L'ossature comprend au moins un rail inférieur et des montants verticaux associés par leur extrémité inférieure au rail inférieur. Chaque montant (3) comporte en façade une glissière longitudinale (31) présentant une ouverture longitudinale (32), un profilé vertical (4) étant agencé dans la glissière (31) en étant apte à coulisser et être bloqué en position fixe, et comprenant en regard de l'ouverture longitudinale (32) de la glissière des moyens d'accrochage (43) pour la fixation, de préférence amovible, des panneaux.

OSSATURE POUR FIXATION DE PANNEAUX FORMANT PAROI
MURALE OU CLOISON
L'invention concerne une ossature destinée à la fixation de panneaux pour la conception d'une paroi murale et/ou d'une cloison, en particulier d'une paroi préfabriquée permettant l'assemblage de modules sanitaires contre une surface murale.
On entend par « modules sanitaires », des éléments sanitaires du type toilettes, lavabos, qui sont rendus solidaires de panneaux de support pour former corps avec ceux-ci de manière à constituer un système unitaire. Ce montage d'éléments sanitaires sur des panneaux, dont la face avant présente un aspect décoratif et la face arrière est dotée de la tuyauterie ou autres raccords nécessaires, permet de proposer des modules prêts à monter et de suite esthétique pour s'intégrer dans une pièce de bâtiment.
En particulier, lorsqu'il s'agit de monter dans une pièce d'espace de collectivité, une pluralité d'éléments sanitaires, ces modules sanitaires prêts à monter permettent de gagner en temps de réalisation de l'ensemble de la pièce, à la fois pour l'installation des éléments sanitaires et pour le parement des surfaces murales. En effet, ces modules fournissent un habillage des murs de la pièce sans avoir à les revêtir au préalable de peinture, papier-peint ou revêtement analogue, tout en proposant une installation rapide des éléments sanitaires car directement intégrés à ces modules. Il suffit de rapporter les modules à proximité des murs tout en gardant un espace suffisant pour raccorder les éléments sanitaires aux branchements correspondants de la pièce, puis après raccordement, de les accoler et les fixer aux murs. Les panneaux des modules sanitaires présentant une hauteur limitée à l'espace nécessaire pour l'agencement des éléments sanitaires, le reste de la surface murale vers le bas et/ou vers le haut, est alors habillée de panneaux de parement.
La fixation des modules sanitaires est actuellement réalisée à l'aide d'une ossature métallique qui, pour une façade de mur, comprend une plinthe inférieure fixée au sol et un profilé supérieur fixé au plafond ou sur le mur à proximité du plafond. Chaque module est fixé sur deux montants métalliques par vissage en face arrière du panneau de support, et le module est ensuite rapporté contre le mur en fixant les montants à la plinthe inférieure d'une part, et au profilé supérieur d'autre part.
L'habillage du mur est terminé par l'aboutement de panneaux de parement en partie supérieure, et éventuellement en partie inférieure, de chaque module sanitaire, la fixation de ces panneaux se faisant également par vissage en face arrière des panneaux aux montants.
L'assemblage de ces modules présente néanmoins l'inconvénient principal de mettre de niveau la plinthe inférieure posée sur le sol afin que les modules soient également de niveau, ce qui est habituellement résolu en insérant des cales devant être aux bonnes dimensions. Cette mise en œuvre augmente cependant le temps d'installation. En outre, les panneaux de parement et de support des éléments sanitaires étant posés bord à bord, un défaut de mise à niveau de la plinthe inférieure engendre un défaut d'alignement des panneaux, gâchant l'esthétique de la façade. Par ailleurs, les panneaux de parement ne sont rapportés qu'après montage des montants supportant les modules sanitaires ; leur fixation, qui se fait par la face arrière, nécessite d'avoir accès à l'espace réduit séparant le mur du derrière du pan des panneaux, ce qui pose des problèmes d'accessibilité. De plus, la fixation réalisée par perçage est d'autant plus malaisée que certains panneaux sont en matériau de grande dureté.
L'invention a pour but de proposer une ossature pour notamment l'assemblage de modules sanitaires ne présentant pas les inconvénients de l'art antérieur, permettant une mise de niveau fiable et rapide des modules ainsi qu'un montage simple et aisé des modules, procurant un aspect final esthétique et agréable à l'œil dans ses lignes. L'invention porte ainsi sur une ossature destinée à la fixation de panneaux formant paroi murale ou cloison, et comprenant au moins un rail inférieur et des montants verticaux associés par leur extrémité inférieure au rail inférieur et espacés deux à deux, caractérisée en ce que les montants comportent en façade une glissière longitudinale présentant une ouverture longitudinale, et en ce que l'ossature comporte également des profilés verticaux, chaque profilé étant agencé dans une glissière de montant en étant apte à coulisser et être bloqué en position fixe, et comprenant en regard de l'ouverture longitudinale de la glissière une pluralité de moyens d'accrochage pour la fixation, de préférence amovible, des panneaux, le profilé s'étendant sur une longueur proche de la hauteur de la glissière dans laquelle il est monté.
Ainsi, les profilés de l'ossature forment des échelles coulissantes pourvues d'une pluralité d'échelons que sont les moyens d'accrochage. Deux montants espacés d'une grandeur correspondant à la largeur d'un panneau autorisent par ces profilés coulissants de mettre aisément le panneau de niveau en ayant positionné de manière adéquate la hauteur des échelons. Le rail inférieur de l'ossature fixé au sol n'a pas besoin d'être au préalable de niveau.
On entend dans toute la suite de la description par « inférieur » et « supérieur », les qualificatifs se rapportant à des éléments lorsqu'ils sont en position montés dans une pièce de bâtiment. Les termes « horizontal » et « vertical » correspondent à la direction horizontale et respectivement à la direction verticale, lorsque ces éléments sont en place dans la pièce. Les termes « avant » ou «façade», et « arrière » correspondent à une mise en regard, respectivement, vers l'intérieur de la pièce de bâtiment, et en direction de la surface murale. Les moyens d'accrochage forment avantageusement des fenêtres réparties sur la hauteur des profilés et destinées à coopérer avec des crochets de retenue fixés à l'arrière des panneaux. Ces fenêtres assurent d'agrafer facilement et rapidement les panneaux, et permettent également de démonter aisément ces panneaux si besoin, en particulier pour un accès ultérieur aux raccordements des éléments sanitaires.
Selon une caractéristique, les montants verticaux sont creux au moins en leur extrémité inférieure distale, et logent dans ladite extrémité des moyens de retenue coopérant avec le rail inférieur.
Les moyens de retenue consistent en particulier en une pince pourvue de deux pattes reliées entre elles en leur partie supérieure, et en une vis destinée à traverser l'une des pattes et à être serrée contre la patte opposée pour réaliser l'écartement des pattes et leur coopération dans une rainure longitudinale du rail inférieur. Selon une autre caractéristique, l'ossature comporte des équerres fixées aux montants verticaux et s'étendant dans un plan perpendiculaire aux montants, en direction de l'arrière de l'ossature, les équerres comprenant de préférence des moyens de réglage de la distance de séparation des montants à la surface murale à laquelle est destinée l'ossature. Ces équerres fournissent un complément de fixation, sans nécessiter une solidarisation des montants au plafond de la pièce. L'ossature est telle qu'elle présente en façade une surface plane contre laquelle est destinée à venir en appui les panneaux, cette surface correspondant à la façade des montants et étant dépourvue de tout élément faisant saillie. Les panneaux peuvent ainsi être plaqués contre l'ossature.
L'ossature comporte avantageusement au moins une traverse reliant deux montants espacés, et un rail supérieur fixé à l'extrémité supérieure des montants. La traverse et le rail supérieur rigidifient l'ossature. La traverse fournit en outre un gabarit d'écartement des montants.
Dans un exemple préféré de forme d'un montant, celui-ci comporte un tube carré qui est pourvu sur deux côtés opposés de glissières à rebords et dont le profil engendre un rainurage avec des retours, sur chacun des autres côtés perpendiculaires, de préférence au moins le fond de l'un des rainurages comportant des ouvertures ou perçages. Un tel profil permet au montant d'être employé aussi bien en tant que montant de l'ossature, rail supérieur de l'ossature et montant d'association au départ d'une cloison. L'ossature de l'invention a donc pour but d'agencer des panneaux de support d'éléments sanitaires et des panneaux de parement en les rapportant contre sa façade pour constituer une paroi portant des éléments sanitaires, et/ou d'y associer des panneaux de parement en façade et/ou à l'arrière de ladite ossature pour constituer une paroi et/ou une cloison.
L'invention a également trait à un procédé d'assemblage de panneaux de support d'éléments sanitaires et de panneaux de parement contre l'ossature de l'invention, l'ossature étant associée à une surface murale caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à :
- fixer au sol le profilé inférieur de l'ossature,
- assembler au rail inférieur les extrémités inférieures des montants pourvus des profilés,
- fixer des équerres entre les montants et la surface murale,
- régler la hauteur des profilés,
- fixer un rail supérieur à l'extrémité supérieure des montants,
- agencer les raccordements des éléments sanitaires, en les fixant éventuellement à des traverses séparant deux montants,
- suspendre les panneaux aux profilés par coopération de moyens d'attache prévus à l'arrière des panneaux avec les moyens d"accrochage des profilés, les panneaux destinés aux éléments sanitaires présentant des alésages pour la sortie des raccordements en dehors des panneaux,
- fixer les éléments sanitaires contre les panneaux.
La présente invention est maintenant décrite à l'aide d'exemples uniquement illustratifs et nullement limitatifs de la portée de l'invention, et à partir des illustrations ci-jointes, dans lesquelles : - La figure 1 représente une vue de face de l'assemblage partiel de modules sanitaires à une ossature de fixation selon l'invention plaquée contre une surface murale;
- La figure 2 illustre une vue partielle en perspective de l'ossature de la figure 1 ;
- La figure 3 est une vue en perspective et partielle des éléments constitutifs de l'ossature;
- La figure 4 est une vue en perspective éclatée d'une partie de l'ossature (montant et profilé associé) et d'un panneau;

La figure 1 illustre une ossature 1 selon l'invention rapportée contre une surface murale ou mur 10 d'une pièce de bâtiment, et permettant l'assemblage de différents panneaux, de support 1 1 portant des éléments sanitaires 12, et de parement 13. La figure 2 illustre une partie de cette ossature sans l'association de panneaux.
L'ossature 1 comporte de manière montée, en regard de la surface murale 10 à recouvrir de modules sanitaires et de panneaux de parement, un rail inférieur longitudinal 2 agencé sur le sol de la pièce, des montants verticaux 3 espacés deux à deux pour correspondre à la largeur d'un panneau, des profilés coulissants 4 logés dans les montants et un rail supérieur 5. L'ossature est de préférence métallique mais pourrait être en bois, ou en une combinaison de ces matériaux selon le type d'élément constitutif, ou encore en tout autre matériau adapté à fournir une rigidité suffisante.
Le rail inférieur 2 sert à la fixation de l'ossature et au montage de l'ensemble des montants 3. Ce rail longitudinal s'étend parallèlement à la surface murale 10 à habiller.
Le rail 2, dont une vue en perspective est illustrée sur la figure 3 est en deux parties, une partie ou lisse 20 de section en U destinée à être fixée par son âme 20a sur le sol par vissage, et une autre partie 21 en U inversé et chapeautant les ailes de la lisse en étant associée à cette dernière par emboîtement après fixation de la lisse.
La partie 21 présente une âme 22, des ailes parallèles et opposées 23 et une traverse médiane 24 renforçant sa rigidité. L'âme 22 comporte une rainure longitudinale 25 d'ouverture dirigée vers l'extérieur du rail et destinée à coopérer avec des moyens de fixation 8 des montants 3 comme il sera vu plus loin. L'une des ailes 23 est destinée à être agencée en façade de l'ossature, et constitue avantageusement une plinthe pour l'ensemble des modules sanitaires rapportés contre l'ossature. Cette aile pourra ainsi présenter un aspect décoratif, et être par exemple en aluminium laqué ou poli, ou en plastique teinté.
L'ossature n'est pas fixée au plafond de la pièce. Des équerres 6 (figures 2 et 3) confortant la rigidité de l'ossature et sa fixation au mur 10 sont prévues pour être fixées d'une part aux montants 3 et d'autre part au mur, par des moyens usuels du type par vissage.
Ces équerres 6 présentent tels qu'illustrés sur la figure 3, des moyens de réglage 60 permettant d'adapter la distance de séparation des montants au mur afin d'ajuster l'aplomb des montants audit mur, en vue d'aligner parallèlement au mur les modules sanitaires et les panneaux de parement.
Ces moyens de réglage consistent en une lumière oblongue 60 agencée longitudinalement dans l'âme de l'équerre 6 et avec laquelle coopère une vis de serrage 61 vissée dans l'une des parois latérales 30 des montants pour la fixation de l'équerre au montant. L'agencement de la position de la vis le long de la lumière permet de régler la distance de séparation du montant au mur.
Chaque montant 3 tel qu'illustré sur les figures 3, 4 et 7 présente une section générale carrée, de profil adapté à fournir une rigidité suffisante. Le montant 3 comprend plus particulièrement un tube de profil carré qui comporte sur au moins l'un des ses côtés destiné à être en façade, et sur toute sa hauteur, une glissière 31 présentant une ouverture médiane 32 longitudinale délimitée par des retours latéraux et longitudinaux 33.
De préférence, le montant 3 présente une section symétrique selon un plan médian longitudinal, et comprend ainsi une autre glissière opposée 31 permettant avantageusement d'employer le montant pour une ossature destinée à une cloison de pièce, comme il sera vu plus loin.
La glissière 31 (figure 4) accueille de manière coulissante le profilé 4, qui peut venir en butée par son extrémité inférieure 40 contre l'âme 22 du rail inférieur en position montée et fixée du montant 3 sur le rail 2 (figure 5). Le profilé 4 est déplacé dans la glissière 31 avec un léger frottement afin de pouvoir le maintenir provisoirement à la hauteur souhaitée de manière à avoir les mains libres pour s'emparer de l'outillage approprié afin d'assurer son blocage en position. Le profilé 4 est pourvu d'alésages 41 tels qu'illustrés sur la figure 3 qui permettent l'insertion dans chacun d'eux d'une vis 42 (figures 4 et 7) constituant un moyen de fixation et destinée à coopérer avec le fond 34 de la glissière 31 du montant. Avantageusement, ces alésages sont agencés dans des enfoncements 44 ou repoussés de matière (figures 3 et 6) afin que les vis de fixation ne dépassent pas de la face avant 45 du profilé et des retours 33 du montant contre lesquels est destinée à être plaquée la face arrière des panneaux.
En regard des figures 1 et 2, et de manière plus détaillée sur les figures 3 et 4, les profilés 4 comportent réparties sur leur hauteur des moyens d'accrochage 43 pour la fixation des panneaux. Ces moyens d'accrochage 43 consistent par exemple en des fenêtres après lesquelles peuvent venir s'accrocher des crochets 7 (visibles sur les figures 4 et 8) qui sont solidaires de la face arrière des panneaux 1 1 et 13. Les panneaux sont ainsi rapidement montés de manière suspendue aux montants.
La fixation des montants 3 au rail inférieur est à présent abordée.
Chaque montant 3 comporte à cet effet, tel que visible sur la figure 5, logé dans son extrémité inférieure 3A creuse, des moyens de retenue 8 coopérant avec la rainure longitudinale 25 du rail inférieur 2.
A titre d'exemple, ces moyens de retenue 8 comportent une pince 80 en aluminium et une vis 82 permettant d'écarter la pince lors de son serrage.
La pince 80 est pourvue de deux pattes 81 A et 81 B reliées entre elles, les parties supérieures 84 des pinces étant bloquées en appui contre les parois intérieures du montant par l'insertion à force de la pince dans le montant.
Les montants pour leur fixation sont enchâssés dans le rail inférieur par introduction de la partie inférieure des pattes dans la rainure 25 de l'âme 22 du rail inférieur. Chacune des pattes 81 comprend à son extrémité inférieure un décrochement 83, les décrochements étant disposés en regard des rebords 26 de la rainure 25. La vis 82, sans tête pour éviter tout dépassement en dehors du montant, traverse l'une des pattes 81 A et est destinée à venir en butée contre la patte opposée 81 B. Le serrage de la vis conduit à exercer une pression contre la patte 81 B qui engendre l'écartement des pattes puisque les parties supérieures des pattes sont bloquées. L'écartement des pattes procure une coopération par accrochage des décrochements 83 avec les rebords 26 du rail, et de ce fait entraîne un maintien ferme du montant 3 dans le rail inférieur 2.
Par ailleurs, l'ossature comporte avantageusement des traverses 9 (figure 2) reliant deux montants 3 espacés. Ces traverses permettent lors du montage de l'ossature de fournir directement l'entraxe des montants sans avoir à mesurer, et en outre participe au maintien de cet entraxe au cours du temps tout en rigidifiant l'ossature. Enfin, elles servent avantageusement de support aux tuyauteries destinées à être raccordées aux éléments sanitaires des panneaux.
Les traverses 9 présentent un profil similaire à celui des montants. Il est ainsi possible pour la fixation d'une traverse aux montants, d'introduire à chacune des extrémités de la traverse un moyen de retenue 8. La vue en coupe et de dessus de la figure 8 montre l'association d'une extrémité de traverse et d'un montant 3. Le montant 3 étant symétrique en présentant un rainurage 36 sur chacun de ses côtés perpendiculaires aux glissières 31 , la pince 8 coopère par ses décrochements 83 avec les rebords 37 des rainurages 36. L'ossature comporte de plus, le rail supérieur 5 permettant de finaliser l'ossature et garantir sa rigidité. En regard de la figure 3, le rail est fixé aux montants 3 à l'aide des moyens de retenue 8 identiques à ceux utilisés pour la fixation des montants avec le rail inférieur. Les moyens de retenue 8 sont logés dans l'extrémité creuse supérieure 3B des montants pour coopérer avec les rebords 51 d'un rainurage 50 prévu dans le rail.
Pour des commodités de fabrication, ce rail 5 est de préférence constitué par un montant 3 dont le profil dans un plan perpendiculaire à la face contenant les glissières 53 est adapté à fournir un tel rainurage 50.
La figure 9a montre une vue en coupe de l'ossature sur laquelle est fixé un panneau inférieur 1 1 et destiné à être fixé le panneau supérieur suivant 13. Cette figure montre le rail inférieur 2, un montant 3, des équerres 6, le rail supérieur 5, les moyens de retenue 8 pour la fixation aux rails inférieur et supérieur, ainsi qu'un profilé 4 de support. La solidarisation du panneau 1 1 procure un plaquage de celui-ci contre le montant 3.
La figure 9b illustre plus en détail la vue B de la figure 9a correspondant à l'accrochage du panneau. Un crochet 7 est d'une part fixé par une vis 70 à la face arrière du panneau 1 1 . Ce crochet est d'autre part introduit dans la fenêtre 43 du profilé 4 logé dans le montant 3.
En outre, l'ossature de l'invention permet de fournir non seulement un support pour l'association de modules sanitaires contre une surface murale mais également de réaliser des cloisons de séparation dans une pièce de bâtiment.
La figure 10 montre en coupe et de dessus le départ d'une cloison à partir de l'ossature 1 de l'invention mise en place contre une surface murale. La figure 1 1 illustre en perspective l'élément d'interface à insérer pour débuter la cloison. En regard de la figure 1 1 , il est laissé un espace vertical 14 entre des panneaux latéraux 13A et 13B. Une lisse 15 est insérée entre les panneaux au niveau de cet espace 14 en étant fixée aux rails inférieur et supérieur 5. La solidarisation est obtenue en partie supérieure de la lisse, via un insert taraudé 18 logé dans la glissière 53 et des moyens de fixation 16 du type vis. La solidarisation de la lisse en partie inférieure (non illustrée) est réalisée par une vis auto-perforeuse.
De manière non illustrée, un rail inférieur identique à un rail inférieur 2 est fixé au sol perpendiculairement à l'ossature 1 .
En regard de la figure 10, un montant d'interface 3C est associé à la lisse 15, ce montant ayant un profil identique à celui des montants 3 pour une simplicité de fabrication, hormis pour l'un des côtés perpendiculaire aux côtés portant les glissières 31 , ce côté comportant une ouverture localisée 35 obtenue par perçage.
Le montant 3C est fixé à la lisse 15 en ayant été préalablement enchâssé sur le rail inférieur. La fixation à la lisse 15 est réalisée par le côté opposé à celui comprenant l'ouverture 35, à l'aide d'un moyen de solidarisation 17 telle qu'une vis introduite via l'ouverture 35.
De manière non illustrée, plusieurs montants 3 sont destinés à être montés le long du rail inférieur, et un rail supérieur 5 est également associé pour constituer une nouvelle ossature. Les glissières 31 du montant 3C et des montants 3 comportant avantageusement les profilés 4 pourvus de fenêtres 43, il est ainsi possible d'agrafer des panneaux de parement 13 de chaque côté de la nouvelle ossature (illustrés de manière partielle sur la figure 10).
On notera enfin que l'ossature de l'invention permet de réaliser des jonctions avec divers éléments d'association, tels qu'un encadrement de porte, un éclairage, un bandeau décoratif, etc .. La figure 12 montre ainsi l'association d'un montant 3C agencé en extrémité d'ossature, avec un encadrement de porte 1 A. L'association et la fixation se font via des inserts 19 associés à l'encadrement sur sa hauteur et des vis de fixation 19a auto-taraudeuses coopérant avec l'un des côtés du montant et chaque insert. L'accessibilité aux vis étant obtenue par les ouvertures 35 sur le côté opposé du montant.
La figure 13 illustre un dispositif d'éclairage 1 B et un bandeau décoratif 1 C disposés verticalement de part et d'autre de panneaux 13. Le dispositif d'éclairage 1 B comporte un luminaire 100 logé dans un profilé en U 101 . Ce profilé est destiné à être fixé, tout comme le bandeau 1 C, par son âme aux rails inférieur et supérieur tel que décrit pour la lisse 15 de la figure 10. Un cache diffuseur 102 peut ensuite être rapporté par emboîtement contre l'ouverture du U du profilé 101 . Le montage de l'ossature contre une surface murale, et l'assemblage des panneaux support 1 1 et de parement 13 sont à présent décrits.
Le rail inférieur 2 est tout d'abord fixé au sol par sa partie inférieure 20 sur laquelle est ensuite rapportée par emboîtement la partie supérieure 21 . Les montants 3 pourvus des profilés coulissants 4 sont ensuite fixés au rail inférieur 2. Les montants sont montés les uns après les autres en étant écartés à l'aide des traverses 9, et en y associant les équerres 6. On fixe ensuite le rail supérieur 5.
Enfin, on fait coulisser les profilés 4, par exemple en introduisant un outil dans une fenêtre 43 pour soulever ou abaisser le profilé afin de mettre à la hauteur souhaitée et d'aligner les fenêtres 43 de deux montants espacés servant de support à un panneau. On bloque en position les profilés.
Le montage des panneaux se fait ensuite de la manière suivante. On procède au préalable à l'agencement des tuyaux de raccordement. On accroche les panneaux à l'aide des crochets 7 fixés à l'arrière des panneaux et venant s'insérer dans les fenêtres 43 des profilés. Les tuyaux devant sortir en façade des panneaux sont introduits, au moment de l'accrochage des panneaux par basculement, au travers d'alésages appropriés agencés dans les panneaux. Une fois les panneaux montés, les éléments sanitaires peuvent être installés en étant raccordés aux tuyaux et fixés aux panneaux.
Par conséquent, chaque panneau étant fixé par sa face arrière et à proximité de chacun de ses deux côtés contre respectivement deux profilés espacés, les profilés retenus à l'intérieur des montants tout en étant coulissants permettent de mettre facilement et rapidement de niveau un panneau, en adaptant sa hauteur de suspension au niveau de chacun de ses côtés. L'invention assure ainsi une mise en œuvre rapide et aisée de modules sanitaires.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
Ossature (1 ) destinée à la fixation de panneaux (1 1 , 13) formant paroi murale ou cloison, et comprenant au moins un rail inférieur
(2) et des montants verticaux (3) associés par leur extrémité inférieure au rail inférieur et espacés deux à deux, caractérisée en ce que les montants
(3) comportent en façade une glissière longitudinale (31 ) présentant une ouverture longitudinale (32), et en ce que l'ossature comporte également des profilés verticaux
(4), chaque profilé étant agencé dans une glissière (31 ) de montant en étant apte à coulisser et être bloqué en position fixe, et comprenant en regard de l'ouverture longitudinale (32) de la glissière une pluralité de moyens d'accrochage (43) pour la fixation, de préférence amovible, des panneaux, le profilé s'étendant sur une longueur proche de la hauteur de la glissière dans laquelle il est monté.
Ossature selon la revendication 1 , caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'accrochage (43) forment des fenêtres réparties sur la hauteur des profilés et destinées à coopérer avec des crochets de retenue (7) fixés à l'arrière des panneaux.
Ossature selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les montants verticaux (3) sont creux au moins en leur extrémité inférieure distale (3A), et logent dans ladite extrémité des moyens de retenue (8) coopérant avec le rail inférieur (2).
Ossature selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de retenue (8) consistent en une pince pourvue de deux pattes (81 A, 81 B) reliées entre elles en leur partie supérieure, et en une vis (82) destinée à traverser l'une des pattes (81 A) et à être serrée contre la patte opposée (81 B) pour réaliser l'écartement des pattes et leur coopération dans une rainure longitudinale (25) du rail inférieur (2).

Ossature selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte des équerres (6) fixées aux montants verticaux (3) et s'étendant dans un plan perpendiculaire aux montants, en direction de l'arrière de l'ossature, les équerres comprenant de préférence des moyens de réglage (60) de la distance de séparation des montants à la surface murale à laquelle est destinée l'ossature.
6. Ossature selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle présente en façade une surface plane contre laquelle est destinée à venir en appui les panneaux, cette surface correspondant à la façade des montants et étant dépourvue de tout élément faisant saillie.
7. Ossature selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte au moins une traverse (9) reliant deux montants (3) espacés, et un rail supérieur (5) fixé à l'extrémité supérieure des montants (3).

Ossature selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un montant (3) comporte un tube carré pourvu sur deux côtés opposés, de glissières (31 ) à rebords (33) et dont le profil engendre un rainurage (36) à retours (37) sur chacun des autres côtés perpendiculaires, de préférence au moins le fond de l'un des rainurages comportant des ouvertures ou perçages (35).

Ossature selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que des panneaux de support (1 1 ) et des panneaux de parement (13) sont rapportés sur la façade de l'ossature pour constituer une paroi portant des éléments sanitaires, et/ou des panneaux de parement (13) sont rapportés en façade et/ou à l'arrière de l'ossature pour constituer une paroi et/ou une cloison.

Procédé d'assemblage de panneaux de support (1 1 ) d'éléments sanitaires (12) et de panneaux de parement (13) contre l'ossature (1 ) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, l'ossature étant associée à une surface murale, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à - fixer au sol le profilé inférieur (2),
- assembler au rail inférieur les extrémités inférieures des montants (3) pourvus des profilés (4),
- fixer des équerres (6) entre les montants et la surface murale,
- régler la hauteur des profilés (4),
- fixer un rail supérieur (5) à l'extrémité supérieure des montants,
- agencer les raccordements des éléments sanitaires, en les fixant éventuellement à des traverses (9) séparant deux montants,
- suspendre les panneaux (1 1 , 13) aux profilés (4) par coopération de moyens d'attache (7) prévus à l'arrière des panneaux avec les moyens d"accrochage (43) des profilés, les panneaux destinés aux éléments sanitaires présentant des alésages pour la sortie des raccordements en dehors des panneaux,
- fixer les éléments sanitaires contre les panneaux.
