  • einem Vorratsbehältnis mit zwei Kammern für jeweils eine pastöse Komponente des Gemisches, wobei das Vorratsbehältnis für jede Kammer einen Auslassstutzen aufweist,
  • einer Mischereinheit, die ein rohrförmiges Mischergehäuse mit einem darin angeordneten Mischerelement aufweist, wobei das Mischergehäuse ein mit dem Vorratsbehältnis kuppelbares Kupplungsende mit zwei Einlassstutzen sowie zwei zum Mischerelement führenden Kanälen für die pastösen Komponenten des Gemisches und an seinem gegenüberliegenden Ende eine Auslassöffnung für das Gemisch aufweist und die Einlassstutzen in die Auslassstutzen oder umgekehrt einsteckbar sind, und

Claims (7)

  1. An application device (1) for multi-component substances, in particular multi-component adhesives or multi-component sealants, comprising:
    1.1. at least two interconnected cartridge receiving devices (2.1, 2.2) for receiving replaceable cartridges (3.1, 3.2) containing substance components to be mixed, one of the cartridges having a rigid outside wall;
    1.2 a drive device for simultaneously expelling the substance components from the cartridges (3.1, 3.2) in the predetermined quantity ratios through component outlets with the aid of expulsion pistons;
    1.3. a mixing device (5), which is connected to the component outlets, mixes the expelled substance components and discharges them in the mixed state,
    1.4. at least one of the cartridge receiving devices (2.1, 2.2) is designed to be loaded with cartridges (3.1, 3.2.) on the discharge side;
    1.5 at least one of the cartridge receiving devices (2.2) is designed with a rigid outside wall so as to mount a cartridge (3.2);
    1.6. a cover adapter (2.3) is provided on the discharge side on the at least two cartridge receiving devices (2.1, 2.2); and
    1.7 a cartridge cover (4) is provided,
    characterized in that the cartridge cover (4) is designed to receive or attach the replaceable mixing device (5), wherein the cartridge cover (4) is attached to the cover adapter (2.3) so as to pivot about a swivel pin, wherein a shaft displacement element (2.4) is provided, which can displace at least a part of the drive shaft (9) of a present active mixer (5) in the direction of the pin.
  2. The application device (1) according to preceding claim 1, characterized in that the swivel pin is parallel to the longitudinal axes of the cartridge receiving devices (2.1, 2.2).
  3. The application device (1) according to preceding claim 2, characterized in that the drive shaft (9) is telescopic.
  4. The application device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the cartridge cover (4) comprises a mixer adapter (4.2), in which the mixing device (5) can be inserted and attached.
  5. The application device (1) according to preceding claim 4, characterized in that a bayonet catch or turn lock (6) is provided for attaching the mixing device (5).
  6. A cartridge set for loading an application device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims 1 to 5,
    characterized by the cartridge set comprising:
    6.1 a first cartridge (3.1), composed of a foil pouch (3.1), and more particularly a substantially cylindrical foil pouch, containing a first substance component;
    6.2 a second, self-supporting cartridge (3.2), composed of a cylinder (3.2) having a rigid outside wall, containing a second substance component;
    6.3 and an adapter piece (3.3) that is rigidly connected to the first and second cartridges (3.1, 3.2),
    6.4 wherein the adapter piece (3.3) comprises:
    6.5 a first receptacle (3.5) for the first cartridge (3.1);
    6.6 a second receptacle (3.6) for the second cartridge (3.2);
    6.7 at least one connecting rib (3.9) between the first and second receptacles (3.5, 3.6);
    6.8 wherein the first receptacle (3.5) has an opening (3.8) for an opening device of the foil pouch (3.1).
  7. A packaging unit, composed of an application device (1) for multi-component substances, in particular multi-component adhesives or multi-component sealants, according to any one of the preceding claims 1 to 5, and at least one cartridge set according to the preceding claims 6.
