Claims (13)

  1. Procédé destiné à charger un support d'une unité de chauffage autarcique destinée à l'utilisation dans une cigarette sans fumée avec un milieu qui est apte à la cristallisation ou présente un composant apte à la cristallisation,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le milieu est chargé par une canule de chargement chauffée à partir d'une enveloppe de réserve dans le support de l'unité de chauffage autarcique, et en ce que le milieu, la canule de chargement et le support présentent une température d'au moins 50 °C pendant le chargement.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le milieu, la canule de chargement et le support présentent une température d'au moins 60 °C pendant le chargement.
  3. Procédé selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que pour le milieu, il s'agit d'une solution d'acétate de sodium.
  4. Procédé selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le milieu est chargé dans un support qui présente un diamètre interne dans la zone de 2 mm à 7 mm, de préférence dans la zone de 3 mm à 6 mm et à titre particulièrement favorisé, d'un maximum de 6 mm.
  5. Procédé selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le milieu est chargé dans un support qui présente une longueur dans la zone de 70 mm à 110 mm, de préférence dans la zone de 80 mm à 100 mm et à titre particulièrement favorisé, d'un maximum de 100 mm.
  6. Procédé selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le milieu est à base d'hydrate et/ou d'eau, et en ce que le stockage et/ou l'opération de chargement est effectué sous une pression de vapeur d'eau qui se trouve au-dessus de la pression de désorption de l'eau du milieu.
  7. Procédé selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le milieu est réceptionné dans une enveloppe de réserve avant son chargement, et est transporté au moyen d'un mécanisme de chargement, de préférence avec un mécanisme de chargement fonctionnant hydrauliquement, hors de l'enveloppe de réserve indirectement ou directement dans le support de l'unité de chauffage autarcique.
  8. Dispositif destiné à charger un support d'une unité de chauffage autarcique destinée à l'utilisation dans une cigarette sans fumée avec un milieu qui est apte à la cristallisation ou présente un composant apte à la cristallisation,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    le dispositif présente une enveloppe de réserve et/ou des moyens d'introduction destiné à l'introduction du milieu dans le support, et en ce que des moyens sont prévus, à l'aide desquels le milieu se trouvant dans l'enveloppe de réserve et/ou dans les moyens d'introduction est maintenu à une température d'au moins 50 °C.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que des moyens sont prévus à l'aide desquels le milieu se trouvant dans l'enveloppe de réserve et/ou dans les moyens d'introduction est maintenu à une température d'au moins 60 °C.
  10. Dispositif selon les revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que pour les moyens d'introduction, il s'agit d'une canule qui est dimensionnée de sorte qu'elle est introductible dans l'espace intérieur du support.
  11. Dispositif selon une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe de réserve présente un mécanisme de chargement, de préférence un mécanisme de chargement fonctionnant hydrauliquement.
  12. Dispositif selon une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif, notamment les moyens d'introduction, sont mobiles par rapport au support.
  13. Dispositif selon une quelconque des revendications 8 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le milieu est à base d'hydrate et/ou d'eau, et en ce que le dispositif présente des moyens à l'aide desquel le stockage et/ou l'opération de chargement est effectué sous une pression de vapeur d'eau qui se trouve au-dessus de la pression de désorption de l'eau du milieu.
