V-förmig eingelegten Seitenfalten, welche an Längskanten mit der Frontwand und der Rückwand verbunden sind, und
einem Wiederverschluss, der beutelinnenseitig an einer Seitenfalte und angrenzenden Beutelinnenflächen der Frontwand und der Rückwand angeordnet, und als Klettverschluss ausgebildet ist,
wobei zum Öffnen der Verpackung ein Beutelabschnitt oberhalb des Wiederverschlusses entlang einer Öffnungslinie abtrennbar ist und wobei die Seitenfalte oberhalb der Öffnungslinie endet. Die Öffnungslinie kann als Schwächungslinie, z. B. in Form einer Perforation, ausgebildet sein. Daneben kann eine Schwächungslinie auch durch einen Laser erzeugt werden. characterised in that the hook - and - loop fastener sections (8, 9) extend diagonally from the longitudinal edges (3) limiting the side-fold (2) to an area (10) provided for the top sealing seam (11) on the upper bag rim. - The side-fold bag according to claim 1, characterised in that the hook - and - loop fastener sections (8, 9) are formed by a separate hook - and - loop fastener strip, respectively.
- The side-fold bag according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the hook - and - loop fastener sections (8) fastened to the front wall (1) and the rear wall (1') extend beyond the side-fold area into the bag area between the laid-in side-folds (2, 2') and in here form a reclosure between the front wall (1) and the rear wall (1').
- The side-fold bag according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the side-folds (2, 2') extend as far as the upper bag rim.
- The side-fold bag according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the hook - and - loop fastener sections (8) arranged on the front wall (1) and the rear wall (1') and the longitudinal edges (3) of the side-fold bag enclose an angle (α) of between 120° and 150° below the reclosure (4).
- The side-fold bag according to claim 5, characterised in that the angle α between the hook - and - loop fastener sections (8) and the longitudinal edges (3) of the side-fold (2) is 135° below the reclosure.
- The side-fold bag according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that two hook - and - loop fastener sections of the reclosure (4) have an adhering surface with hook elements, and two hook - and - loop fastener sections have an adhering surface with loops, and in that the differently formed hook - and - loop fastener sections are alternately arranged in such a way on the inside surfaces of the front wall (1), the rear wall (1') and the flanks of the side-fold (2) that an adhering surface with hook elements always faces an adhering surface with loops.
- The side-fold bag according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the hook - and - loop fastener sections (8, 9) of the reclosure comprise a uniformly designed adhering surface of locking members adhering onto themselves, which can be brought into hook-up engagement with each other.
- The side-fold bag according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the hook - and - loop fastener sections (8, 9) comprise a 3 mm to 15 mm wide adhering surface.
- The side-fold bag according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the opening line (7) is arranged in the bag corner above the reclosure (4) and extends on the front wall (1) and the rear wall (1') in parallel with the hook - and - loop fastener sections (8).
- The side-fold bag according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the distance of the opening line (7) arranged in the bag corner above the reclosure (4) from the hook - and - loop fastener sections (8) is larger at the longitudinal edges (3) of the bag than it is at the upper bag rim.
- The side-fold bag according to claim 11, characterised in that the opening line (7) and the hook - and - loop fastener section (8) arranged below the opening line (7) converge towards the upper bag rim.
- The side-fold bag according to claim 11, characterised in that the opening line (7) has a bow-shaped profile.
- The side-fold bag according to one of claims 1 to 13, characterised in that the opening line (7) consists of a tear line which tears through merely a covering layer of the multi-layer plastic film on the outside of the bag.
- The side-fold bag according to one of claims 1 to 13, characterised in that the opening line (7) consists of a perforation which as a constant perforation line passes through the front wall (1), the flanks of the side-fold (2) and the rear wall (1').
- The side-fold bag according to one of claims 1 to 15, characterised in that a peelable connection (14) is provided below the opening line (7), which extends from the longitudinal edges (3) to the area (10) provided for the top sealing seam (11) at the upper bag rim and connects adjacent inner surfaces of the side-fold bag.
- The side-fold bag according to one of claims 1 to 16, characterised in that the longitudinal edges (3) are reinforced by longitudinal sealing seams (23) and in that the closure sections (8, 9) end in front of the longitudinal sealing seams (23).
- A method for manufacturing side-fold bags according to one of claims 1 to 17,
wherein elements for reclosures (4) are fitted to a flat film web (15),
wherein side-folds are then formed by folding the film web (15) and a double-layer material web with laid-in side-folds (2, 2') is produced,
wherein the double-layer material web is closed to form a flat-lying side-fold tube (18) by fitting at least one longitudinal sealing seam (17), and
wherein, by fitting further sealing seams (19), a bag chain (20) is formed, from which side-fold bags are cut-off by means of a separating cut,
characterised in that the reclosures (4) are produced from four hook - and - loop fastener sections (8, 9), respectively, which are fastened mirror-symmetrically next to each other on the film web (15) in a W-shaped arrangement such that the hook - and - loop fastener sections (8, 9) of the bag extend diagonally from the longitudinal edges (3) limiting the side-fold (2) to a surface (10) on the upper bag rim provided for the top sealing seam (11). - The method according to claim 18, characterised in that the two outer hook - and - loop fastener sections (8) of the W-shaped arrangement are of a greater length than the two inner hook - and - loop fastener sections (9).
- The method according to claim 18 or 19, characterised in that the hook - and - loop fastener sections (8, 9) are positioned on the film web at an angle of between 30° and 60°, respectively, preferably at an angle of 45° relative to the web longitudinal direction.
- The method according to one of claims 18 to 20, characterised in that the ends of the hook - and - loop fastener sections (8, 9) associated with each other are arranged at a distance (a1, a2) to each other and in that, when the film section associated with the reclosures (4) is folded, folded edges (21, 22) are formed, which pass undisturbed between the spaced-apart ends of the hook - and - loop fastener sections (8, 9).
- The method according to claim 21, characterised in that the distance (a1) between the facing ends of the outer hook - and - loop fastener sections (8) and of the hook - and - loop fastener sections (9) arranged on the inside corresponds to at least the double width of the longitudinal sealing seam (23) reinforcing the longitudinal edge.
