Claims (12)
- Dispositif de protection contre les retours de flamme, comprenant une barrière anti-flamme cylindrique (8, 8', 21) intégrée dans un mur (6, 6'), qui sépare une zone menacée (13) vis-à-vis d'une zone extérieure (15), avec une surface de section transversale présentant une pluralité d'intervalles d'écoulement, et une hauteur qui détermine la longueur des intervalles d'écoulement, ainsi qu'une face inférieure (9) dirigée vers la zone explosive (13) et une face supérieure (16) dirigée vers la zone extérieure (15), et dans lequel la barrière anti-flamme (8, 8', 21) est mise en place dans une ouverture (7, 7') du mur (6, 6') qui correspond aux surfaces de section transversale de la barrière anti-flamme (8, 8', 21),
caractérisé en ce que la barrière anti-flamme (8, 8', 21) est réalisée par un enroulement conjoint, en forme de cercle ou en forme de spirale, d'une bande de métal lisse avec une bande de métal ondulé, et en ce que la barrière anti-flamme (8, 8', 21) dépasse sur au moins un cinquième de sa hauteur au-delà du mur (6, 6') jusqu'en pénétration dans la zone extérieure (15). - Dispositif de protection contre les retours de flamme selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la barrière anti-flamme (8, 8', 21) se raccorde avec la bordure inférieure de sa hauteur en affleurement avec la face inférieure (10) du mur (6) dirigée vers la zone menacée (13).
- Dispositif de protection contre les retours de flamme selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un premier élément de fixation (11) qui traverse la section transversale de la barrière anti-flamme (8, 8', 21) est fixé à la face inférieure (10) du mur (6).
- Dispositif de protection contre les retours de flamme selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un second élément de fixation (17) est relié au premier élément de fixation (11) via un élément de liaison (18) traversant une ouverture médiane de la barrière anti-flamme (8, 8', 21), ledit second élément de fixation étant appliqué sur la face supérieure (16) de la barrière anti flamme (8, 8', 21).
- Dispositif de protection contre les retours de flamme selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément de fixation (11, 17) est un barreau.
- Dispositif de protection contre les retours de flamme selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément de fixation (11, 17) est un anneau nervuré.
- Dispositif de protection contre les retours de flamme selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la barrière anti-flamme (8, 8', 21) est réalisée sous la forme d'une plaque avec une hauteur faible par rapport à la longueur de section transversale.
- Dispositif de protection contre les retours de flamme selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'une pluralité de barrières anti-flamme (8, 8', 21) sont mises en place dans un mur (6).
- Dispositif de protection contre les retours de flamme selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la barrière anti-flamme (21) est réalisée sous forme de cylindre annulaire, en ce que les intervalles de traversée s'étendent dans une chambre annulaire (31) entourant une chambre intérieure (22), et en ce que la chambre intérieure (22) est en communication avec la zone extérieure (15) et est refermée par rapport à la zone menacée (13).
- Dispositif de protection contre les retours de flamme selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un canal d'écoulement (25) pour un gaz inerte est réalisé dans la chambre intérieure (22).
- Dispositif de protection contre les retours de flamme selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le canal d'écoulement (25) est reliée à la zone extérieure (15) avec son extrémité (26) qui ne débouche pas dans la chambre intérieure (22).
- Dispositif de protection contre les retours de flamme selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, réalisé sous forme de dispositif de brûlage, qui est conçu pour brûler les gaz qui s'écoulent à travers la barrière anti-flamme (8, 8', 21).
