Claims (15)
- Bonde de vidange (1) pour des baignoires, des éviers, des lavabos et analogues, comprenant :- un corps de bonde de vidange (10) se terminant, au fond, avec une grille de fond (12) et, en haut, avec une bride annulaire (14) qui définit l'admission (16) pour le passage de l'eau dans le corps de bonde de vidange (10) ;- un bouchon (18), logé dans ledit corps de bonde de vidange (10) et comprenant un corps de bouchon (20) et une tête (22) appropriés pour coopérer avec la bride (14);
dans laquelle ladite tête (22) est mobile axialement par rapport audit corps entre une position abaissée, dans laquelle ladite tête (22) est en dessous de la bride (14) pour ouvrir l'admission (16), et une position élevée, dans laquelle ladite tête (22) est au même niveau que la bride (14) pour fermer l'admission (16), et dans laquelle le bouchon (18) est supporté par le corps de bonde de vidange par l'intermédiaire de moyens de trop-plein élastiques (30, 50, 52, 30') calibrés afin de céder au-dessus d'un niveau prédéfini de pression agissant sur la tête du bouchon afin d'entraîner un abaissement du bouchon par rapport au corps de bonde de vidange ;
ladite bonde de vidange (1) étant caractérisée en ce que le bouchon (18) est du type avec un mouvement de déclenchement, dans laquelle
la tête passe automatiquement de la position abaissée à la position élevée suivant une pression exercée manuellement sur elle et en ce que lesdits moyens de trop-plein élastiques exercent sur le bouchon (18) une force opposée inférieure à celle nécessaire pour entraîner le mouvement de déclenchement de la tête (22). - Bonde de vidange (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la tête (22) supporte un élément d'étanchéité (24) approprié pour coopérer avec un pourtour intérieur (14') de la bride annulaire (14) pour fermer ladite admission (16) hermétiquement lorsque la tête (22) du bouchon (18) est au même niveau que ladite bride (14).
- Bonde de vidange (1) selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle, lorsque la tête (22) du bouchon est dans la position élevée, l'élément d'étanchéité (24) se trouve axialement contre un siège respectif (26) réalisé dans la bride (14).
- Bonde de vidange (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les moyens de trop-plein élastiques comprennent des moyens de trop-plein magnétiques fonctionnellement raccordés au bouchon (18).
- Bonde de vidange (1) selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle les moyens de trop-plein magnétiques comprennent au moins un premier élément magnétique (50) joint au bouchon (18) ou au corps de bonde de vidange (10), et un deuxième élément magnétique ou ferromagnétique (52) joint à l'autre, parmi le corps de bonde de vidange (10) et le bouchon (18), lesdits éléments (50, 52) étant appropriés pour coopérer pour permettre/empêcher l'abaissement du bouchon (18).
- Bonde de vidange (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant, en outre, des moyens de rappel (30, 54, 30') du bouchon (18), par exemple élastiques et/ou magnétiques, qui sont appropriés pour remettre ledit bouchon (18) à la position avant l'abaissement, lorsque la pression agissant sur la tête (22) est inférieure à la valeur prédéfinie.
- Bonde de vidange (1) selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle le bouchon (18) repose sur la grille de fond (12) au moyen d'un élément élastique (30), par exemple un ressort hélicoïdal, et dans laquelle les moyens de retour comprennent ledit élément élastique (30).
- Bonde de vidange selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle le corps de bouchon est raccordé, en dessous, à un logement et une douille de guidage (32) de l'élément élastique (30).
- Bonde de vidange selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle la grille de fond (12) du corps de bonde de vidange comprend une portion axiale tubulaire (34), dans laquelle une tige de guidage (36) s'étendant vers le bas à partir de ladite douille (32) est insérée, afin de coulisser.
- Bonde de vidange selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle ladite portion axiale tubulaire définit, au-dessus, un plan de support annulaire pour l'élément élastique (30).
- Bonde de vidange (1) selon les revendications 5 et 6, dans laquelle les moyens de rappel du bouchon (18) comprennent un troisième élément magnétique (54), joint au corps de bonde de vidange (10) et capable de repousser le second élément magnétique ou ferromagnétique (52) joint au bouchon (18).
- Bonde de vidange (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, dans laquelle la grille de fond (12) du corps de bonde de vidange (10) identifie une ouverture dans laquelle la tige de guidage (36) du bouchon (18) est capable de coulisser, une portion d'extrémité libre (58) de ladite tige (36) supportant l'élément magnétique (50, 52) joint au bouchon (18).
- Bonde de vidange (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la grille de fond (12) du corps de bonde de vidange (10) identifie une ouverture dans laquelle la tige de guidage (36) du bouchon (18) est capable de coulisser, la portion d'extrémité libre (58) de la tige (36) s'étendant dans un compartiment (60) défini par une paroi de grille (56) et scellé en dessous par une plaque de fond séparable (64), dans laquelle un élément de rappel élastique (30') agissant sur le bouchon (18) est de préférence placé dans ledit compartiment.
- Bonde de vidange selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la force opposée exercée sur le bouchon par les moyens de trop-plein élastiques est ajustable.
- Bonde de vidange (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle un élément de guidage (40) capable de coulisser le long des parois du corps de bonde de vidange (10) est joint au bouchon (18), ou dans laquelle la bride (14) est raccordée de façon séparable au corps de bonde de vidange (10) afin de permettre l'extraction du bouchon (18).
