Definitions
- the invention relates to a packaging container according to the preamble of claim 1, as known from EP 2 256 051 is known.
- a packaging container is for example from the DE 20 2008 003 442 U1 known.
- the casing part of the packaging container is folded in a storage position, so that the packaging container can be stored space-saving.
- the shell part can be transferred by unfolding under increase in volume in the position of use, in which it is placed on the bottom wall and together with this encloses a packaging space that can be filled with packaged goods.
- the US 6,050,410 describes a foldable pallet top container with a flat base mounted on a pallet and a skirt portion secured within the base on a bottom wall.
- the shell part can be transferred from a folded storage position by folding relative to the ground in a unfolded position of use and vice versa.
- the container further comprises a lid part, which can be placed in the storage position and in the position of use on the bottom part.
- Object of the present invention is to provide a packaging container of the type mentioned, which can be handled in a simpler manner.
- a wall of the shell part is considered, which forms a side wall of the packaging container in its position of use.
- a side wall of the casing part which is referred to below as the first side wall, is fixed movably on the bottom wall by means of at least one fastening member.
- the first side wall and thus the jacket part are thereby held captive on the bottom part.
- the shell part can be pivoted to transfer from the storage position to the use position relative to the bottom part, wherein the first side wall is transferred, for example, from a position parallel to the storage position in the stocking position to the bottom wall in a direction of use in the use position perpendicular to the bottom wall level.
- At least one of the remaining, in particular all other, different from the first side wall side walls of the shell part in its position of use is or can be fixed in each case by means of at least one locking member on the bottom part.
- the respective at least one locking member is a foldable on the respective side wall about a fold line held locking tab which included in the position of use of the shell part in a respective from the bottom part or fixed to this Recording engages. If the casing part is transferred into the position of use, the respective locking tab can be folded around the folding line relative to the respective side wall and inserted into the respective receptacle of the bottom part.
- the receptacle is conveniently designed slot-shaped to prevent relative movement of the respective side wall to the bottom part.
- the respective locking tab can be held directly or indirectly on the respective side wall.
- the at least one attachment member is a holding lug connected to a lower edge of the first side wall and foldable about a fold line relative thereto.
- the retaining tab is held approximately by gluing or stapling on one of the bottom wall facing the lower edge of the first side wall, based on a use position of the shell part, in particular on a bottom wall facing the lower edge of the first side wall.
- the fold line defines a pivot axis about which the first side wall can be pivoted relative to the bottom wall when unfolding the shell part.
- the retaining tab is formed integrally with the first side wall.
- the retaining tab and the first side wall adjoin one another at a common edge defining the fold line. This is particularly advantageous in a production of the shell part of a paper material such as corrugated cardboard, when the retaining tab and the first side wall are formed from a one-piece material blank.
- the retaining tab extends along the entire lower edge of the first side wall, especially along the entire lower edge of the first side wall.
- the first side wall and the retaining tab thereby enter the largest possible connection area with each other.
- the first side wall is reliably fixed to the bottom wall and can be folded relative to the bottom wall in the most well-defined manner possible.
- the retaining tab has a fastening section facing away from the lower edge of the first side wall and fixed on the bottom wall, and a connecting section connecting the fastening section to the lower edge, which can be folded relative to the fastening section by a further fold line.
- the connecting section can assume, for example, an angled position relative to the fastening section fastened to the bottom wall and thereby be aligned approximately transversely to the bottom wall.
- the first side wall may be angled relative to the connecting portion and extend approximately parallel or substantially parallel and spaced from the bottom wall. As a result, an intermediate space is formed between the bottom wall and the first side wall, in which further side walls of the shell part can be stored folded in its storage position.
- the jacket part of the connecting portion can be folded about the other fold line relative to the mounting portion until it reaches, for example, for surface contact on the bottom wall.
- the first side wall can be converted into a desired position aligned at right angles to the bottom wall, which position assumes it in the position of use of the casing part.
- the attachment portion relative to a side edge of the bottom wall, along which the first side wall in the position of use of Jacket part extends, a distance equal to or substantially equal to the distance between the fold lines from each other.
- the space between the side edge and the attachment portion is occupied by the connecting portion of the retaining tab, and the first side wall is aligned or substantially flush with the side edge of the bottom wall.
- the distance is about one wall thickness or two wall thicknesses of the first side wall greater than the distance of the fold lines from each other. This ensures that the first side wall or that the subsequently mentioned cover part, which in the position of use can be placed on the jacket part, does not project beyond the bottom wall in the position of use of the jacket part on the outside.
- At least one opening is formed in the connecting section, that is, it has at least one opening.
- the at least one opening allows the storage of one of the below-mentioned locking tabs of the shell part in its storage position to fold this space saving and to secure the shell part in the storage position.
- the at least one opening is arranged symmetrically with respect to a plane oriented perpendicular to the bottom wall and the first side wall centrally dividing plane at the connecting portion. This allows the inclusion of locking tabs in the at least one opening when the shell portion occupies the storage position and the locking tabs are arranged symmetrically with respect to the plane.
- the casing part is laid flat in the storage position in order to save the packaging container as space-saving as possible.
- the jacket part is particularly preferably laid flat on the bottom wall, wherein the first side wall can be aligned parallel thereto.
- the casing part is a self-contained strip of material, for example, a plurality of annularly interconnected side walls, one of which is the first side wall.
- the formation of the shell portion as a strip of material facilitates a user handling the packaging container when unfolded from the storage position into the position of use.
- the packaging container can be further stored in a space-saving manner in that the casing part in the storage position does not protrude laterally beyond a bottom surface defined by the bottom wall.
- a possibly flattened and space-saving storage position of the shell part is achieved, for example, that in the storage position, the first side wall is spaced from a second side wall of the shell part opposite the first side wall and the further side walls connecting the first side wall to the second side wall Jacket part between the first side wall and the second side wall are arranged folded.
- the casing part can thus as it were assume a "sandwich" configuration, wherein the first side wall and the opposite second side wall of the casing part receive the remaining side walls between them.
- the first side wall is preferably fixed with the above-mentioned, the fastening portion and the connecting portion having retaining tab on the bottom wall and arranged in the storage position of the shell part at a distance from the bottom wall.
- the second side wall can lie flat against the bottom wall, and in the space between the first and the second side wall, the remaining side walls are stored space-saving.
- the casing part comprises two further side walls which connect the first side wall to the second side wall and which are arranged folded in each case in the storage position of the casing part between the first side wall and the second side wall.
- the jacket part can thus have four side walls, namely the first and the second side wall and two further, these interconnecting side walls. These are folded in the storage position of the casing part in itself, in each case at least one Thiswandfaltline. This allows a particularly space-saving storage of the shell part.
- the first side wall is preferably a longitudinal side wall of the shell part.
- At least one of the remaining, in particular all other, different from the first side wall side walls of the shell part at least one relative to this foldable fold line folding flap is fixed at a lower edge, in the position of use of the shell part on the bottom wall rests.
- At least one and in particular all of the first side wall different side walls of the shell part in each case at least one folding tab is set.
- the folding tab In the use position of the shell part, the folding tab can rest flat on the bottom wall.
- the at least one folding tab is preferably arranged in the interior of the packaging space.
- the respective folding flap expediently rests flat against that side wall to which it is fixed, so that the casing part can be stored in a space-saving manner.
- the respective folding tab can be folded around the folding line and brought to bear against the bottom wall.
- the respective folding tab is preferably fixed to a lower edge of the respective side wall, which faces the bottom wall in the position of use of the shell part, wherein the lower edge defines the fold line.
- At least one of the below-mentioned locking tabs is favorably connected to the respective folding tab, which is arranged on one side of the folding line opposite the folding tab and can be folded together with the folding tab relative to the respective side wall.
- a structurally simple embodiment of the packaging container is advantageously achieved in that the respective at least one folding tab is formed integrally with the respective other side walls. This is particularly advantageous when producing the casing part from a paper material such as corrugated cardboard, wherein the respective side wall and the respective folding tab are made of a one-piece material blank.
- the respective locking tab engages in a vertical and / or in a direction parallel to the bottom wall direction without play or substantially free of play in the respective recording.
- the respective side wall can then no longer be raised from the bottom wall and / or be moved in a plane parallel to the bottom wall level.
- the shell part is thus particularly reliable fixed to the bottom part when it occupies the position of use.
- the respective locking tab is formed integrally with the respective side wall.
