Claims (9)
- Unité structurelle (1) pour une commande de soupape d'un moteur à combustion interne, comprenant un élément de support hydraulique (2) ainsi qu'un levier culbuteur (4) connecté à celuici par le biais d'une pince (3), lequel levier culbuteur repose à une extrémité (5) par le biais d'une calotte (6) disposée dans sa partie inférieure (7) sur une tête bombée (8) d'un piston de pression (9) de l'élément de support (2), lequel piston de pression (9) s'étend sur son enveloppe extérieure (10) dans un alésage (11) d'un boîtier (12) en forme de pot de l'élément de support (2), laquelle pince (3) borde la calotte (6) le long de celle-ci par des bandes de retenue (13) dont les côtés intérieurs (14) s'étendent dans une zone de guidage (15) sur l'enveloppe extérieure (10) du piston de pression (9), le boîtier (12) possédant une sortie (17) pour du fluide hydraulique, lequel fluide hydraulique peut être guidé par le biais d'un canal (18) entre le boîtier (12) et le piston de pression (9) jusqu'à au moins un passage (19) dans le piston de pression (9) jusqu'à un réservoir (20) dans celui-ci, caractérisée en ce que la zone de guidage (15) sur le piston de pression (9) est également réalisée sous forme de fixation contre la rotation pour celui-ci, le piston de pression (9) étant incorporé de manière définie et orientée en termes de rotation par rapport au levier culbuteur (4).
- Unité structurelle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la zone de guidage (15) au niveau du piston de pression (9) est constituée d'un renfoncement/d'un méplat ou de deux renfoncements ou méplats (21) diamétralement opposés, au niveau desquels sont guidés les côtés intérieurs (14) des bandes de retenue (13) de la pince (3), une ligne de connexion des renfoncements ou des méplat (21) s'étendant transversalement à l'axe longitudinal du levier.
- Unité structurelle selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le piston de pression (9) repose dans le boîtier (12) de telle sorte que son passage (19) s'étende transversalement à la direction longitudinale du levier.
- Unité structurelle selon la revendication 1 ou 2, qui est ou peut être incorporée dans une culasse du moteur à combustion interne, laquelle culasse présente un alésage de guidage, s'étendant obliquement par rapport à une verticale, pour l'élément de support, caractérisée en ce que le piston de pression (9) repose dans le boîtier (12) de telle sorte que son passage (19), lors de l'installation de l'élément de support (2) dans l'alésage de guidage, s'étende sur la périphérie au niveau d'un emplacement situé géodésiquement haut.
- Unité structurelle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le canal (19) entre le boîtier (12) et le piston de pression (9) se compose d'une rainure annulaire (22) découpée à partir de la sortie (17) dans le boîtier (12) dans l'alésage (11) du boîtier (12), laquelle rainure annulaire est en liaison fluidique directe avec le passage (19) dans l'enveloppe extérieure (10) du piston de pression (9).

- Unité structurelle selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que, dans le cas de la réalisation de la pince (3) sous forme d'une bande de tôle, celle-ci s'étend généralement longitudinalement avec ses bandes de retenue (13) sur la partie inférieure (7) du levier culbuteur (4), l'une de ses sections d'extrémité (23) s'étendant sous forme courbe autour d'un embout (24) du levier culbuteur (4) à une extrémité (5) et son autre section d'extrémité (25) s'étendant sous forme courbe autour d'une barre transversale (26) d'un évidement (27) d'une traverse (28) du levier culbuteur (4) de section transversale en forme de U.
- Unité structurelle selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que, dans le cas de la réalisation de la pince (3) sous forme d'une bande de tôle, celle-ci s'étend généralement transversalement à la direction longitudinale du levier au niveau de la partie inférieure (7) du levier culbuteur (4), lequel levier culbuteur (4) est réalisé avec une section transversale essentiellement en forme de U, une section d'extrémité respective de la pince (3) s'étendant sous forme courbe en forme d'étrier à l'extérieur autour d'une paroi longitudinale (29) du levier culbuteur (4).
- Unité structurelle selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les renfoncements ou les méplats (21) du piston de pression (9) sont réalisés par une opération sans enlèvement de copeaux comme par gaufrage/matriçage, de telle sorte qu'il se forme au moins un épaulement (30) du côté de la tête.
