Claims (9)
- Dispositif pour l'injection de carburant, comprenant :- un corps de soupape (2) ;- une aiguille de soupape (3) s'ouvrant vers l'extérieur disposée dans le corps de soupape (2), dans une chambre de pression (4) remplie de carburant alimentée en carburant sous pression ;- un élément de rappel (20) rappelant l'aiguille de soupape (3) dans une position de départ ;- un actionneur électromagnétique (6) disposé dans une chambre d'actionneur (9) pour actionner l'aiguille de soupape (3) ; et- une membrane (13) disposée dans la chambre d'actionneur (9) et subdivisant la chambre d'actionneur (9) de façon étanche sur le plan fluide en une première région remplie de carburant (5) et en une deuxième région exempte de carburant (18) et subdivisant l'aiguille de soupape (3) en une partie (3a) de côté d'injection et en une partie (3b) de côté d'actionneur ;- la membrane (13) n'étant fixée qu'au corps de soupape (2) et la partie (3a) située du côté d'injection et la partie (3b) située du côté d'actionneur de l'aiguille de soupape (3) étant réalisées avec les extrémités (10a, 15) respectivement opposées à la membrane (13), sur le côté opposé ;- la partie (3a) située du côté d'injection de l'aiguille de soupape (3) comprenant un piston d'équilibrage de pression (10) séparant la chambre de pression (4) de la première région remplie de carburant (5) de la chambre d'actionneur (9) et l'actionneur (6) étant disposé dans la deuxième région exempte de carburant (18).
- Dispositif pour l'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le piston d'équilibrage de pression (10) est disposé avec un jeu réduit dans un alésage cylindrique (16) du corps de soupape (2) et comporte un interstice étanche (17) permettant de relâcher la pression de la chambre de pression (4) vers la première région (5) de la chambre d'actionneur (9).
- Dispositif pour l'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une conduite de reflux de carburant (14) bifurque de la première région (5) de la chambre d'actionneur (9) vers un réservoir de carburant.
- Dispositif pour l'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la même pression ou pour l'essentiel la même pression règne des deux côtés de la membrane (13) dans la première région remplie de carburant (5) et dans la deuxième région exempte de carburant (18).
- Dispositif pour l'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une ancre (7) est disposée au niveau de la partie (3b) située du côté d'actionneur de l'aiguille de soupape (3).
- Dispositif pour l'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'actionneur (6) comprend en outre un ressort de course libre (12) conçu de telle sorte que la partie (3b) située du côté d'actionneur de l'aiguille de soupape (3) repose contre la membrane (13), et ce également lorsque l'actionneur (6) n'est pas actionné.
- Dispositif pour l'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de rappel (20) est conçu de telle sorte que la partie (3a) située du côté d'injection de l'aiguille de soupape (3) repose contre la membrane (13), et ce également lorsque l'actionneur (6) n'est pas actionné.
- Dispositif pour l'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie (3a) située du côté d'injection de l'aiguille de soupape (3) est formée en deux parties avec une aiguille (31) et le piston d'équilibrage de pression (10).
- Dispositif pour l'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le piston d'équilibrage de pression (10) comporte une extrémité (10a) arrondie orientée vers la membrane (13) et que la partie (3b) située du côté d'actionneur de l'aiguille de soupape (3) comporte une extrémité (15) arrondie orientée vers la membrane (13).
