Claims (13)
- Druckmaschine (2), die umfasst:- einen Rahmen (4, 5, 7);- einen Drehturm (6), der von dem Rahmen (4, 5, 7) getragen wird, wobei der Drehturm (6) in Bezug auf den Rahmen (4, 5, 7) um eine Drehachse A-A rotatorisch angetrieben wird, um ein zu bedruckendes Objekt (8) wenigstens zwischen einer Druckstation (12), einer Zuführungsstation (10) und/oder einer Abführungsstation (14, 16) des zu bedruckenden Objekts zu verlagern;- eine Fördereinrichtung (18, 20), die von dem Rahmen (4, 5, 7) getragen wird, wobei die Fördereinrichtung (18, 20) das zu bedruckende Objekt der Zuführungsstation (10) und/oder der Abführungsstation (14, 16) zuführen oder hiervon abführen kann;- eine Umladevorrichtung (22), die von dem Drehturm (6) getragen wird, wobei die Umladevorrichtung (22) einen Transportbandabschnitt (40) aufweist, der das zu bedruckende Objekt (8) zwischen der Fördereinrichtung (18, 20) und dem Drehturm (6) verlagern kann;- eine Druckvorrichtung (13), die das zu bedruckende Objekt (8) bedrucken kann, wobei die Druckvorrichtung (13) in der Druckstation (12) angeordnet ist;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschine (2) Mittel (28, 114, 116) für den Antrieb des Transportbandabschnitts (40) der Umladevorrichtung enthält, wobei die Antriebsmittel (28, 114, 116) von dem Rahmen (4, 5, 7) getragen werden, wobei jede Umladevorrichtung (22) ein mit den Antriebsmitteln (28, 114, 116) freigebbares Kraftübertragungselement (72) enthält.
- Druckmaschine (2) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Umladevorrichtung (22) umfasst:- eine Trägerplatine (44);- zwei Tragarme (46) für den Transportbandabschnitt (40), die an der Trägerplatine (44) befestigt sind, wobei die Tragarme (46) parallel sind; und- zwei Antriebsarme (62) zum Verlagern des Transportbandabschnitts (40), wobei sich die Antriebsarme (62) in Bezug auf die Trägerplatine (44) verlagern können; und- Haltemittel (52, 53), die den Transportbandabschnitt (40), der zwischen den Tragarmen (46) und den Antriebsarmen (62) gespannt ist, halten können, wobei der Transportbandabschnitt (40) mit einer äußeren Fläche jedes Tragarms (46) und mit einer inneren Fläche jedes Antriebsarms (62) in Kontakt ist.
- Druckmaschine (2) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Fördereinrichtung (18, 20) wenigstens ein Band (25) zum Tragen des zu bedruckenden Objekts (8) umfasst, wobei die Maschine (2) eine Steuereinheit (26) für die Fördereinrichtung (18, 20) und die Antriebsmittel (28, 14, 16) umfasst, wobei die Steuereinheit (26) die Geschwindigkeit und die Beschleunigung der Antriebsarme (62) auf die Geschwindigkeit bzw. die Beschleunigung des Tragbandes (25) regeln kann.
- Druckmaschine (2) nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Steuereinheit (26) eine Verlagerungsgeschwindigkeit der Antriebsarme (62), die gleich der Hälfte der Verlagerungsgeschwindigkeit des Tragbandes (25) ist, steuern kann.
- Druckmaschine (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, wobei die Umladevorrichtung (22) eine Vorrichtung zum Erneuern des Transportbandabschnitts (40) enthält, die umfasst:- eine erste Haspel (48), die an der Trägerplatine (44) befestigt ist, wobei ein Bandabschnitt, der dazu bestimmt ist, die zu bedruckenden Objekte (8) zu transportieren, um die erste Haspel (48) gewickelt ist;- eine zweite Haspel (50), die an der Trägerplatine (44) befestigt ist, wobei ein Bandabschnitt, der die zu bedruckenden Objekte (8) transportiert hat, um die zweite Haspel (50) gewickelt ist; wobei der um die erste Haspel (48) gewickelte Bandabschnitt, der Transportbandabschnitt (40) und der um die zweite Haspel (50) gewickelte Bandabschnitt ein ununterbrochenes Papierband bilden; und wobeidie Haltemittel (52, 53) entriegelt werden können, um die Drehung der ersten Haspel (48) wenigstens in einer Abwicklungsrichtung und die Drehung der zweiten Haspel (50) wenigstens in einer Aufwicklungsrichtung zuzulassen, um den Transportbandabschnitt (40) zu erneuern.
- Druckmaschine (2) nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Haltemittel (52, 53) eine elektromagnetische Bremse (52), mit der die erste Haspel (48) ausgerüstet ist, und ein freilaufendes Rad (53), mit dem die zweite Haspel (50) ausgerüstet ist, umfassen.
- Druckmaschine (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, wobei das Kraftübertragungselement (72) mit den Antriebsarmen (62) verbunden ist und wobei die Antriebsmittel (28, 114, 116) umfassen:- ein Verbindungselement (32), das mit dem Kraftübertragungselement (72) verbunden werden kann;- erste Verlagerungsmittel (36), die das Verbindungselement (32) in einer ersten Richtung (Z) auf einer ersten Bahn verlagern können, um das Verbindungselement (32) mit dem Kraftübertragungselement (72) zu verbinden und hiervon zu trennen; und- zweite Verlagerungsmittel (38, 116), die das Verbindungselement (32) in einer von der ersten Richtung (Z) verschiedenen zweiten Richtung (Y) verlagernd antreiben können, um die Antriebsarme (62) längs einer Hin- und Herbewegung zu verlagern, wenn das Verbindungselement (32) mit dem Kraftübertragungselement (72) verbunden ist.
- Druckmaschine (2) nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 7 in Kombination, wobei das Kraftübertragungselement (72) umfasst:- eine Trägerplatte (74), die sich in Bezug auf die Trägerplatine (44) längs der zweiten Richtung (Y) verlagern kann; und- wenigstens eine Abstandssäule (90, 92), die von der Trägerplatte (74) getragen wird, wobei sich die oder jede Abstandssäule (90, 92) in Bezug auf die Trägerplatine (44) längs der ersten Richtung (Z) und der zweiten Richtung (Y) verlagern kann.
- Druckmaschine (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 7 und 8, wobei die Umladevorrichtung (22) Verriegelungsmittel (96, 102, 106) umfasst, die die Antriebsarme (62) in Bezug auf ihre Verlagerung in der zweiten Richtung (Y) verriegeln können, wenn die Antriebsarme (62) in wenigstens einer Endposition der Hin- und Herbewegung sind.
- Druckmaschine (2) nach Anspruch 8 und 9 in Kombination, wobei die Verriegelungsmittel umfassen:- ein Verriegelungsrad (96), das mit der oder jeder Abstandssäule (90, 92) fest verbunden ist;- wenigstens eine Kerbe (102), die in der Trägerplatine (44) ausgebildet ist und das Verriegelungsrad (96) aufnehmen kann; und- elastische Mittel (106), die das Verriegelungsrad (96) in die oder jede Kerbe (102) führen können, wobei die elastischen Mittel (106) an der Abstandssäule (90, 92) und an der Trägerplatte (74) befestigt sind.
- Druckmaschine (2) nach Anspruch 10, wobei die ersten Verlagerungsmittel (36) das Verbindungselement (32) längs einer zweiten Bahn am Anfang und/oder am Ende der Hin- und Herbewegung der Antriebsarme (62) verlagern können, um das Verriegelungsrad (96) aus der oder jeder Kerbe (102) auszustoßen.
- Druckmaschine (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 11, wobei die Maschine eine Vorrichtung (107) zum rotatorischen Antreiben der zweiten Haspel (50) in einer Aufwicklungsrichtung umfasst, wobei die Antriebsvorrichtung (107) mit dem Rahmen (4, 5, 7) fest verbunden ist.
- Druckmaschine (2) nach Anspruch 12, wobei die Umladevorrichtung (22) umfasst:- einen Detektor für die Anzahl von Hin- und Herbewegungen der Antriebsarme (62); und- eine Steuereinheit (26), die die Antriebsvorrichtung (107) der zweiten Haspel (50) und die Entriegelung der Haltemittel (52, 53) steuern kann, wenn die detektierte Anzahl einen definierten Schwellenwert überschreitet.
