- A lock housing (1) with an anti-panic case (2) comprising a box (3), obturated by a lid (4) a so-called "cap", a bolt body (5) mounted inside the box (3) so as to be able to axially slide therein and a European type half-cylinder (6), the bolt body (5) comprises a bottom (50), two longitudinal sides (51, 52) and ends at one of its ends with a rear partition (53) and at its other end with a bolt (54), a spring (57), a so-called "bolt spring", being mounted between the rear partition (33) of the box and the rear partition (53) of the bolt body, this bolt spring (57) permanently tending to move the bolt body (5) into an active position, wherein the bolt (54) protrudes out of the box (3), each of the two longitudinal sides (51, 52) of said bolt body is pierced with an aperture (512, 522), both of these apertures (512, 522) being coaxial and in that the bottom (50) of the bolt body is pierced with a recess (55) positioned in the vicinity of both of these apertures, said European type half-cylinder (6) being mounted through said housing (1) and positioned through said recess (55) so that, when it is actuated with a key, its bit may engage into either one of these apertures (512, 522) and cause axial displacement of the bolt body (5), against the force exerted by said bolt spring (57), until it is brought into a passive position, wherein the bolt (54) is found inside the box (3).
- The lock housing according to claim 1, characterized in that said anti-panic case (2) comprises a handle (7) equipped with a pusher (8) and an L-shaped part (9), the L-shaped part (9) comprising a tilted ramp (913) and a retention abutment (914), in that this handle (7) is pivotally mounted at one of its ends relatively to said box (3), a spring (73), a so-called "case spring", being mounted between this handle (7) and the outer face of the bottom (30) of said box (3), in that the bolt body (5) comprises a pin (56) fixed between its longitudinal sides (51, 52), perpendicularly to the latter, the case spring (73) permanently tending to push aside said handle of the box, so as to maintain said anti-panic case (2) in a passive position, wherein said pin (56) is retained by said retention abutment (914), this abutment and the tilted ramp protruding inside the bolt body (5) through the recess (55) made in its bottom and wherein the bolt (54) protrudes out of the box (3), said anti-panic case (2) being able to pivot relatively to said box, under the action of an outer thrust exerted by an operator, against the force exerted by said case spring (73), so as to brought into an active position, wherein the tilted ramp (913) acts on the pin (56) so as to cause axial displacement of the bolt body (5), against the force exerted by said bolt spring (57),until this bolt body is brought into its passive position, wherein the bolt (54) is found inside the box.
- The lock housing according to claim 2, characterized in that the European type half-cylinder (6) is mounted inside the bolt body (5) between the pin (56) and the bolt (54).
- The lock housing according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the handle (7) of the anti-panic case is pivotally mounted on the box (3) about an axis (Y-Y') perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (X2-X'2) of the bolt body (5) and parallel to the pin (56), this pivot axis (Y-Y') extending in the box between the European type half-cylinder (6) and the front partition (34) or "faceplate" of the box.
- The lock housing according to claim 4, characterized in that the L-shaped part (9) is fixed on the handle (7) so that its wing (91), which includes the tilted ramp (913) and the retention abutment (914), extends in a plane located on the longitudinal axis (X2-X'2) of the bolt body (5) and perpendicular to the bottom (30) of the box.
- The lock housing according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the box (3), the cap (4), the bolt body (5) and/or the anti-panic case (2) are made out of stainless steel sheet.
