3 arranged counter-web 13 with the interposition of the guided around the clamping web 5 band 2 can be inserted. The, seen in longitudinal section parallel to the displacement direction 4, U-shaped recess 14 of this embodiment is bounded by the terminal web body 6 and the clamping leg 7 and the release tab 12. The recess 14 can, seen in longitudinal section parallel to the displacement direction 4, of course, have a different, deviating from the u-shape cross-sectional shape.

The further construction and the operation of this embodiment are particularly good in comparison 4 and 6 seen. As I said, shows Fig. 4 the clamping position in which the band 2 is clamped by means of the clamping web 5 according to the invention. Fig. 6 shows the opening position at which the tape 2 can be moved by pulling in one of the directions 23 or 24 on the clamping bar 5 or deducted from this.

Through the slot 9 of the clamping bar 5 of here fixed to the buckle body 3 arranged support pin 10 is passed. Due to the slot-like cross-section of this recess 9, the clamping web 5 or its clamping web base body can be Move 6 relative to the support pin 10 and the buckle body 3 in the displacement directions 4. In preferred embodiments, such as here in the Fig. 1 to 8 shown, the support pin 10 simultaneously forms the pivot axis 8, by which the clamping web 5 together with the clamping leg 7 can be pivoted. The support pin 10 can be configured very differently and therefore could also be generally referred to as a support body.

Preferred embodiments of the invention as shown here, further provide that in the slot-like recess 9 in addition to the support pin 10, preferably on the side remote from the clamping leg side of the clamping web base body 6, an elastic spring element 11 is arranged. The elastic spring element 11 may be formed very differently, e.g. it can be an elastomeric body.

Is, starting from the open position acc. Fig. 6 Pull applied in the direction of 23 on this part of the band 2, the clamping leg 7 and the entire clamping bar 5 is pivoted about the pivot axis 8 and simultaneously displaced in the direction 23. It comes to compressing the elastic spring element 11 and the counterpart web 13 of the buckle 3 is inserted with the interposition of the band 2 in the, here in longitudinal section parallel to the displacement direction 4, U-shaped recess 14 of the clamping web 5. About the clamping leg 7 is exerted by the belt 2 by train in the direction 23, a very high torque on the clamping bar 5, so that very high holding forces are generated. The ribbing or raised contact surface by means of the elevations 17 and depressions 18 additionally reinforces the holding forces. Compared to the prior art known clamping webs 5, the power transmission and the tensile forces are increased by a two-digit percentage, without causing slippage or damage to the belt or the belt 2.

Soll die Schnalle 1 aus der Klemmstellung gem. Fig. 4 in die geöffnete Stellung gem. Fig. 6 geschoben. If the buckle 1 according to the clamping position. Fig. 4 in the open position acc. Fig. 6 are brought, it is sufficient to pull in the direction 24 at the corresponding side of the tape, on the release tab 12 then the entire clamping bar. 5 pivoted about the pivot axis 8 and the elastic spring element 11 in one of the displacement directions 4 in the position gem. Fig. 6 pushed. The elastic spring element 11 leads to a travel limit of the sliding movement.

The Fig. 9 to 16 show by way of example alternative embodiments of the invention. In the FIGS. 9, 11, 13 and 15 each longitudinal section is analogous to Fig. 4 shown. The FIGS. 10, 12, 14 and 16 each show the corresponding perspective representations from the outside. The FIGS. 9 and 10 form a first, the FIGS. 11 and 12 a second, the FIGS. 13 and 14 a third and the FIGS. 15 and 16 A fourth alternative embodiment.

The operation of the inventively embodied clamping web 5 corresponds in all these alternative embodiment examples of the operation of the first embodiment. So this need not be explained separately again. The Fig. 9 to 16 should essentially show the buckle 1 according to the invention or its buckle body 3 can be designed very different. The buckles 1 can z. B. be provided as a one-piece buckles that a second belt 2 is passed directly through the opening 22 and secured there. But it can also be provided that the respective buckle basic body 3 are part of a first buckle member 19, which can be releasably connected or locked via a corresponding fastening or locking mechanism with further, not shown here buckle components 20 of the respective buckle 1.
