  • Packet 1 of cigarettes as described above has numerous advantages. In particular, it is cheap and easy to produce, by simply gluing coupon 21 directly to blank 25 of outer container 2. This prevents any slippage of coupon 21 when forming outer container 2, thus simplifying the packing procedure and drastically reducing the number of packets 1 of cigarettes rejected due to wrongly positioned coupons 21.

Claims (7)

  1. Paquet de cigarettes comprenant :
    un groupe (4) de cigarettes ;
    un emballage interne (3) enfermant le groupe (4) de cigarettes ;
    un contenant externe (2) logeant l'emballage interne (3), présentant une paroi avant (11) et une paroi arrière (12) et comportant un couvercle (7) articulé le long d'une charnière (8) positionnée sur la paroi arrière (12) ; et
    un coupon (21) logé à l'intérieur du contenant externe (2), entre le contenant externe (2) et l'emballage interne (3) ;
    le paquet (1) de cigarettes étant caractérisé en ce que le coupon (21) est collé à la surface interne de la paroi arrière (12) du contenant externe (2).
  2. Paquet de cigarettes selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le coupon (21) a la forme d'un L, et comprend une première partie (23) collée à la surface interne de la paroi arrière (12) du contenant externe (2) ; et une seconde partie (22) perpendiculaire à la première partie (23) et positionnée au contact d'une paroi supérieure (9) du contenant externe (2), entre la paroi supérieure (9) du contenant externe (2) et une paroi supérieure (19) de l'emballage interne (3).
  3. Paquet de cigarettes selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la première partie (23) est située entre la paroi arrière (12) du contenant externe (2) et une paroi arrière de l'emballage interne (3), et est collée à la surface interne de la paroi arrière (12) du contenant externe (2), au-dessous de l'articulation (8).
  4. Paquet de cigarettes selon la revendication 3, dans lequel la première partie (23) du coupon (21) est collée par au moins une application (30) de colle faiblement adhésive à proximité d'un bord inférieur du coupon (21).
  5. Paquet de cigarettes selon la revendication 3, dans lequel la première partie (23) du coupon (21) est collée par au moins une application (31) de colle fortement adhésive à proximité d'un bord inférieur du coupon (21) ; et la première partie (23) comporte une ligne de déchirage transversale (32) formée au-dessus de l'au moins une application (31) de colle fortement adhésive.
  6. Procédé de fabrication d'un paquet rigide, à couvercle articulé ;
    le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    plier une première feuille autour d'un groupe (4) de cigarettes pour former un emballage interne (3) ;
    plier un flan plat (25) autour de l'emballage interne (3) contenant le groupe (4) de cigarettes, pour former un contenant externe (2) possédant un couvercle articulé (7) ; et
    insérer un coupon à l'intérieur du contenant externe (2), entre le contenant externe (2) et l'emballage interne (3) ;
    le procédé étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend l'étape supplémentaire de collage d'un coupon (21) à la surface interne d'un premier panneau (12') du flan (25) formant une paroi arrière (12) du contenant externe (2) avant de plier le flan plat (25) du contenant externe (2) autour de l'emballage interne (3) contenant le groupe (4) de cigarettes.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le coupon (21) a la forme d'un L et comprend une première partie (23) collée à la surface interne du premier panneau (12') du flan (25) ; et une seconde partie (22) reliée à la première partie (23) ;
    le procédé comprenant l'étape supplémentaire de pliage de la seconde partie (22) par rapport à la première partie (23) le long d'un bord (24), de façon que la seconde partie (22) soit perpendiculaire à la première partie (23) et positionnée au contact d'une paroi supérieure (9) du contenant externe (2), entre la paroi supérieure (9) du contenant externe (2) et une paroi supérieure (19) de l'emballage interne (3).
