Claims (8)
- Train de chargement de rails pour le transport de rails soudés en longueur (5), avec un wagon de chargement (4) pouvant être déplacé sur une voie ferrée (3) et un dispositif (13) disposé côté extrémité sur le train de chargement de rails (1) pour l'ancrage des rails (5) qui se compose d'un certain nombre de dispositifs d'emboîtement (14) prévus chacun pour l'ancrage d'un rail individuel (5), parmi lesquels chacun présente une première et une seconde mâchoire de serrage (15, 16) avec à chaque fois une face de contact (17, 18) pour l'appui par adhérence sur une âme de rail (19) du rail (5), caractérisé en ce que la première mâchoire de serrage (15) est reliée fermement au dispositif (13) et la seconde mâchoire de serrage (16) présentant une face de contact en coin (24) écartée de sa face de contact (18) et incluant un angle de coin α avec celle-ci, s'étendant perpendiculairement au plan de pivotement (23) est réalisée de manière réglable par un coin de serrage (21) pouvant coulisser dans le sens longitudinal de rail (20) qui est réalisé de manière à pouvoir coulisser entre la face de contact en coin (24) et un guide de coin (25) parallèlement à la face de contact (17, 18) et présente une face de contact de mâchoire de serrage (26) qui inclut l'angle de coin α avec la face de contact (18), et que le coin de serrage (21) présente un alésage (30) avec un filetage interne (31) et est vissé avec une broche filetée (32) qui peut être mise en rotation par un entraînement (34).
- Train de chargement de rails selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la seconde mâchoire de serrage (16) est réalisée de manière à pouvoir coulisser par rapport à un axe (22) s'étendant parallèlement à la face de contact (18) en s'écartant de la face de contact opposée (17) dans un plan de pivotement (23) s'étendant perpendiculairement à la face de contact (17, 18).
- Train de chargement de rails selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la seconde mâchoire de serrage (16) présente un orifice longitudinal (27) pour la réception d'un boulon vertical (28) disposé sur le dispositif (13).
- Train de chargement de rails selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un ressort de pression (29) s'étendant de manière transversale au sens longitudinal de rail (20) ou dans le plan de pivotement (23) est disposé entre la première et seconde mâchoire de serrage (15, 16).
- Train de chargement de rails selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement (34) est réalisé comme moteur hydraulique (33).
- Train de chargement de rails selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de desserrage (36) pour le réglage manuel de la seconde mâchoire de serrage (16) est disposé sur la broche filetée (32).
- Train de chargement de rails selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que chaque dispositif (13) présente au moins deux dispositifs d'emboîtement (14) disposés l'un à côté de l'autre de manière transversale au sens longitudinal de rail (20) ou perpendiculairement aux faces de contact (17, 18).
- Train de chargement de rails selon une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que chaque dispositif (13) présente au moins deux dispositifs d'emboîtement (14) écartés l'un de l'autre dans le sens longitudinal de rail (20) et verticalement.
