Abstract

The table has a saw blade guided as a trim saw outside an enclosed dust collection system (3) on an air base part. Cutting dust is largely and directly thrown into a suction device. The suction device is arranged such that accumulated dust is drawn into a vacuum cleaner (1) by vacuum formation. A cutting blade is arranged as wall-mounted trimming saws such that a dust guide is provided along a direction of the dust collection system by immersion of the cutting blade in cut products. A cutting disk is driven by a motor. A protective cover (4) protects environment during cutting process.

Description

The apparatus consists essentially of a cutting table with a carriage (9) on which a saw for cutting concrete is placed, a cutting disc (7) which is driven by a motor (2), a dust extraction (3) and a hood ( 4), which shields the cutting process from the environment.

By pulling the carriage (9) in the direction of the clippings, the clippings are cut. The resulting concrete dust is collected by the suction (3) and a connected vacuum cleaner (1).

The protective cover (4) is closed before the separation process in order to catch the dust that is not immediately absorbed by the suction device, and thus to facilitate later absorption. At the same time, the guard clamps, with height-adjustable clamping device, the clippings by means of clamping rails (8) against slipping. The reduction by a gear (5), which acts on a chain drive, belt drive or the like and pulls the carriage (9) with the saw, allows cutting with little effort, or an automatic controlled feed motor.

All components of the Steinsägetisches, as well as the dust extraction are already state of the art.

The combination of all components, however, enables a clean and comfortable cutting technology that is novel in the construction equipment market.

1. a) Spritzwasser, das ein relativ weit entferntes Aufstellen der herkömmlichen Nassschneidemaschinen vom Ort der Ausfiihrung nötigt macht, entfällt. Die Steinsäge mit Staubabsaugung kann direkt am Ort der Ausfiihrung aufgebaut werden. Dadurch muss der Bediener wesentlich kleinere Wege zurücklegen, was eine erhebliche Beschleunigung der Arbeiten bedeutet.
2. b) Das aufwendige Reinigen der Nassschneidemaschinen entfällt. Der Staub in dem Staubsauger wird gleich in einem Beutel bewahrt und kann so mit wenigen Handgriffen entsorgt werden.
3. c) Bei kalten Witterungsverhältnissen ist das Schneiden mit Staubabsaugung wesentlich angenehmer.
4. d) Wassergebundener Betonstaub wirkt auf die Hände des Bedieners wie feines Sandpapier. Auch dieser Nachteil besteht nicht mehr.
5. e) Spritzwasser von Nassschneidetischen können die Markierungen auf dem Schnittgut wegwaschen. Dieser Nachteil besteht nicht mehr.
6. f) Ein Peilen über die Anzeichnung auf dem Stein in Richtung Sägeblatt entfällt.
7. g) Dadurch, dass die Trennscheibe von unten zugefiirt wird, sind Schnitte um eine Ecke einfacher und sicherer auszuführen.
8. h) Durch die Schutzhaube, die das Austreten des Staubes verhindert und als Klemmvorrichtung dient, wird die Verletzungsgefahr für den Bediener minimiert.

The apparatus has the following advantages compared to standard stone saw tables, in which the dust is bound by water, and the saw blade is guided from above to the clippings:

1. a) splashing water, which makes a relatively distant setting up of the conventional wet cutting machines from the place of execution made unnecessary. The stone saw with dust extraction can be set up directly at the place of execution. As a result, the operator has to travel much smaller distances, which means a considerable acceleration of the work.
2. b) The complex cleaning of the wet cutting machines is eliminated. The dust in the vacuum cleaner is immediately stored in a bag and can be disposed of in a few simple steps.
3. c) In cold weather, cutting with dust extraction is much more pleasant.
4. d) Waterborne concrete dust acts on the operator's hands like fine sandpaper. This disadvantage is no longer.
5. e) Splashing water from wet cutting tables can wash away the marks on the clippings. This disadvantage no longer exists.
6. f) A sighting over the marking on the stone in the direction of the saw blade is omitted.
7. g) By feeding the cutting disc from below, cuts around a corner are easier and safer.
8. h) The protective hood, which prevents the escape of dust and serves as a clamping device, minimizes the risk of injury to the operator.

Cutting table for concrete paving stone or slabs, natural stone paving or slabs, ceramic tiles or natural stone tiles and related building materials, characterized in that the saw blade is guided as a train saw outside an encapsulated dust extraction on an airborne basis and the cutting dust is thrown directly into the suction device for the most part. Cutting table according to claim 1, characterized in that the suction device is arranged so that the resulting dust is drawn in the formation by vacuum in a vacuum cleaner. Cutting table according to claim 1, characterized in that the cutting blade is arranged as underfloor tensioning saw, so that the dust guide in the direction of dust extraction is already ensured when dipping the cutting blade in the cut. Cutting table according to claim 1, characterized in that by a reduction gear, the force of the operator is reinforced, so as to allow easier cutting over a crank, or a feed motor can be attached, which allows a semi-automatic cutting. Cutting table according to claim 1, characterized in that the resulting cutting dust is not released by a protective hood to the outside air.
