Claims (10)

  1. Installation pour la coulée et/ou le cintrage d'une barre métallique, en particulier une installation de coulée continue de forme courbe, comprenant un cadre de support (2) et un module de construction qui comprend, quant à lui :
    au moins deux supports de segments d'appui (3) qui forment une partie du cadre de support (2) de l'installation ; ainsi que
    des segments d'appui qui peuvent se relier aux supports de segments d'appui (3) et qui comprennent respectivement un agencement de rouleaux pour le guidage de la barre métallique ;
    dans laquelle les supports de segments d'appui (3) sont réalisés de telle sorte qu'ils supportent respectivement précisément un des segments d'appui ;
    caractérisée en ce que le module de construction comprend au moins deux supports de segments d'appui (3) respectivement limitrophes dans la direction de coulée, qui sont reliés l'un à l'autre en pivotement, et comprend une base, les supports de segments d'appui (3) étant fixés (11), de préférence en rotation, respectivement contre la base.

Installation selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle un premier point d'appui (10) est réalisé pour la fixation, un deuxième point d'appui (10) est réalisé pour un montage en déplacement transversal par rapport à la direction de coulée et les points d'appui restants (10) sont réalisés pour un montage en déplacement dans toutes les directions.
  4. Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle chaque support de segment d'appui individuel (3), lorsqu'on regarde dans la direction de coulée, présente essentiellement la même longueur que celle du segment d'appui qu'il supporte.
  5. Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle au moins deux, de préférence au moins trois supports de segments d'appui (3) sont réalisés de manière équivalente.
  6. Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle chaque support de segment d'appui (3), lorsqu'on regarde dans la direction de coulée, est monté en un seul point (11) contre la base.
  7. Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle au moins un des supports de segments d'appui (3) est formé essentiellement par deux supports longitudinaux (6) qui s'étendent de préférence sur les deux côtés longitudinaux de la barre dans la direction de coulée et qui sont reliés l'un à l'autre, lorsqu'on regarde transversalement par rapport à la direction de coulée, par des éléments de liaison (7).
  8. Installation selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle chaque support longitudinal (6) comprend, à une de ses extrémités, lorsqu'on regarde dans la direction de coulée, un moyen de liaison (8) et présente, à son autre extrémité, une zone (9) qui est essentiellement complémentaire à celle du moyen de liaison (8), si bien que deux supports de segments d'appui (3) disposés l'un derrière l'autre dans la direction de coulée peuvent être reliés de manière amovible, via le moyen de liaison (8) d'un premier support de segment d'appui (3) à la zone complémentaire (9) d'un deuxième support de segment d'appui (3).
  9. Installation selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle le moyen de liaison (8) est réalisé essentiellement via une tête de fourche (8).
  10.
