Claims (14)

  1. Unité de poutre lisseuse (17) pour finisseur de route (45) pourvue de plaques inférieures (23), comprenant une poutre lisseuse principale (19), des plaques terminales (12) et des secteurs d'extension (18) qui peuvent être réciproquement alignés au moyen de moyens de réglage (22) et qui peuvent être réciproquement bloqués au moyen de moyens de fixation et de serrage avec des vis/boulons (25) dans des trous de fixation (42),
    caractérisée en ce que l'unité de poutre lisseuse (17) comprend en outre des moyens d'accouplement contre-dépouillés (24) pour coupler et aligner réciproquement ladite poutre lisseuse principale (19), les plaques terminales (12) et les secteurs d'extension (18), les moyens d'accouplement étant composés de :
    - un élément mâle (21), formé avec une base (33) et une extrémité (34) qui sont espacées réciproquement et connectées par un côté incliné (35), ladite base (33) ayant une zone de surface qui est supérieure ou égale à la zone de surface de ladite extrémité (34) dudit élément mâle (21) ;
    - un élément femelle (20), comprenant un logement (36) ayant une section en forme trapézoïdale qui est délimitée par des côtés inclinés (41) selon un angle d'inclination correspondant à l'angle d'inclination desdits côtés inclinés (35) dudit élément mâle (21), le développement longitudinal desdits côtés inclinés (41) formant un couple de surfaces de guidage (37) dudit élément mâle (21) dans ledit logement (36) ;
    l'un desdits élément mâle (21) et élément femelle (20) étant fixé en correspondance avec au moins l'un des murs latéraux de ladite unité de poutre lisseuse (17), l'autre desdits élément mâle (21) et élément femelle (20) étant fixé en correspondance avec au moins l'un des murs latéraux dudit secteur d'extension (18), l'insertion dudit élément mâle (21) dans ledit logement (36) dudit élément femelle (20) ayant lieu selon la direction qui correspond au développement longitudinal desdits côtés inclinés (41), la condition d'engagement réciproque dudit élément mâle (21) et dudit élément femelle (20) correspondant à une condition de rapprochement et d'alignement préliminaire dudit mur latéral de ladite unité de poutre lisseuse (17) avec ledit mur latéral correspondant dudit secteur d'extension (18).
  2. Unité de poutre lisseuse (17) pour finisseur de route selon la revendication précédente caractérisée en ce que ledit moyen d'accouplement (24) est un moyen d'accouplement en queue d'aronde.
  3. Unité de poutre lisseuse (17) pour finisseur de route selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 2 caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de réglage (22) d'une unité à coupler (12, 18, 19) par rapport à l'autre unité à coupler (12, 18, 19) consistent en des moyens de régulation/réglage de la position réciproque en hauteur et de l'inclination transversale réciproque par rapport à une direction d'avancement de la machine (46) de l'une desdites unités à coupler (12, 18, 19) par rapport à l'autre desdites unités à coupler (12, 18, 19), lesdits moyens de régulation/réglage étant un couple de vis dont l'extrémité opère en poussant sur une zone d'appui (47) du châssis de ladite unité d'accouplement, l'une desdites vis étant une vis antérieure qui est située sur ladite unité à coupler (12, 18, 19) dans une position frontale par rapport à la direction d'avancement de la machine (46), l'autre desdites vis étant une vis postérieure qui est située sur ladite unité à coupler (12, 18, 19) dans une position postérieure par rapport à la direction d'avancement de la machine (46), l'action de vissage desdites vis causant initialement la condition de butée de l'extrémité desdites vis avec la zone d'appui correspondante (47) du châssis de ladite unité d'accouplement, l'action de vissage additionnelle de ladite vis antérieure correspondant à un soulèvement de la partie frontale de ladite unité à coupler (12, 18, 19) et à une possible inclination de ladite unité à coupler (12, 18, 19) par rapport à ladite unité d'accouplement, l'action de vissage additionnelle de ladite vis postérieure correspondant à un soulèvement de la partie postérieure de ladite unité à coupler (12, 18, 19) et à une possible inclination de ladite unité à coupler (12, 18, 19) par rapport à ladite unité d'accouplement, l'action de vissage subséquente sur lesdites deux vis antérieure et postérieure causant l'alignement progressif de ladite unité à coupler (12, 18, 19) avec ladite unité d'accouplement.
  4. Unité de poutre lisseuse (17) pour finisseur de route selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 3 caractérisée en ce que lesdits trous de fixation (42) ont une dimension qui est supérieure à la dimension en section desdits vis/boulons (25), ladite dimension supérieure desdits trous de fixation (42) permettant le réglage de la position réciproque en hauteur et l'inclination transversale réciproque par rapport à la direction d'avancement de la machine (46) desdites deux unités à coupler (12, 18, 19) jusqu'à l'obtention de l'alignement des plaques inférieures (23) desdites deux unités à coupler (12, 18, 19).
  5. Unité de poutre lisseuse (17) pour finisseur de route selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 4 caractérisée en ce que lesdits trous de fixation (42) sont des fentes qui ont un développement substantiellement vertical, lesdites fentes permettant le réglage de la position réciproque en hauteur et l'inclination transversale réciproque par rapport à la direction d'avancement de la machine (46) desdites deux unités à coupler (12, 18, 19) jusqu'à l'obtention de l'alignement des plaques inférieures (23) desdites deux unités à coupler (12, 18, 19).
  6. Unité de poutre lisseuse (17) pour finisseur de route selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 5 caractérisée en ce qu'un premier secteur d'extension (18) comprend, sur le mur latéral opposé par rapport au mur latéral sur lequel il y a un élément d'accouplement relatif à un possible accouplement avec une unité précédente, un élément d'accouplement additionnel sélectionné du groupe composé dudit élément mâle (21) et dudit élément femelle (20), un deuxième secteur d'extension additionnel (18) comprenant l'autre desdits éléments d'accouplement sélectionné du groupe composé dudit élément mâle (21) et dudit élément femelle (20) au mur latéral destiné à être couplé avec le mur latéral dudit premier secteur d'extension (18), l'insertion dudit élément mâle (21) dans ledit logement (36) dudit élément femelle (20) ayant lieu selon la direction qui correspond au développement longitudinal desdits côtés inclinés (41), la condition d'engagement réciproque dudit élément mâle (21) et dudit élément femelle (20) correspondant à une condition de rapprochement et d'alignement préliminaire dudit mur latéral dudit premier secteur d'extension (18) avec ledit mur latéral correspondant dudit deuxième secteur d'extension (18).
  7. Unité de poutre lisseuse (17) pour finisseur de route selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 6 caractérisée en ce qu'elle inclut en outre au moins une plaque d'extrémité (12) en correspondance avec au moins une extrémité de ladite unité de poutre lisseuse (17), ladite plaque terminale comprenant un élément d'accouplement sélectionné du groupe composé dudit élément mâle (21) et dudit élément femelle (20) couplant avec l'autre élément sélectionné du groupe composé dudit élément mâle (21) et dudit élément femelle (20) qui est présent en correspondance avec ladite extrémité de ladite unité de poutre lisseuse (17).
  8. Unité de poutre lisseuse (17) pour finisseur de route selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 7 caractérisée en ce que ledit logement (36) dudit élément femelle (20) a une coupe transversale variable selon une direction verticale (39), ledit logement (36) ayant une section en forme trapézoïdale, les côtés inclinés (41) de ladite forme trapézoïdale s'approchant réciproquement de façon progressive dans la séquence de sections dudit logement (36) prises le long de ladite direction verticale (39), ledit logement (36) étant délimité par deux surfaces de guidage (37) qui sont des surfaces divergentes réciproquement par rapport à ladite direction verticale (39) et qui sont des surfaces réciproquement divergentes par rapport à une direction horizontale (40) qui est orthogonale par rapport à la direction verticale (39) et orientée vers un support (38) sur lequel il y a les projections qui comprennent lesdites surfaces de guidage (37).
  9. Unité de poutre lisseuse (17) pour finisseur de route selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 8 caractérisée en ce que ledit élément mâle (21) est fixé sur une unité d'accouplement et l'élément femelle (20) est fixé sur une unité couplée, ladite unité d'accouplement étant sélectionnée du groupe composé de la poutre lisseuse principale (19) et des secteurs d'extension (18), ladite unité couplée étant sélectionnée du groupe composé de secteurs d'extension (18), plaques terminales (12).
  10. Unité de poutre lisseuse (17) pour finisseur de route selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 9 caractérisée en ce que ledit côté incliné (35) dudit élément mâle (21) et ledit côté incliné (41) dudit élément femelle (20) ont un développement en forme curviligne réciproquement correspondant.
  11. Unité de poutre lisseuse (17) pour finisseur de route selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 10 caractérisée en ce que ledit côté incliné (35) dudit élément mâle (21) et ledit côté incliné (41) dudit élément femelle (20) ont un développement en forme réciproquement correspondant.
  12. Unité de poutre lisseuse (17) pour finisseur de route selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 11 caractérisée en ce que ladite base (33) et ladite extrémité (34) dudit élément mâle (21) ont une forme circulaire et sont connectées par une surface ayant un développement en forme linéaire en section, ledit élément mâle (21) ayant une forme tronconique.
  13. Unité de poutre lisseuse (17) pour finisseur de route selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 12 caractérisée en ce que ledit logement (36) dudit élément femelle (20) a une profondeur qui est supérieure à l'épaisseur dudit élément mâle (21), l'engagement réciproque dudit élément mâle (21) et dudit élément femelle (20) ayant lieu avec un espace (p), l'action de serrage desdits vis/boulons (25) causant l'espacement dudit élément mâle (21) par rapport audit élément femelle (20) dans ledit logement (36) par une distance qui est supérieure à zéro et inférieure audit espace (p).
  14. Finisseur de route (45) qui comprend un tracteur (13) et une unité de poutre lisseuse (17) caractérisé en ce que ladite unité de poutre lisseuse (17) est faite selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 13.
