Claims (4)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un enroulement alterné (9) avec au moins trois disques (1, 2, 3) disposés l'un à côté de l'autre,
    • dans lequel on fabrique à l'intérieur d'une opération d'enroulement, en même temps que l'enroulement, une isolation intermédiaire (A, B) chaque fois entre deux disques (1, 2, 3),
    • dans lequel un conducteur de liaison (7, 7A, 7B) s'étend de la fin d'un premier disque (1) au commencement de l'autre disque sous la forme d'une diagonale à l'intérieur de l'isolation intermédiaire (A, B) et divise ainsi l'isolation intermédiaire en deux régions partielles, à savoir une première région d'isolation intermédiaire (A1, B1) de section transversale triangulaire, qui est formée en dessous de cette diagonale, et une deuxième région d'isolation intermédiaire (A2, B2) de section transversale triangulaire inverse, qui est formée au-dessus de cette diagonale,
    • dans lequel, avec un enroulement alterné progressant de gauche à droite, en même temps que l'enroulement de l'autre disque (2), on applique une isolation dans la deuxième région d'isolation intermédiaire (A2) à gauche de l'autre disque (2) et une isolation dans la première région d'isolation intermédiaire (B1) à droite de l'autre disque (2),
    • et dans lequel, avec un enroulement alterné progressant de droite à gauche, en même temps que l'enroulement de l'autre disque (2), on applique une isolation dans la deuxième région d'isolation intermédiaire (A2) à droite de l'autre disque (2) et une isolation dans la première région d'isolation intermédiaire (B1) de l'autre disque (2).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas de l'enroulement alterné progressant de gauche à droite, la fabrication d'une région d'isolation intermédiaire à gauche du premier disque (1) est supprimée et, dans le cas de l'enroulement alterné progressant de droite à gauche, la fabrication d'une région d'isolation intermédiaire à droite du premier disque (1) est supprimée.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas de l'enroulement progressant de gauche à droite, la fabrication d'une région d'isolation intermédiaire à droite du dernier disque est supprimée et, dans le cas de l'enroulement alterné progressant de droite à gauche, la fabrication d'une région d'isolation intermédiaire à gauche du dernier disque est supprimée.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise comme isolations des stratifils de verre imprégnés de résine.
