The connecting element (2) is designed in the accompanying drawings in the manner of a pin which connects the mounting plate (1) and the closer arm (3) to one another and ensures their movement when connected. Before the fastening device (9) is mounted on the wall (8), the mounting plate (1) and the closer arm (3) are put together with the aid of the pin (2) in such a way that they cannot separate again afterwards. The mounting plate (1), which is part of the construction of the fastening device (9), which in Figure 5 in the assembled state in plan view and in Figure 6 shown in the side view, preferably has an "L" -shaped design with two concrete surfaces. Claims (2)

  1. Household appliance (20), in particular an oven (30), having a housing (7) and a fixing device (9) which is connected by one side to a wall (8) and by the other side to the housing (7), in order to prevent the housing (7) from tipping over, wherein
    - the fixing device (9) has at least one mounting plate (1) which can be fixed to the wall (8), and
    - wherein the household appliance (20) has a closer receptacle (6) mounted on the rear of the housing (7) for producing the connection to the fixing device (9), wherein
    - the fixing device (9) has a closer arm (3) for a connection to the housing (7),
    - the fixing device (9) has a connection element (2) which brings the mounting plate (1) and the closer arm (3) in connection with one another and ensures the movement thereof in the connected state, wherein the connection element (2) is a swivel joint which is inserted into a drilled hole (12) arranged on the closer arm (3) of the fixing device (9), characterised in that the closer arm (3) has at least one closer hook (11) for the connection to the housing (7),
    - at least one first limiter component (4) is present, which limits the clockwise rotary movement of the closer arm (3) to a predetermined position and
    - at least one second limiter component (10) is present, which limits the anticlockwise rotation of the closer arm (3).
  2. Household appliance (20) according to claim 1, characterised in that it has at least one mounting hole (5) on the mounting plate (1) for mounting the fixing device (9) on the wall (8).
