- Am Tintendruckkopf bzw. an der Tintenkartusche selbst und dem Tintenanschluss sowie an der Kartuschen-Schnellkupplung dürfen keine geometrischen Veränderungen erfolgen.
- Eine sichere Führung der Kartuschen-Schnellkupplung soll gewährleistet werden.
- Eine Verwechslungssicherheit von Bestandteilen der erfindungsgemäß veränderten Steckverbindung des Tintendrucksystems gegenüber denjenigen des aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Tintendrucksystems ist herzustellen. Dabei ist zu vermeiden, dass Kartuschen-Schnellkupplungen der erfindungsgemäßen Steckverbindung mit der Sicherungskappe der nach dem Stand der Technik bekannten Steckverbindung verbunden werden können.
- Für ein System, dass mit unterschiedlichen Tintenfarben ausgestattet ist, sollen nur Tinten-Druckköpfe/-Kartuschen eines geeigneten Typs (korrekte Tinte) in das dazu gehörige System (mit der passenden Tinte) einsetzbar sein. Ein Einsetzen nicht korrekter Druckköpfe bzw. Kartuschen soll mechanisch verhindert werden.
