  • a force member 41 is provided, such as for instance one or more hydraulic cylinders, for pivoting the frame 33 around the pivot joint 34 from a horizontal connect position to a vertical disconnect position.
  • the force member 41 may be driven by an emergency control system for rapidly raising the frame 33 upon occurrence of an emergency in order to keep the connector end 12 clear from the water at all times upon quick release or break away of the connector 13.
  • Fig. 7 shows the flexible hose 8 being connected via a cable 50 at its connecter end 13 to a winch 51 on the bow of the vessel.
  • the connector end 12 of the hose 8 is pulled towards the vessel 5 until the connector 13 is in line with the connectors 17-19 of the manifold 15 on the bow of the vessel 5.
  • the displacement device 10 is lowered as shown in figure 8 , and the connector 13 on the flexible hose 8 is pulled inboard of vessel 5 via the winch 51 and is connected to the manifold.
  • the connector 13 can be disengaged while the displacement device 10 is quickly up righted so that the connector 13 at the free end of the hose 8 remains well above water level.

Abstract

L'invention porte sur un système de transfert d'hydrocarbures comprenant une structure au large, un élément de support s'étendant vers le haut à partir du niveau du pont de la structure, un conduit de transfert d'hydrocarbures comprenant une section de conduit de transfert s'étendant à partir d'une extrémité libre de l'élément de support, laquelle extrémité libre est située hors de la structure, vers une unité de stockage et/ou de traitement d'hydrocarbures sur la structure, et une section de conduit de liaison en communication de fluide avec la section de conduit de transfert et reliée avec une première extrémité à l'extrémité libre de l'élément de support, une seconde extrémité de la section de conduit de liaison ayant un raccord et étant attachable à un navire transportant des hydrocarbures, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de support comprend un dispositif de déplacement, relié à la première extrémité de la section de conduit de liaison, lequel dispositif de déplacement est déplaçable entre une position de connexion et une position de déconnexion alors que l'élément de support reste sensiblement stationnaire, une distance verticale à partir du niveau du pont du dispositif de déplacement étant plus grande pour la position de déconnexion que pour la position de connexion, une distance horizontale à partir du côté de la structure étant plus grande pour la position de connexion que pour la position de déconnexion, où, dans la position de déconnexion, la section de conduit de connexion dans son orientation verticale est située avec son raccord à une distance prédéterminée au-dessus du niveau de la mer.

Claims (9)

  1. Système de transfert d'hydrocarbures comprenant une structure offshore (1), un élément support (3, 10) s'étendant vers le haut à partir du niveau du pont (11) de la structure, un conduit de transfert d'hydrocarbures comprenant une section de conduit de transfert (27) s'étendant d'une extrémité libre (29) de l'élément support (3), laquelle extrémité libre est située à l'extérieur de la structure (1), à une unité de stockage et/ou de traitement d'hydrocarbures (28) située sur la structure, et une section de conduit de raccordement (8) en communication fluidique avec la section de conduit de transfert (27) et reliée par une première extrémité (9) à l'extrémité libre de l'élément support, une seconde extrémité (12) de la section de conduit de raccordement (8) étant pourvue d'un connecteur (13) et apte à être fixée sur un navire transporteur d'hydrocarbures (4), l'élément support comprenant un châssis support (3) sensiblement fixe s'étendant à l'extérieur de la structure (1) et un dispositif de déplacement (10), relié à la première extrémité (9) de la section de conduit de raccordement (8), lequel dispositif de déplacement est déplaçable entre une position de connexion et une position de déconnexion tandis que le châssis support (3) reste sensiblement fixe, le dispositif de déplacement (10) comprenant un bras qui, par une extrémité de base (36), est relié de manière articulée au châssis support (3), une extrémité support (35) du bras portant la section de conduit de raccordement (8), un élément de transmission de force (41) étant relié au bras pour faire pivoter le bras entre une position de déconnexion et une position de connexion sensiblement horizontale, une distance horizontale depuis le côté de la structure étant plus grande pour la position de connexion (D1) que pour la position de déconnexion (D2), caractérisé en ce que la position de déconnexion est sensiblement verticale et en ce qu'une distance verticale du dispositif de déplacement depuis le niveau du pont (11) est plus grande pour la position de déconnexion (H4) que pour la position de connexion (H3).
  2. Structure de transfert d'hydrocarbures selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle l'élément support (3) s'étend en formant un angle (α), une surface de support (25, 42) étant située sur au moins une partie de la longueur de l'élément support, la section de conduit de raccordement (8) pouvant être placée sur la surface de support (25, 42) pour s'étendre le long de l'élément support.
  3. Système de transfert d'hydrocarbures selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le dispositif de déplacement (10) est dans la position de connexion lorsque la section de conduit de raccordement (8) est située sur la surface de support (25, 42).
  4. Système de transfert d'hydrocarbures selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, la section de conduit de raccordement (8) comprenant une conduite flexible.
  5. Système de transfert d'hydrocarbures selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la section de conduit de transfert (27) comprend un conduit rigide qui est fixé, à l'extrémité libre (29) du châssis support (3), à un conduit de déplacement (30) via une tête de rotation de fluide (38) apte à tourner autour d'un axe horizontal, une seconde extrémité du conduit de déplacement étant reliée à la section de conduit de raccordement (8) via une seconde tête de rotation (39) apte à tourner autour d'un axe horizontal.
  6. Système de transfert d'hydrocarbures selon la revendication 5, dans lequel le conduit de déplacement (30) est un conduit rigide.
  7. Système de transfert d'hydrocarbures selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, la structure de transfert comprenant un navire flottant de transfert d'hydrocarbures, l'élément support (3) étant situé au niveau d'une poupe (2) du navire, un second navire transporteur d'hydrocarbures (4) étant relié par sa proue (5) à la poupe (2) du navire de transfert d'hydrocarbures via au moins une ligne d'amarrage.
  8. Procédé de transfert d'hydrocarbures d'une structure de transfert d'hydrocarbures vers un navire transporteur d'hydrocarbures, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - amarrer le navire transporteur d'hydrocarbures dans le voisinage de la structure de transfert d'hydrocarbures,
    - soutenir une section de conduit de raccordement dans une orientation généralement verticale à partir d'un dispositif de déplacement (10) à l'extrémité libre d'un châssis support (3) sensiblement fixe sur la première structure de transfert d'hydrocarbures, laquelle extrémité libre est située à l'extérieur de la structure de transfert d'hydrocarbures à distance du niveau du pont,
    - maintenir le châssis support (3) sensiblement fixe,
    - raccorder une extrémité de connecteur de la section de conduit de raccordement au navire transporteur d'hydrocarbures via un câble,
    - tirer l'extrémité de connecteur de la section de conduit vers le navire transporteur d'hydrocarbures via le câble, et
    - abaisser le dispositif de déplacement en direction du niveau du pont de la structure de transfert d'hydrocarbures depuis une position de déconnexion sensiblement verticale à une position de connexion sensiblement horizontale dans une direction généralement horizontale vers le navire transporteur d'hydrocarbures.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, dans lequel la section de conduit de raccordement (8) est située le long du châssis support (3), le dispositif de déplacement (10) étant situé à l'extrémité libre de l'élément support, à une position abaissée vers l'avant, après quoi le dispositif de déplacement (10) est relevé verticalement vers le haut vers une position arrière lorsque la section de conduit de raccordement (8) est déplacée depuis sa position inclinée pour être orientée verticalement de manière dépendante du dispositif de déplacement (10).
