Claims (11)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un matériau d'enregistrement destiné à la réalisation d'un graphisme, induite par l'impression, comprenant au moins les étapes suivantes :
    la formation d'un substrat sous forme de feuille continue, présentant un recto formant la première des deux faces du substrat et un verso formant la deuxième des deux faces du substrat ;
    la préparation d'une première composition de revêtement, cette première composition de revêtement comprenant au moins :
    - un pigment inorganique,
    - un liant,
    - du salicylate de zinc ;
    l'application de la première composition de revêtement préparée sur le recto du substrat pour former une couche de réaction colorée ;
    le séchage de la première composition de revêtement ;
    l'enroulement du substrat sous forme de feuille continue et de la couche de réaction colorée.
    caractérisé en ce que
    - la couche de réaction colorée est réalisée sous forme d'une couche CF, et
    - le procédé comprend en outre, avant l'étape d'enroulement de la couche de réaction colorée réalisée sous forme d'une couche CF et du substrat sous forme de feuille continue, au moins les étapes suivantes :
    la préparation d'une deuxième composition de revêtement, cette deuxième composition de revêtement comprenant au moins :
    - un pigment inorganique,
    - un liant,
    - et de préférence en outre un moyen d'hydrophobisation ;
    l'application de la deuxième composition de revêtement préparée, pour former un revêtement pigmenté et de préférence hydrophobe, sur le verso du substrat ;
    - le séchage de la deuxième composition de revêtement.
  2. Procédé de fabrication d'un matériau d'enregistrement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première composition de revêtement est appliquée à l'aide d'une unité d'enduction choisi parmi la liste comprenant : une enduiseuse au rouleau, une enduiseuse à racle tournante, une enduiseuse à lame, une enduiseuse au rideau ou une lame d'air.
  3. Procédé de fabrication d'un matériau d'enregistrement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième composition de revêtement est appliquée à l'aide d'une unité d'enduction choisi parmi la liste comprenant : une enduiseuse au rouleau, une enduiseuse au rideau, une enduiseuse à lame et une enduiseuse à racle (tournante).
  4. Procédé de fabrication d'un matériau d'enregistrement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le salicylate de zinc est incorporé, en une quantité située dans la plage allant de 4 à 14 % en poids par rapport au poids total de la couche CF, dans cette couche CF.
  5. Procédé de fabrication d'un matériau d'enregistrement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le salicylate de zinc est incorporé, en une quantité située dans la plage allant de 5,5 à 11,0 % en poids par rapport au poids total de la couche CF, dans cette couche CF.
  6. Procédé de fabrication d'un matériau d'enregistrement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la couche CF contient en outre au moins un pigment inorganique choisi parmi la liste comprenant : le kaolin naturel, le kaolin calciné, la silice, le talc, le carbonate de calcium naturel, le carbonate de calcium précipité, ainsi que l'(hydr)oxyde d'aluminium.
  7. Procédé de fabrication d'un matériau d'enregistrement selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le rapport salicylate de zinctotal/pigment inorganiquetotal, rapporté au pourcentage en poids à l'intérieur de la couche CF, se situe dans la plage allant de 1/6,5 à 1/14,0.
  8. Procédé de fabrication d'un matériau d'enregistrement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé en ce que la couche CF contient en tant que pigment inorganique un mélange de pigments composé de kaolin naturel et de carbonate de calcium précipité.
  9. Procédé de fabrication d'un matériau d'enregistrement selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le rapport de mélange, en % en poids, du kaolin naturel sur le carbonate de calcium précipité se situe dans la plage allant de 2/1 à 1/2.
  10. Procédé de fabrication d'un matériau d'enregistrement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la couche CF contient en outre au moins un liant choisi parmi la liste comprenant : le latex de styrène-butadiène, le latex de styrène-acrylate, l'amidon et l'alcool polyvinylique.
  11. Procédé de fabrication d'un matériau d'enregistrement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la couche CF n'est que partiellement appliquée.
