Claims (10)
- Document de valeur comprenant un substrat (1) et un élément de sécurité (2, 7), l'élément de sécurité (2, 7) comprenant au moins une couche d'acceptation de couleur transparente (5) qui est disposée dans une zone partielle au-dessus d'une première surface de l'élément de sécurité (2, 7) et qui est disposée dans ou sur le substrat, en ce que la première surface de l'élément de sécurité (2, 7) forme une surface commune avec une première surface du substrat (1), caractérisé en ce que la couche transparente d'acceptation de couleur (5), qui contient une charge choisie dans le groupe constitué par la boehmite, pseudo-boehmite, zéolite, Al2 O3 et gel de silice, et un liant choisi dans le groupe comprenant l'alcool polyvinylique, l'alcool polyvinylique modifié, les dispersions de polyuréthane, les dispersions d'acrylate, ainsi que les dérivés ou les mélanges de ceux-ci, est disposée au-dessus de la surface commune dans une première zone partielle de la surface commune, dans laquelle, au-dessus de la surface commune, une couche d'acceptation de couleur opaque (9) est disposée dans une zone partielle de la surface commune qui, lorsque le document de valeur est vu en lumière incidente, n'est pas située au-dessus, c'est-à-dire au-dessus de la surface commune c'est-à-dire à l'extérieur de l'élément de sécurité (2, 7), la couche opaque d'acceptation de couleur (9) étant disposée au-dessus de la surface commune dans une deuxième zone partielle (B) de la surface commune qui, lorsque le document de valeur est observé à la lumière incidente, ne se trouve pas au-dessus, c'est-à-dire à l'extérieur de l'élément de sécurité (2, 7). (2, 7), y présente une première épaisseur de couche constante et présente un évidement dans une troisième zone partielle (C) de la surface commune, qui se trouve au-dessus de l'élément de sécurité lorsque le document de valeur est observé à la lumière incidente, l'épaisseur de couche de la couche opaque d'acceptation de l'encre (9) étant située à l'intérieur d'une quatrième zone partielle (D) de la surface commune, qui se trouve entre la deuxième zone partielle (B) et la troisième zone partielle (C), présente, à partir de la première épaisseur de couche dans la deuxième zone partielle (B), une évolution décroissante en escalier ou en continu, de préférence avec un gradient constant, l'épaisseur de couche de la couche opaque d'acceptation de l'encre (9) diminuant dans la quatrième zone partielle (D) jusqu'à zéro et étant nulle dans toute la troisième zone partielle (C).
- Document de valeur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le liant comprend de l'alcool polyvinylique et, de préférence, le rapport charge/liant est compris dans la plage de 6:1 à 30:1.
- Document de valeur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel l'élément de sécurité (2) est réalisé sous la forme d'une fenêtre, d'un fil de sécurité, d'une bande de film, d'une caractéristique créée par impression, d'un patch ou d'une étiquette.
- Document de valeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel une couche transparente (8), de préférence un film plastique, est disposée entre la surface commune et la couche transparente (5) de réception de l'encre.
- Document de valeur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la quatrième zone partielle (D) est directement adjacente à la deuxième zone partielle (B) et à la troisième zone partielle (C) et entoure complètement la troisième zone partielle (C).
- Document de valeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel la couche transparente de réception de couleur (5) est disposée en dessous ou au-dessus de la couche opaque de réception de couleur (9) à l'intérieur de la deuxième (B), troisième (C) et éventuellement quatrième (D) zone partielle et y présente une épaisseur de couche constante ou présente dans la troisième (C) et éventuellement quatrième (D) zone partielle une épaisseur de couche accrue par rapport à la deuxième (B) zone partielle, de préférence de telle sorte que la somme des épaisseurs de couche de la couche transparente de réception de couleur (5) et de la couche opaque de réception de couleur (9) soit constante dans la deuxième (B), la troisième (C) et éventuellement la quatrième (D) zone partielle.
- Document de valeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel la couche transparente de réception de l'encre (5) est disposée au-dessous ou au-dessus de la couche opaque de réception de l'encre (9) uniquement à l'intérieur de la troisième (C) et éventuellement de la quatrième (D) zone partielle, et de préférence l'épaisseur de couche de la couche transparente de réception de l'encre (5), en partant d'une épaisseur de couche nulle dans la deuxième zone partielle (B), présente une évolution croissante en escalier ou en continu, de préférence avec un gradient constant, de telle sorte que la somme des épaisseurs de couche de la couche de réception de couleur transparente (5) et de la couche de réception de couleur opaque (9) dans la deuxième (B), la troisième (C) et éventuellement la quatrième (D) zone partielle reste constante.
- Document de valeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel la couche transparente d'acceptation de couleur (5) présente une première configuration dans une première sous-zone (5a) de la couche transparente d'acceptation de couleur et une deuxième configuration dans au moins une deuxième sous-zone (5b) de la couche transparente d'acceptation de couleur, de telle sorte que, que les deux sous-zones produisent une impression optiquement identique chez un observateur au moins lorsqu'on les observe à partir d'une direction prédéterminée, de préférence lorsqu'on les observe à partir de toutes les directions, les deux sous-zones se distinguant par une propriété technique, en particulier par leur comportement d'acceptation des couleurs ou leur comportement de gaufrage.
- Document de valeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel la couche opaque d'acceptation de l'encre (9) présente une première configuration dans une première sous-zone (9a) de la couche opaque d'acceptation de l'encre et une deuxième configuration dans au moins une deuxième sous-zone de la couche opaque d'acceptation de l'encre, de telle sorte que les deux sous-zones produisent une impression optiquement identique chez un observateur, au moins lorsqu'elles sont observées à partir d'une direction prédéterminée, de préférence lorsqu'elles sont observées à partir de toutes les directions, les deux sous-zones se distinguant par une propriété technique, notamment par leur comportement d'acceptation de l'encre ou leur comportement de gaufrage.
- Document de valeur selon la revendication 8 ou 9, dans lequel les sous-zones (5a, 5b) de la couche d'acceptation de couleur transparente (5) et/ ou les sous-zones (9a) de la couche d'acceptation de couleur opaque (9) forment une information reconnaissable par un observateur.
