Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'affichage et le dispositif d'actionnement sont au moins partiellement formés d'un seul tenant, de préférence sous la forme d'un écran tactile, et/ou la sélection de produit à cuire ou de programme de cuisson peut être affichée sur le dispositif d'affichage, et/ou une sélection d'un produit à cuire ou d'un programme de cuisson peut être effectuée et/ou modifiée par l'intermédiaire du dispositif d'actionnement.
  14. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de détection comprend au moins un premier capteur destiné à détecter ladite grandeur de climat et/ou tout d'abord un second capteur pour détecter le premier et/ou deuxième paramètre, de préférence sous la forme d'au moins un capteur de température pouvant être inséré dans un produit à cuire, en particulier avec une pluralité de points de mesure de température.
