Claims (13)
- Dispositif d'étiquetage servant à l'étiquetage d'emballages (5), avec un tapis de transport (11) servant au transport des emballages, avec une imprimante (4) servant à imprimer des étiquettes (7) et un applicateur (3) appliquant les étiquettes imprimées sur l'emballage ;
caractérisé en ce que :un dispositif de détection d'image (2) est prévu pour détecter la position de l'emballage à étiqueter sur le tapis de transport, ledit dispositif pilotant l'imprimante (4) à l'aide d'un signal de correction destiné à l'image imprimée, de sorte que l'imprimante (4) fait varier la position de l'image imprimée (71) sur l'étiquette (7) en fonction du signal de correction. - Dispositif d'étiquetage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'imprimante (4) déplace l'image imprimée (71) sur l'étiquette (7) sur un tronçon déterminé dans la direction horizontale et/ou verticale en fonction du signal de correction.
- Dispositif d'étiquetage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'imprimante (4) déplace l'image imprimée (71) sur l'étiquette d'un certain angle dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre ou dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d'une montre en fonction du signal de correction.
- Dispositif d'étiquetage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'imprimante (4) détermine automatiquement le modèle d'étiquette souhaité pour l'image imprimée suivante pour faire varier l'image imprimée (71) à partir d'une quantité de modèles d'étiquette (71a, 71b, 71c) préconçus, avec une image imprimée décalée et/ou tournée de façon individualisée.
- Dispositif d'étiquetage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de détection d'image (2) comporte une caméra linéaire (22) et un dispositif d'éclairage doté de deux sources lumineuses (23, 24) disposées en V.
- Dispositif d'étiquetage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de détection d'image (2) analyse un champ d'impression (41) placé sur l'emballage (5) et servant de référence pour calculer le signal de correction.
- Dispositif d'étiquetage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'imprimante (4) imprime des étiquettes (7) transparentes plus grandes que l'image imprimée (71) et que l'applicateur (3) applique les étiquettes de telle sorte sur l'emballage (5) que l'image imprimée (71) se place à l'intérieur du champ d'impression (41) disposé sur l'emballage.
- Dispositif d'étiquetage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'applicateur (3) comporte une étiqueteuse à tampon ou une étiqueteuse par soufflage ou une étiqueteuse rotative.
- Procédé d'étiquetage d'emballages transportés à une certaine distance les uns des autres sur un tapis de transport, caractérisé en ce que la position d'un emballage est respectivement détectée sur le tapis de transport à l'aide d'un dispositif de détection d'image optique et que l'image imprimée par le biais d'une imprimante utilisée lors du processus d'impression varie de telle sorte sur l'étiquette à appliquer en fonction de la position de l'emballage que l'image imprimée est positionnée en un point prédéfini sur l'emballage, indépendamment de la position de l'emballage, lors de l'application de l'étiquette.
- Procédé servant à l'étiquetage d'emballages selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un cadre d'impression présent sur l'emballage et bordant l'image imprimée de l'étiquette à appliquer est utilisé par le dispositif de détection d'image pour détecter la position d'un emballage.
- Procédé servant à l'étiquetage d'emballages selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que l'image imprimée est imprimée par l'imprimante sur des étiquettes transparentes.
- Procédé servant à l'étiquetage d'emballages selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les étiquettes utilisées comportent une extension longitudinale et/ou une extension transversale plus importante que l'image imprimée.
- Procédé servant à l'étiquetage d'emballages selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'image imprimée de l'étiquette appliquée est bordée par le cadre d'impre.ssion présent sur l'emballage.
