Claims (11)
- Dispositif (1) pour la fabrication de sachets, qui se composent de préférence en grande partie de papier, comprenant:- un dispositif de perforation (6) pour perforer transversalement une bande de matériau (3),- un dispositif de formation de tube (9) pour former un tube (10) à partir de la bande de matériau (3),- un dispositif de coupe (11) pour séparer des parties de tube individuelles (12),- un dispositif (15, 16, 17) pour former un fond à une des extrémités de la partie de tube (12),dans lequel il est prévu au moins un dispositif d'arrachement supplémentaire (18), avec lequel des parties individuelles de matériau peuvent être arrachées des parties de tube (12) ou des sachets, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'arrachement supplémentaire (18) est espacé du dispositif de coupe (11) dans la direction de transport (z) du tube, dans lequel la partie de matériau peut être arrachée au moyen du dispositif d'arrachement (18), lorsque la partie de tube ou le sachet a quitté le premier dispositif de coupe.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'arrachement supplémentaire (18) est disposé après le dispositif (15, 16, 17) de formation du fond.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'arrachement supplémentaire (18) est disposé avant le dispositif (15, 16, 17) de formation du fond.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'arrachement supplémentaire (18) comprend un dispositif (54) pour enlever les parties de matériau (38).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (54) pour enlever les parties de matériau (38) comprend au moins un rouleau hérisson (50).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, dans le dispositif de coupe (11) pour séparer des parties de tube individuelles (12), au moins un moyen de maintien, avec lequel la partie de matériau (38) peut être saisie et qui se déplace de telle manière que la partie de matériau se trouve au repos par rapport à la partie de tube (12) à laquelle la partie de matériau est encore associée.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'arrachement supplémentaire (18) comprend au moins deux paires de rouleaux (19, 20), dans lequel les rouleaux d'une deuxième paire de rouleaux - considérée dans la direction de transport (z) des parties de tube (12) ou des sachets (39) - peuvent être entraînés avec une vitesse périphérique qui correspond à la vitesse de transport des parties de tube (12) ou des sachets (39), et en ce que la partie de matériau (38) peut être saisie par une première paire de rouleaux (19), qui peut être entraînée, au moins au moment de la saisie de la partie de matériau (38), avec une vitesse périphérique réduite par rapport à la vitesse de transport des parties de tube (12) ou des sachets (39).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième station d'arrachement (18) est entraînée par un entraînement séparé.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième station d'arrachement (18) est disposée dans un bâti de machine (25) indépendant du bâti de machine (24) de la machine principale.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'un cylindre de réception (21) est disposé dans le bâti de machine indépendant (25).
- Procédé pour la fabrication de sachets (39), qui se composent de préférence en grande partie de papier, dans lequel le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes:- perforer transversalement une bande de matériau au moyen d'un dispositif de perforation (6),- former un tube à partir de la bande de matériau au moyen d'un dispositif de formation de tube (9),- séparer des parties de tube individuelles (12) au moyen d'un dispositif de coupe (11),- former un fond à une des extrémités de la partie de tube avec un dispositif (15, 16, 17) de formation de fonds,caractérisé en ce que l'on arrache en plus des parties de matériau (38) des parties de tube (12) ou des sachets (39) dans un dispositif d'arrachement supplémentaire (18), après que la partie de tube (12) ou le sachet (39) ait quitté le dispositif de coupe (11) et ait été éloigné dans la direction de transport et avant que celui-ci (12, 39) atteigne le cylindre de réception ou le cylindre de formation de fond.
