Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Ermitteln einer in einer Trommel eines Haushaltgeräts zur Pflege von Wäschestücken auftretenden, durch eine Verteilung der Wäschestücke in einem Innenraum der Trommel bewirkten Unwucht, bei welchem eine statische und eine dynamische Unwucht bestimmt werden. Während des Schleuderbetriebs dreht sich die Trommel mit einer relativ hohen Geschwindigkeit, beispielsweise mit einer Drehzahl von etwa 1.200 U/min, so dass die Wäschestücke fest an einer Innenwand der Trommel anliegen. Sind die Wäschestücke ungleichmäßig verteilt, so liegt eine Unwucht vor und die Trommel und die mit der Trommel mechanisch verbundenen Teile der Waschmaschine, wie beispielsweise ein Laugenbehälter, beginnen zu schwingen. Diese Schwingungen können insbesondere in Resonanzbereichen der Waschmaschine stark werden, so dass die Trommel nicht auf eine Soll-Drehzahl hochgefahren werden kann, was zu unbefriedigenden Schleuder- bzw. Ein Grundgedanke besteht darin, dass jeweils ein Wert einer Amplitude einer ein Bewegungsverhalten eines in dem Haushaltgerät angeordneten Laugenbehälters charakterisierenden Messgröße bei mindestens zwei unterschiedlichen Drehzahlen der Trommel bestimmt wird, und dass in Abhängigkeit der mindestens zwei Werte der Amplitude die dynamische Unwucht ermittelt wird. In einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung kann in vorteilhafter Weise auch zugleich in Abhängigkeit eines Wertes der ermittelten Amplituden eine statische Unwucht ermittelt werden. Insbesondere kann vorgesehen sein, dass bei den mindestens zwei unterschiedlichen Drehzahlen, insbesondere bei mindestens zwei vorgegebenen Soll-Drehzahlen, jeweils ein Wert einer mittleren Amplitude der Messgröße über mindestens eine halbe Periode eines Verlaufs der Messgröße bestimmt wird, und in Abhängigkeit der mindestens zwei Werte der mittleren Amplitude die statische und die dynamische Unwucht ermittelt werden. Zum Bestimmen der mittleren Amplitude kann dabei vorzugsweise ein Abstand zwischen den Einhüllenden des Verlaufs der Messgröße herangezogen werden. In vorteilhafter Weise wird durch das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren erreicht, dass anhand der ermittelten statischen und/oder dynamischen Unwucht ein Schwingverhalten eines die Trommel und den Laugenbehälter aufweisenden Schwingsystems des Haushaltgeräts bestimmt werden kann. Hierdurch wird eine verbesserte Regelung der Drehzahl der Trommel gewährleistet. Wird aus der ermittelten dynamischen und/oder statischen Unwucht erkannt, dass zulässige Grenzen überschritten werden, so kann auf einen Übergang in einen Schleuderbetrieb Einfluss genommen werden. Insbesondere kann ein Abbrechen des Schleuderbetriebs bzw. ein Senken der Drehzahl vorgenommen werden. Da sich der schwingfähige Laugenbehälter nun um in sechs Freiheitsgraden frei bewegen kann, stimmt eine mittels einer Amplitude des Signals, insbesondere des Wegsignals des Laugenbehälters, ermittelte statische Unwucht für einen Freiheitsgrad nur in der ersten Näherung, weil ein gewisser Anteil der Amplitude in diesem Freiheitsgrad von der Schwingung in einem weiteren Freiheitsgrad bzw. von einer dynamischen Unwucht abhängig ist. Weil jeder Freiheitsgrad der Bewegung des Laugenbehälters unterschiedliche Resonanzfrequenzen aufweist, wird dabei die statische Unwucht je nach Drehzahl über- oder unterschätzt. Durch das Verfahren, und insbesondere durch den Vergleich der Unwucht bzw. der Amplitude des Signals, insbesondere des Wegsignals, bei mindestens zwei verschiedenen Drehzahlen, kann die dynamische Unwucht bestimmt und somit die statische Unwucht präzisiert werden. Aus dem Vergleich kann eine von der dynamischen Unwucht abhängige Größe oder die dynamische Unwucht direkt ermittelt werden. Auch eine mathematische Formel, in der die Werte der Amplitude des Signals bzw. die Unwucht bei den mindestens zwei unterschiedlichen Drehzahlen zu einander in Beziehung stehen, wird als ein solcher Vergleich verstanden.An imbalance in the rotating drum of the tub forces a vibration of the tub. Das heißt, dass ein ermitteltes Wegsignal W von der Bewegung des Laugenbehälters 3 in mehreren Freiheitsgraden hervorgerufen wird. Darüber hinaus kann die Anregung des Laugenbehälters 3 in einem Freiheitsgrad zugleich auch eine Bewegung des Laugenbehälters 3 in einem weiteren Freiheitsgrad hervorrufen. Da für die einzelnen Freiheitsgrade des schwingfähigen Laugenbehälters 3 jeweils andere Schwingungsparameter gelten, bilden sich für die Schwingung des Laugenbehälters 3 je nach Art und Größe der Anregung über die Drehzahl n der Trommel 8, also der Anregungsfrequenz, typische Amplitudenverläufe aus. Claims (10)
- Method for detecting an imbalance (U), which arises in a drum of a domestic appliance for the care of items of laundry and is produced by distribution of the items of laundry in an interior space of the drum, wherein at least one dynamic imbalance (Udynamic) is determined, characterised in that in each instance a value of an amplitude (A) of a measurement variable (W), which characterises movement behaviour of a solution container arranged in the domestic appliance, is determined for at least two difference values of a rotational speed (n) of the drum and depending on the at least two values of the amplitude (A) the dynamic imbalance (Udynamic) is ascertained by comparison of the values of the amplitude (A) for the at least two different rotational speeds.
- Method according to claim 1, characterised in that a static imbalance (Ustatic) is ascertained in dependence on at least one value of the amplitude (A).
- Method according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that a travel signal (W), which characterises deflection of the solution container from a rest setting, and/or a speed and/or an acceleration of the solution container is or are selected as measurement variable.
- Method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that an equation system comprising at least two equations is formed and that the static and dynamic imbalances (Ustatic, Udynatic) are ascertained on the basis of the equation system.
- Method according to claim 4, characterised in that a linear equation system is selected as equation system.
- Method according to claim 4 or 5, characterised in that at least two constants (A, B) of the equation system specific to rotational speed are fixed for the at least two selected values of the rotational speed (n).
- Method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that an increase and/or decrease in the rotational speed (n) is or are undertaken in dependence on the dynamic imbalance (Udynamic).
- Device for detecting an imbalance (U), which arises in a drum of a domestic appliance for the care of items of laundry and is produced by distribution of the items of laundry in an interior space of the drum, with imbalance determining equipment constructed for determining dynamic imbalance (Ustatic, Udynamic) is determined, characterised in that the imbalance determining equipment is constructed for the purpose of determining in each instance a value of an amplitude (A) of a measurement variable (W), which characterises movement of a solution container arranged in the domestic appliance, for at least two different values of a rotational speed (n) of the drum and depending on the at least two values of the amplitude (A) ascertaining the dynamic imbalance (Udynamic) by comparison of the values of the amplitude (A) for the at least two different rotational speeds.
- Device according to claim 8, characterised in that the imbalance determining equipment is further constructed for the purpose of ascertaining a static imbalance (Ustatic) in dependence on at least one value of the amplitude (A).
- Domestic appliance, particularly washing machine and/or washer/drier, for performing a method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that a device according to one of claims 8 and 9 is included.
