It is preferably disposed inside a suitable opening 2c present in the door 2 and is preferably guided by shoes or sleeves suitable to allow movement thereof with a low coefficient of friction.
  • the strut 9, and the piston 5, are also moved by means of stressing of an elastic element 6, moved through the handle 3 and connected to the strut 9. This solution allows stopping of the door 2 with optimal forces regardless of the distance 20 of the door 2 and in particular of the piston 5 in the released position, from the floor.
  • the device 1 comprises, in detail, an actuator 7, rotatable together with the handle 3 and a lever 8, movable by the actuator 7 and suitable to directly stress the elastic element 6.

  • the actuator 7 is also equipped with a first arm 7d and with a second arm 7e.
  • the first arm 7d is suitable to move the lever 8 and to place it in a stop position ( Fig. 2c ), the second arm 7e realizes a support for an elastic return element 16, suitable to return the actuator 7 and the activation body 12 to the initial position.
  • stable equilibrium of the lever 8 is obtained by means of positioning of the lever 8 under specific stopping elements 19.
  • the activation body 12 is instead part of the lock 4 and is also suitable to return the device 1 to the released position ( Fig. 2d ) by means of a release arm 17, suitable to interfere with the lever 8.
  • the handle 3 is therefore rotatable in the direction of rotation 3a. This rotation is suitable to allow in a first direction, in particular clockwise, opening of the lock 4 and, in a second direction opposite the first, activation of the stopping device 1.
  • the device 1 is therefore activatable substantially independently from the lock 4 while being moved by the same handle 3.
  • the majority of the device 1 is contained inside a lock assembly 18 of standard dimensions and type, so that it is unnecessary to produce openings different to those currently in use.
  • all the elements except for the piston 5 and the strut 9 are contained in the lock assembly.
  • the handle 3 rotates the stem 11, which in turn moves the actuator 7 which interferes with the lever 8 that activates the strut 9 connected to the stop piston 5 ( Fig. 1 b) .
  • the handle 3 rotates the stem 11 and the intermediate element 14 which, again through the movement tooth 15, interferes with the actuator 7.

  • the device 1 is simple to activate and deactivate and does not require further handles or accessories which can complicate the door 2.

Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif d'arrêt (1) de porte (2) et similaire, ladite porte (2) comprenant au moins une poignée (3) et au moins une serrure (4), ladite poignée (3) étant apte à commander ladite serrure (4), ledit dispositif d'arrêt (1) pouvant être disposé, par l'intermédiaire de ladite poignée (3), dans une position d'arrêt, à laquelle il est apte à permettre le blocage de ladite porte (2) disposée dans une position d'ouverture, et dans une position de dégagement à laquelle il est apte à ne pas interférer avec le mouvement de ladite porte (2), caractérisé en ce que ladite position d'arrêt est maintenue par un équilibre stable de ladite poignée (3).
  2. Dispositif d'arrêt (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite porte (2) est mobile autour d'une direction de rotation (2a) et dans lequel ledit dispositif (1) comprend un piston d'arrêt (5) mû par ladite poignée (3) de telle sorte qu'au moins une composante dudit mouvement est en direction sensiblement perpendiculaire au plan de développement de la surface sur laquelle ladite porte (2) est soutenue.
  3. Dispositif d'arrêt (1) selon la revendication 2, comprenant un élément élastique (6) qui peut être sollicité par ladite poignée (3) et est apte à causer le mouvement dudit piston d'arrêt (5).
  4. Dispositif d'arrêt (1) selon la revendication 3, comprenant un dispositif d'actionnement (7) qui peut tourner ensemble avec ladite poignée (3).
  5. Dispositif d'arrêt (1) selon la revendication 4, comprenant un levier (8) qui peut être mû par ledit dispositif d'actionnement (7) et est apte à solliciter directement ledit élément élastique (6).
  6. Dispositif d'arrêt (1) selon la revendication 5, dans lequel ledit levier (8) est en équilibre stable auxdites positions d'arrêt et de dégagement.
  7. Dispositif d'arrêt (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite poignée (3) peut tourner en direction de rotation (3a) apte à permettre l'ouverture de ladite serrure (4) par une rotation dans un premier sens et l'activation dudit dispositif d'arrêt (1) par une rotation dans un deuxième sens, opposé audit premier sens.
  8. Dispositif d'arrêt (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, lequel peut être activée indépendamment de ladite serrure (4).
  9. Dispositif d'arrêt (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la plupart dudit dispositif (1) est incluse à l'intérieur d'un groupe serrure (18) de dimensions et types standards.
  10. Porte (2) comprenant une poignée (3) et au moins une serrure (4), ladite poignée (3) étant apte à commander ladite serrure (4), et un dispositif d'arrêt (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes.
