Claims (15)
- Procédé d'apprêtage de tissus ou de cuirs, comprenant les étapes consistant à appliquer une décoration sur une bande (3) respective de tissu ou de cuir et à stabiliser la décoration sur la bande (3) pour la rendre permanente ; l'application de la décoration comprenant une étape consistant à enduire une colle thermofusible sur la bande (3) par un rouleau d'enduction (24) ; caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend de plus une étape consistant à faire tourner un support (31) pour déplacer une pluralité de rouleaux d'enduction (24) d'un poste d'enduction (S) jusqu'à un poste d'attente et vice versa.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étape d'enduction est réalisée en transférant la colle thermofusible d'un réservoir (23) à la bande (3) au moyen d'un rouleau d'enduction (24) sur la surface (26) duquel se trouve une matrice (27) de cellules (28) conçues pour recevoir et transférer la colle thermofusible.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les cellules (28) sont réalisées sur le rouleau d'enduction (24) selon un motif prédéterminé.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes de 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la colle thermofusible est enduite sous forme de motifs selon un motif ornemental prédéterminé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la colle thermofusible contient des pigments colorés étant mélangés à celle-ci.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes de 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, après l'étape d'enduction, l'application de la décoration comprend une étape consistant à superposer une couche décorative (16) sur la colle thermofusible ; l'étape de superposition étant suivie par le pressage de la couche (16) et de la bande (3) ensemble.
- Machine d'apprêtage de tissus ou de cuirs, comprenant une unité (2) destinée à appliquer une décoration sur une bande (3) respective de tissu ou de cuir ; l'unité (2) comprenant un poste (S) pour enduire une colle thermofusible sur la bande (3), le poste d'enduction (S) comprenant au moins un réservoir de colle thermofusible (23) et au moins un rouleau d'enduction (24) sur la surface (26) duquel se trouve une matrice (27) de cellules (28) conçues pour recevoir et transférer la colle thermofusible du réservoir (23) à la bande (3) ; caractérisée en ce que le poste d'enduction (S) comprend un support de rouleau (31) sur lequel au moins deux rouleaux d'enduction (24) sont montés ; le support (31) pouvant se déplacer pour permettre à chaque rouleau d'enduction (24) d'être déplacé du poste d'enduction (S) à un poste d'attente et vice versa.
- Machine selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que, en aval du poste d'enduction (S), l'unité d'application (2) comprend un poste de laminage (L) destiné à superposer et à presser une couche décorative (16) sur la colle thermofusible et la bande (3).
- Machine selon la revendication 7 ou 8, comprenant un poste de laminage (L) équipé d'au moins deux rouleaux de laminage (20) à axes horizontaux étant pressés l'un contre l'autre, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un des rouleaux est chauffé.
- Machine selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le poste d'attente comprend des moyens (33) destinés à nettoyer la surface (26) du rouleau d'enduction (24).
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes de 7 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le poste d'enduction (S) comprend au moins un contre-rouleau (25) positionné à l'opposé de la bande (3) par rapport au rouleau d'enduction (24) ; le rouleau d'enduction (24) et le contre-rouleau (25) étant motorisés de manière à ce qu'ils aient le même sens de rotation.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes de 7 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le poste d'enduction (S) comprend au moins un contre-rouleau (25) positionné sur le côté opposé de la bande (3) par rapport au rouleau d'enduction (24) ; le rouleau d'enduction (24) et le contre-rouleau (25) étant motorisés de manière à ce qu'ils puissent tourner dans des directions opposées.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes de 7 à 12, caractérisée en ce que le poste d'enduction (S) comprend deux racles, possédant des angles d'incidence étant respectivement aigus et obtus (29), opérant sur le rouleau d'enduction (24).
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes de 7 à 13, comprenant un poste (A) pour alimenter la bande (3) au poste d'enduction (S) et un poste (R) pour collecter la bande finie (3) ; les postes d'alimentation, d'enduction et de collecte (A, S, R) étant formés par des modules (4, 7, 9) respectifs de la machine, caractérisée en ce que les modules (4, 9) formant le poste d'alimentation (A) et, respectivement, le poste de collecte (R) sont positionnés de façon mobile sur des côtés opposés du module (7) formant le poste d'enduction (S).
- Machine selon les revendications 9 et 13, comprenant un poste de préchauffage (H), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une unité de commande unique destinée à chauffer les racles (29), le poste de préchauffage (H), le rouleau d'enduction (24) et au moins un des rouleaux de laminage (20).
