- the grinding devices 50 are mounted outside the bottom of the housing device 20 and are respectively connected with the transmission devices 40.
- Each grinding device 50 has multiple grinding wheels 51 respectively and securely mounted around the axial rods 421 and the axles 413.
- a second embodiment of the drive assembly for a grinder is substantially the same as the first embodiment except the transmission wheel 41A of each transmission device 40 has a third toothed surface 414A engaged the driving band 33 and the transmission band 43 of the transmission device 40 as shown in Fig. 5 .

Claims (9)
- Mécanisme d'entraînement pour une ponceuse comprenant :un dispositif de boîtier (20) ayant un sommet et un fond ;un dispositif d'entraînement (30) relié au dispositif de boîtier (20) et comportantun moteur (31) monté fixement sur le sommet du dispositif de boîtier (20) et comportant un arbre rotatif (311) monté à travers le sommet du dispositif de boîtier (20) ;une roue d'entraînement (32) montée dans le dispositif de boîtier (20) et montée fixement autour de l'arbre du moteur (31) ; etune bande d'entraînement (33) mise en prise avec la roue d'entraînement (32) ;plusieurs dispositifs de transmission (40) montés de manière à pouvoir tourner dans le dispositif de boîtier (20), chaque dispositif de transmission (40) comportantune roue de transmission (41, 41A) mise en prise avec la bande d'entraînement (33) ;plusieurs roues entraînées (42), chaque roue entraînée (42) comportant une tige axiale (421) montée à travers le fond du dispositif de boîtier (20) ; etune bande de transmission (43) mise en prise avec la roue de transmission (41) et les roues entraînées (42) ; etplusieurs dispositifs de ponçage (50) montés à l'extérieur du fond du dispositif de boîtier (20) et respectivement reliés aux dispositifs de transmission (40), chaque dispositif de ponçage (50) comportant plusieurs roues de ponçage (51) respectivement montées fixement autour des tiges axiales (421) des dispositifs de transmission (40), caractérisé en ce que :le dispositif de boîtier (20) comporte un boîtier extérieur (20A) et un boîtier intérieur (20A) monté de manière à pouvoir tourner dans le boîtier extérieur (20A) ; etl'arbre (311) du moteur (31) est monté à travers le centre du sommet du dispositif de boîtier (20).
- Mécanisme d'entraînement pour une ponceuse selon la revendication 1, dans lequel
la roue de transmission (41) de chaque dispositif de transmission comporte
une première surface dentée (411) mise en prise avec la bande d'entraînement (33) et comportant plusieurs dents ; et
une deuxième surface dentée (412) mise en prise avec la bande de transmission du dispositif de transmission (43) et comportant plusieurs dents, dans lequel les dents de la première surface dentée (411) sont plus nombreuses que les dents de la deuxième surface dentée (412). - Mécanisme d'entraînement pour une ponceuse selon la revendication 2, dans lequel
trois roues entraînées (42) de chaque dispositif de transmission (40) sont mises en oeuvre et sont définies en tant que
deux premières roues (42A) ; et
une deuxième roue (42B) située entre les premières roues (42A), dans lequel un axe de chaque deuxième roue (42B) est plus près d'un axe de la roue d'entraînement (32) que ne l'est un axe de chaque première roue (42A). - Mécanisme d'entraînement pour une ponceuse selon la revendication 3, dans lequel
la bande d'entraînement (33) comporte
une surface intérieure mise en prise avec des surfaces extérieures des roues de transmission (41) ; et
une surface extérieure mise en prise avec la surface extérieure de la roue d'entraînement (32) ; et
la bande de transmission (43) de chaque dispositif de transmission comporte
une surface intérieure mise en prise avec les première roues (42A) et la roue de transmission (41) du dispositif de transmission (40) ; et
une surface extérieure mise en prise avec la deuxième roue (42B) du dispositif de transmission (40). - Mécanisme d'entraînement pour une ponceuse selon la revendication 4, dans lequel
les roues de transmission (41) sont agencées le long d'une circonférence à des intervalles égaux ;
les deuxièmes roues (42B) sont agencées le long d'une circonférence à des intervalles égaux ;
les premières roues (41) sont agencées le long d'une circonférence à des intervalles ;
une ligne, sur laquelle se trouvent un axe de chaque roue de transmission (41) et l'axe de la roue d'entraînement (32), est définie en tant que première ligne (L1) ;
une ligne, sur laquelle se trouvent l'axe de chaque deuxième roue (42B) et l'axe de la roue d'entraînement (32), est définie en tant que deuxième ligne (L2) ; et
un angle entre chaque première ligne (L1) et celle des deuxièmes lignes (L2) qui est la plus proche de la première ligne (L1) est de 15° (degrés). - Mécanisme d'entraînement pour une ponceuse selon la revendication 5, dans lequel
chaque roue de transmission (41) comporte un essieu (413) monté à travers le fond du dispositif de boîtier (20) ; et
l'une des roues de ponçage (51) de chaque dispositif de ponçage (50) est montée fixement autour de l'essieu (413) du dispositif de transmission (41). - Mécanisme d'entraînement pour une ponceuse selon la revendication 6, dans lequel
quatre dispositifs de transmission (40) sont mis en oeuvre. - Mécanisme d'entraînement pour une ponceuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel
le boîtier extérieur (20A) comporte un sommet ; et
un trou fileté (24) formé à travers le sommet du boîtier extérieur (20A) ; et
le boîtier intérieur (20B) comporte
un couvercle supérieur (21) comportant un sommet ; et
un trou de couvercle (211) formé à travers le sommet du couvercle supérieur (21) et s'alignant avec le trou fileté (24) du boîtier extérieur (20A) ;
un couvercle inférieur (22) relié au couvercle supérieur (21) ; et
un boulon de positionnement (23) relié de manière détachable au trou fileté (24) et au trou de couvercle (211) et comportant
une tige insérée (231) insérée de manière détachable dans le trou de couvercle (211) ;
une première surface filetée ; et
une deuxième surface filetée (232), dans lequel la première surface filetée et la deuxième surface filetée sont sélectivement vissées avec le trou fileté (24). - Mécanisme d'entraînement pour une ponceuse selon la revendication 1, dans lequel
la roue de transmission (41A) de chaque dispositif de transmission comporte une troisième surface dentée (413) mise en prise avec la bande d'entraînement (33) et la bande de transmission du dispositif de transmission (43).
